I drove in the service bay at your dealership and after determining the tire was not holding air, a decision was made to plug the tire to get us back home, over an hour away. We were back on the road in less than 10 minutes and at NO CHARGE! I cant thank you enough for the hospitality and the stellar customer service that we received in the service department there! We purchased a Lincoln Navigator from Debbie. She is the best sales person to purchase a car from. The moment we stepped in to the dealership we felt comfortable. We highly recommend traveling to this location when purchasing a car for several reasons. Navigator was competitively priced. It was a $1000 below market. We even got a great price for our trade in. I like Gene Lewis Ford because you can buy from someone who doesnt have to ask their manager. The drawback, however, is that they dont always have a lot of inventory.I bought an Explorer there in 2014. When I went back to upgrade in 2019 to upgrade they didnt have a 2020 model on the lot, so I bought from a dealer an 90 minutes away. Huge mistake. I took for granted that the dealer where I brought my new one would be concerned about my satisfaction with a brand new vehicle that had a bunch of issues. I was wrong.I should have ordered it from Gene Lewis and waited a few weeks to get it. I take it there now for service now because they seem like they want to take care of me.

My vehicle/truck purchasing experience there was by far better than any Ive ever had. This is a long time family owned Ford dealership and they treated me like family as well. I dealt directly with Jim Lewis, the owner, and we made the deal on my new Ranger. He gave me a fair trade value for my old truck-better than the big box dealerships. It was a simple, quick and honest transaction. I met four different employees there and they all new me by name the next time I was there, and I know theirs as well. As a first time mom who is about to have a baby, I realized that it was time to trade in my 2008 Pontiac G6 GT with 269,000 miles for a new vehicle. I take great care of my vehicles and am very particular on what I wanted, especially with bringing a newborn home. I came to David Lewis letting him know what I was exactly looking for after doing much research. They have been working with and selling Fords forever, so I felt like they must be doing something right. We drove 50 miles one way to get there, but it was Worth it. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I told them the style of car and price range I needed for my daughter, This would be her first car to own. Steve treated us like family. Had a low tire pressure light and traveling from Cincinnati to Chicago. The folks at Gene Lewis diagnosed it quickly as a small puncture leak in RR tire. They had me back on the road in no time. Highly recommended!! They also have an gorgeous GT 500 KR mustang for sale on the show room floor. Horrible! horrible! service guys claim they cant hear a noise that’s clearly there. Never have i had to pay them for looking into to it but now stuck with a bill and a piece of carp certified pre owned. I guess i will get my own hands dirty and find the issue and might have to school this place on how to fix a car. It’s sad that our law enforcement has to take there vehicles there I wonder how safe they are? And how much they over charge costing tax payers? Ford in general has gone down hill so much for taking pride in American built!!

While Im not able to get drive in appointments like I have at other Ford dealership in the past, the service team at Gene Lewis Ford has made up for that by offering great diagnostic ability and reasonably priced service. I feel that I have always been treated fairly and drive a little out of my way to continue to be the beneficiary of their excellent service.
We are on our way home from Chicago heading to Louisville, KY. We stopped for gas, and our car had an steering assist error and wasn’t driveable. Thankfully we were on the same exit as Gene Lewis Ford. It was already 5:30 so they were closed for the day, but I called and spoke to Steve Lewis. He was immediately very helpful. He came to the gas station we were stuck at and told the tow truck what to do with the car. He then took us to a hotel and had our looked at first thing the next day. They had us back on the road that afternoon. We received such great service and were shown so much hospitality. I 100% recommend this dealership.
Well it is a Ford dealer. Everything is 100$ it seems they tend to be friendly, see the Lady in Service not the Guy, unless you know him, then he is cool with you. The lady will go the extra mile for you I wish I remembered her name. I am glad they warned me my lug nuts were bad before removing them and not being able to put them back on. But...a set costs 132$ .....waiting for another payday.
Took my Ford E250 cargo van in for an oil change. Simple enough, I go to get back into my van and notice that the plastic where my step is, completely pushed up and almost caused me to fall onto the ground. Apparently, the oil change tech, lifted my truck by the body, instead of the frame! both sides were damaged and Ford said that they would fix it. they did a lousy job fixing it and now the body has no paint left where the door strikes it. TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND TO PEOPLE I DO NOT LIKE!

The worst place I have ever been had my car over 5 weeks tried to put the old parts back in it after a fire all Mike Strode did was like every day about something different... Tried to go get my car to take it elsewhere they refused to give me my keys...lawsuit...... I would never take anything here worst place ever they are cons

I had a belt tensioner pulley explode on the highway just before the Lebanon exit. I pulled in and the guys in service literally started on immediately. I was dreading being stranded all day to wait on it or have to find a ride home. They had the parts in stock and had me back on the road within about an hour and a half. I certainly appreciate the service I recieved

This review is towards the body shop. My car was in their shop for a month (literally) and I recieved 0 updates on how the car was going and what the estimated date of completion would be. The gentleman in the body shop who I spoke too often had very little patience and he acted like I was wasting his time. I went back THREE times because I had a turn signal light out, my alignment wasnt right, and other things. I kept recieving excuses on top of excuses. I would like to help anyone by saving them to agony of taking their car to this awful place. I finally took my car out somewhere else after a month and the owner stepped in and wanted me to keep it there but it was too late for that. DONT take your car here. They dont know what they are doing and they go on their own schedule and dont inform the customer. I would rather take my car to a red lobster to have it worked on rather than to this place. (The only reason they get 2 stars is because the owner was a nice guy who wanted to help but it was too late)
Just had another oil change. Fast and courteous as usual.
We had hail damage and debri damage from storm they guoted. Almost $6,200. Are agent went down there and went.over the car with them well it ended up. We had to make. Three trips down there and it still wasnt fixed.properly. it took them from June 24 till. July 19 and they got more money for damage that wasnt there when we dropped it off I wouldnt. Reccomend them to anyone

This review is pointed towards the service department. I brought my car in because it was having problems starting up. They did diagnostics test and said everything was alright. I went to pick my car up the next day and my car didnt start up. All they did was jump my car and said they didnt know what was causing it. So I paid $45 for a 10 second jump.

Not very friendly and interior detailing took longer than a day with no call to keep me informed since I was told Id receive a call when it was done that evening. Their website and door say the service center is open until 6:00 the day it was supposed to be done, but when I called at 5:41 to check on my car I got a very annoyed showroom employee who told me theyve always left at 5:30. I called back the next day at 2:00 (the time I got off work) to find out it had been done for about an hour. I paid $100 for the experience and finally had my car back.
