Purchased a 2012 Chrysler 200. When I test drove it it seemed to pull to the right. Seller just stated It needed a front end alignment and that would be done before purchase made.Made agreement for purchase, went to pick up car. Deal signed. Salesman said as he handed me a key, I sorry there is only one key. Kept my calm an mad no comment. Even though these keys are at least 380.00 to remake. Drove off with the steering still pulling. Next day my mechanic told me need front bearings..830.00 later

Keller brothers was awesome. They worked with me on my purchase and did not push me into a sale. Very friendly family-like environment. They helped me find the perfect truck that i was looking for and in my price range. I called them and told them i had a downpayment for a truck i looked at a week prior to purchase and i told them i want it. They kept everything on file so all i had to do was bring the money and sign some papers. They even had the truck shined up and waiting for me in the showroom when i arrived after work! Im definitely going to deal with keller brothers for all of my future vehicle purchases.

As always excellent service excellent communication when possible repairs are needed. I say possible as in, do I want them to make the repairs, or do I want to make them myself. Always very cordial and remember my name though I only see them twice a year, for the most part.In addition to the service center is sales. My last 4 vehicles came from Keller Brothers and all 4 times I stopped there first went elsewhere for comparative deals then ended back there. So my experience over all is excellent AAA+++

The Keller crew were just wonderful. We had a slow tire leak due to a nail in the tire. We knew this needed repair/replacement, before going back to Canada through all those up and down hills in Pennsylvania. As soon as the problem was discovered they went to a neighbouring dealership to get a new tire and then installed it. In the meantime there was lots of coffee & donuts to enjoy.

Worst customer service I have seen bought a vehicle from them 2 weeks ago a week later truck completely stopped running called for help an nothing was done was treated with attitude an like we were bothersome and pretty much told we were on our own all they want is your money! Will never buy a car here again an recommend the same to any one else as well! $1000 later an still working on it

I have been dealing with Keller Brothers buying quite a few automobiles from their dealership and having all services on my cars done in their shop. The service and parts associates have always been excellent. Above expectations. Whether the service provided was minor or a major job, it was done on time and correctly.Prices are very competitive with all comparable dealers shops and better than many. I will be buying my 10th Ford product, hopefully within the next 6 months and it will be from Keller Brothers.Thanks Keller Brothers for an honest and pleasant experience each time.

Had just moved from out of state and was looking for a car. I had stumbled across an SUV at Keller Pre-owned. Eventually decided upon purchasing this car after extensive searching. Unfortunately, 2 days after purchasing, the cars air conditioning became spotty and the airbag light was coming on and off.The team at Kellers was fantastic to work with from day 1. I called and let them know the issues and they didnt hesitate, they worked the car into the local GMC dealership and fixed all the issues when I know they probably didnt have to do this. 3 months in, the car is still running well and have had no further issues. The team was nice, courteous, and understanding of the process of purchasing a car and were very helpful in the process. I would highly recommend purchasing from here in the future for a no pressure and helpful experience in buying a car.

Great dealership! Keller bros gave me top dollar for my truck that I traded in-$2,000 more than what any other dealership offered. They also have a great selection of pre-owned trucks. If you end up checking them out, ask for Dave, hes been there for over 40 years- not pushy at all and wont waste your time. Also I had a bit of trouble with the ford mykey technology. Keller bros sent me to their main dealership and fixed it free of charge AND sent me away with an extra set of keys! Thanks Keller bros, you definitely have my future business!

Found a 2012 f-350 on their website, when i looked at the truck in person i noticed they swapped out the lariat 20 wheels with cheap xl 17 wheels. after the purchase of the truck I noticed the speedometer of the truck did not seem right. the truck was never recalibrated after the wheels were swapped and it was making my speedometer read 10mph faster than what it should. The wheels that they also have put on the truck have faulty tire pressure monitors on them which need replaced. There was also a very large dent in the bed that they covered up with a bedlinner. Dealer has made no effort in replacing the 17 wheels with the 20 wheels that the truck was advertised with online. Do not see future purchases with them

My parents instantly fell in love with their car, their salesman, and, the dealership.Last month, my fiancee purchased a vehicle from JJ and she received the same gold star treatment,Yesterday we picked up an item from Parts (another seamless process) and had some warranty work done on the my fiancees vehicle. This place is a joke. They are unfriendly and act like they do nothing wrong. They didnt verify the payoff and decided to say we made the mistake. Thats not our job to verify anything. They wanted to sell our car without the title but make us pay for their mistake. They were going to make us eat the money. It was 1000 dollars. Who would mess that up. Dont go there.

Staff was nice Ill give them that, otherwise never again will I deal with this place! Purchased a used Silverado from them, spent thousands in repairs in the first 6 months I owned it! Replaced wheel bearings, steering shaft, shaft bearing, gauge cluster, actuator for the 4wd, exhaust hanger, oil drain plug and filter where stripped (looked like they took it to Walmart for the oil change) all the shocks and axle seals. here are the biggies... All the brake lines and calipers and the rear spring blocks that where damaged and shifted (thankfully i wasnt towing anything) line blew out on the highway coming home from work. Upon inspection where the line blew out was conveniently covered up with fresh undercoating. Well you get my point
