I’m so pleased with the service department… My truck runs better than ever now!

Was not impressed... Cost 170.00 to replace serpentine belt. Couldnt even make it home before car overheated... They told me it was the water pump and would be another 500.00.Limped home took 6 hours to get 4.75 miles... Never again... They can take a flying leap, before Ill call this dealership again...And we wont go into the fact how they had me walking all around the whole place on a cane. to where I nearly fell and collapsed. Running me from parts, service, and labor. To cashier and then parked clear across the lot. to the very end space... 100 yards from service desk. Although theres a big ole handicap sticker in the window of the car... You think the Cane And the fact I needed it just to support myself would have been enough indication.... Told the service manager you know if I fall trying to get to my car, because its so far parked away. I will sue, was the only way to get a response that was even barely one of concern...And that only because I threatened him in the manner he could understand monetarily...!

These GM guys are absolutely awesome! We highly recommend Primasing for new vehicle shopping. They treated us with the utmost respect and catered to everything we asked for. Bought a 2020 Chevy Silverado and we wanted several factory parts installed and even changed our mind and wanted a different bed liner a few days after having it and they accommodated us anyway. We will be buying here for years to come! Erick was outstanding and their manager Jared goes above and beyond. He sat with us for over an hour going through information and recommendations about various options on the trucks. Casey, the owner also took excellent care of us! Visit these guys when you purchase a new vehicle. You will not be disappointed.

Do not go here, they are horrible. After taking 2 months to order my part that was supposed to take 2 days, but they kept losing my file and had 0 record of talking to me, they finally call me saying to bring my car in the next day.Come in the next day and they say they cant fond the part. They dont think they have it. You can leave it overnight and we will overnight the part. I do it, fine whatever. They call me 2 hours later saying they found the part and to come get my car.3 days later my check engine turns back on. 2 days after that my car get exteemely loud when driving. Have a firend check it out. My exhaust tube is no longer connected and 3 screws are missing. Go to another shop to get it checked, still has the same problem causing the check engine light as when i took it in, so now i dont know if they actually put any parts in my car at all and just charged me for it. Get work done at dealership in corvallis, everything works great.So again, do not go here.

Appointment made for air bag recall. Got our truck in very promptly. Very friendly. But when got truck back notice crack in the dash where air bag was worked on. They said dash was like that before they worked on it and they find lots of trucks that year with cracked dash. Dash had not been cracked before their work. A case of he said she said. No proof. Well never go back there. Give them a D- rating.

My recent visit to Primasing was a great experience. They quickly diagnosed my car problem, took time to explain the issue, and offered me a more generous discount than stated on the coupon I had from Chevy. They also provided quick friendly service when installing one last part the next week. Not fun to have car problems, but its nice to know they are there when you need them.

We were happy with our used car purchase (2006 Pontiac G6). My wife has had family who has purchased vehicles from Primasing over the years. In fact I still have the 1993 Chevy S10 Blazer that they purchased new from them back then.It was hard to believe this was a car dealership because they are not pushy and very helpful with getting you the best financing possible. Sometimes, that financing can take a few days to get finalized but they are pretty easygoing about it.Ill buy my next car there (hopefully new).

We came all the way up here for a 2010 GMC listed on the internet, which we viewed just yesterday. With the FULL intention of buying it, we hopped in the car this morning, because it is STILL listed on their website today! Well, yep you all guessed it. Classic bait & switch, they said, it was just sold yesterday. But wait, theres a Jeep we can buy. WTH? DO NOT ever do business with ANY car establishments that practice bait & switch! You have been warned.

When I bring my truck in they never try to push me to buy anything or tell me I need to repair anything without it being something I already knew about. I purchased a car from here over the weekend. I am from Portland, but they had the best deal on a Chevy Volt with the options that I was looking for. We got all of the negotiations handled over the phone, and they gave my bank everything needed to complete the financing quickly. I started the process on a Thursday, and was signing papers with my bank Friday morning.On Saturday when I picked up the car it was cleaned and charged. The signing process at Primasing was very quick. The car did have one small mechanical problem and they agreed in writing to fix it for me at a later date.Overall I would recommend them for a car purchase.

From start to finish, this was a most pleasant transaction. No pressure was felt. Erick is a polished professional salesman. And he was very patient with very many questions. When we need another vehicle, Ill call Erick.

So far, (I need to drive use and see)No complaint about how their work and or how the fob/vehicle works, but a big complaint about the time management. Just was saving my sister a trip, so I stopped by thought it would take 15 for them to activate the key fob....... Their is a lack of communication..... They send you to the waiting room. They dont tell you this will take 80 minutes, because they will have some woman drive your car like shes Pernelli to get the car washed.They assume that when arrive your wanting to make a day of it.They should have asked if I would like to have the car washed.I missed another appointment as I sat in waiting, feeling like my vehicle had been hijacked.I guess they assume that everyone knows what the program is. I was told that the car was hand washed.....I have no proof of that as of yet. When I sun comes out, I can tell. I could definitely still feel all the pitch still on the car (unfortunately it was parked near our fir tree) they rinsed the dust off basically.The car needs to be detailed by Herrings here in Sweet Home.Id have declined the wash. If the car had not been in this condition with special attention needed,I would have appreciated the car wash, if I had had enough time.

I cannot and will not recommend this dealership to buy a car. I went in and spoke with a salesman about a certain vehicle,, told him I wanted it and would be back at 4 pm, six hours later to pick it up. When I went back, he was goofing around with other non serious customers, my new car had not been cleaned or serviced and was not ready to go. The salesman ran all over the dealership like a chicken with his head cut off but accomplished nothing. They tried to get me to come back the next day, which was not acceptable. Kept trying to put me off and blow me off. Salesman was very unprofessional. Eventually the Business Manager took over and made this salesman finish the job. The salesman never did show me benefits or features. I am an older female and felt like the salesman didnt really care if he sold the car to me or not. I have been using the Service Department here for 10 years and for the most part have been very happy. I will never buy another car here again, however! Total disrespect from the Salesman.

Had my oil changed 3 weeks ago. Found my 2011 Equinox is having a problem with it burning oil. CHEVY KNOWS THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE.MY car is under 80 thousand miles.The Dealer basically told me I was screwed!!This is a known issue.I am writing to GM. If no satisfaction I will join the others in a class action lawsuit about this problem!
