Bobby was a very knowledgeable sales person and answered all my questions with ease. No pressure just walked me through process with ease. Called me on day off to tell me about a car that was on lot that I was interested in and set appointment for the next day so I would be able to have first crack on the car I wanted. With the shortage on vehicles he was very helpful to insure I got the vehicle I wanted. No negotiation because of shortage so transaction was very easy. There was no add on to sticker like some dealers are doing and I got a fair trade in value for my truck. Overall, I was very happy with everything and would buy another car their should the time come again for needing to buy another vehicle.

I am a busy woman. I mean busy. I contacted 9 Hyundai dealerships. I was working closely with 3 of them. I literally had an hour and a half to purchase a vehicle. I drove an hour and a half to one on my only day off in two weeks, who had run my credit and knew exactly what I wanted. I came to buy a car unseen. It was scheduled to arrive the first week of Sept. But the salesperson never gave me numbers (payment & interest rate) and tried to put me in a vehicle they already had. Considering my time crunch, it wasnt a good idea. He kept saying it takes 3 hours to buy a car. This process felt more like a break up from an abusive person than buying a new car. So I left without purchasing anything.Two days later Wilson county motors called to say they just got the car I wanted in. (I was on their list). I explained my troubles before and asked if they could accommodate a busy person. Absolutely! They ran my credit, prepared my car, took a down payment on the phone and made me an appt for two days later to finish up. They had me in and out in less than an hour! I think all car buying should be this easy. Some times we just need people to listen.I should also add that the other two dealerships had marked the car up $8000-$10,000 more than Wilson county motors.We will be back and refer all of our friends!Everyone was wonderful ! The salesman had run her credit and was in the process of finalizing terms. This will deduct points from her credit score in which she takes great pride in. I have had an ongoing issue with my 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid since July of 2019. I have had multiple mechanics look into the issue with no solutions to the problem I was having. Within 1 day of having my vehicle their technician identified the potential problem and is working on getting it resolved ASAP even overnighting the part if they can. Its disappointing that I live over 2 hours away because I wish I had a dealership like this in my backyard that truly put the customer first. The dealership has gone out of their way to ensure that this is taken care of quickly and professionally. Its nice to have peace of mind after the sale.
