1. Take a mechanic if you can.2. Read the entire Carfax.3. The salesman did go out of his way to try and reimburse me for routine maintenance and getting a second proximity key.I had to amend this review as the dealership did in fact send a physical copy of the Carfax as well as a check to help cover additional costs.

Salesman was uncommunicative and unfriendly. When I started this he got verbally aggressive. Not impressed. Its a shame because the cars look good.

I bought my first car from this lot last week. Despite it being my first time going through this process, Scott made it very easy to do, and was not offended by my bad negotiation skills. He also promised to fix a pre-existing mechanical issue with the car I bought, and he followed through. I was worried about needing new tires for my rig and he offered to get dealership pricing on those for me as well (all though I ultimately decided it was not necessary). He even had his mechanic look at a few issues that we did not know about at the time of purchase, after we had already driven off the lot. At no point did I feel under pressure to buy. I give 4/5 stars because prices are fair but not extraordinary, and it does seem that some of the mechanical issues that appear could have been discovered prior to purchase (but again, he help with fixing these issues). Overall I recommend this car lot.

Small father son team. Very friendly and helpful. Cars are marked at a fair price. Luke made the process quick and easy by being straight forward from the start. My family has bought a few cars from these guys now. And all have been great.

Far and away the best experience I’ve had buying a car. I knew what I wanted coming in and no one tried to upsell me. I was able to get the car checked out by a mechanic quickly (great condition) and got more than expected for my trade-in. These guys got me a great deal on a car I really like and it was as quick and painless as these things can be. If you live in the area and are looking to buy a car, I can’t recommend Valley highly enough!

Pretty mediocre service overall. Had a salesman walk away just because I didnt agree on the listing price. No perceived willingness to negotiate on a vehicle already steeply priced.

Honestly, from the very get-go the service was horrible. Came down to look at a car with my friend & we weren’t even greeted with a hello. The salesman didn’t introduce himself & was incredibly rude and unfriendly the entire time. The coolant in the vehicle was very low & the salesman was adamant that there was coolant in the radiator despite us even checking. We wanted to bring it to a mechanic to have him check it out before a final decision was made & the salesman was blatantly disregarding our wishes & wants, which I mean, was understandable seeing as how her mechanic is in Vancouver, but even so he didn’t seem to want to arrange something with us. It was very difficult to negotiate with him & it seemed like he didn’t even really want to sell it to us, all because we’re females & in our 20s. My friend ended up buying the car as she’s had her eye on this one for a while & it does seem like a decent car that is still under warranty but even then the salesman gave her the wrong sales order & got mad at the bank guy when it most definitely wasn’t the bank tellers fault. We came back two days later to pick up the car & he was much friendlier now that he knew she was really buying the car. However, a couple weeks later, there were issues with the title and Scott was not helpful or accommodating at all, so my friend had to figure things out all on her own. Overall I would not recommend just because of the rude and seemingly incompetent service.

Bought my 2007 Dodge 1500 from Scott. and now my wife and I are trying for the Audi... Didnt go anywhere or check anywhere else for a car. Went straight back to Valley Auto. I am a firm believer in if your taken care of with great service... loyal customer i will be. Scott has been great and we appreciate all he has done for us. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Valley Auto! Everything on the lot was $10,000 or under when we visited and we picked a car within a half hour. It runs great, its exactly what we were looking for mileage wise, and the whole process of getting a bank loan through the dealership, taking care of registration, and signing took about 24 hour. The guys that work there are super chill and help you find what youre looking for quickly (without trying to push a sale). Super helpful, quick, and affordable!
