I would like to thank the great service staff for resolving an issue I encountered on my way to Bennett Springs State Park. About 30 mile from Lebanon my check engine light came on in my 2015 Ram. They got me in right away and reseloved the issue. I was back on road quickly.

Mitzi, Bill and George and the rest of the service team did excellent job fixing my 2018 challenger. Being a bit of a perfectionist about my car I was apprehensive to have the dash removed to replace the radio but The service team did a great job and truly had attention to detail. I didn’t buy my car here but they took care of me as if I had. The radio is working great and they even got the part in ahead of schedule.

Appointment for an oil change has to be made 5 days in advance? And they need to know if you have a gas or a diesel because somehow that is relevant to change oil???They have to be the busiest service department from NY to CA.Oh boy and the lady was so willing to work, you can hear the happiness and willingness to help, pouring over the phone.

Not impressed, we went about 30 min before closing the sales rep came out and was awesome. Wasnt pushy very kind. Then he gave us to fiance. The guy was rude short and didnt want toi do his job. Needless to say they lost a 28,000 sale. Hope your proud of you fiance dept man. Lazy loses customers

Car was taken in for work. The work was never done on top of that they left my car windows down for a month in pouring rain. They were asked to put my windows back up when I first found out the windows were down. That wasnt done. Went back 2 weeks later the wijndows were still down.. Car door was full of water this was brought to the attention of the service manager. He acted like it was nothing wrong with windows being down 24/7 ! Month.

I used to have my vehicle serviced here regularly. When my car had to be in the shop for a week they would not let me have a loaner because I did not purchase my car from there. The owner told my husband to go rent one from enterprise. It shouldnt matter if I spend $50 on an oil change or $50,000 there for a vehicle I should still be treated as a valued customer. My business will no longer be with Graven. When I started my search for a charger two years ago I did go talk to them about trading in my jeep but they didnt even have the new body styles on the lot yet and thats why I didnt buy my charger from there.

Awful service department! I was quoted $37.50 to diagnose a problem with my headlights while they were changing my oil. When I picked my vehicle up, they made me pay $150 in labor for them to fix the headlights even though I never authorized the additional work or labor! They didnt even have my vehicle for the entire two hours they made me pay in labor costs! I wouldnt recommend these crooks to anybody!

Had fuel filters changed on a ram diesel Done a good job . Only reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is most dealers take an hour or less to do the job . It took a little over 3 hours to get this one done. Other than that good place.

The 2017 pacifica i bought was so terrible to drive that i traded it for a toyota after only 8000 miles! the cruise would go anywhere from 60 to 95 mph on its own!! scared the heck out of me. the solution given to me was do not use cruise control. that chrysler did not guarantee accuracy and so stated in car manual! i tried to trade for jeep and gravens wanted to screw me out of another 6000 again!!!! never buy a chrysler product again.

There always top notch and helpfull with anything, theres no reason to buy a truck or car anyplace else.... gravens is what a dealership should be.

My wife and I recently trader her suv for a new Dodge Journey AWD. The experience was excellent, no high pressure, the people were great to deal with. When we picked the car up they had it on show room floor so pulled it outside. Mr Gravens saw a little dirt at bottom and quickly got a towel and cleaned it off.We had friends and family that had dealt with them and were pleased with there deal and service dept.I would highly recommend them to any one lookling for a new Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep vehicle as well as good used vehicles.
