Great local dealership, honest, and have amazing deals all the time. Most dealerships are all about sales and compensation, this dealership wants to honestly help you with really good prices. I haven’t bought a car here but have had friends and family go and received great deal and service. I’ve been here twice for Car Detailing and honestly one of the best locations for detailing. Major Key Motors was a very good experience. They had a very eye catching 2013 Beetle that I fell in love with. Jalen, the owner, got me processed online and approved in the same day. I sent him all my paperwork while I was at work and I took the car home in less than one hour. They help people with not so perfect credit and they report to the credit agencies as well.Major Key Motors even made sure to roll a service plan in my payments so I wont have to worry about costly repairs.Very kind man, easy to deal with, flexible on payments and a decent selection of vehicles.If this pans out well, they will definitely be where I return for my next car.Also its nice to see a person of color owning and operating a business. Made me a bit proud.

My overall experience with Major Key Motors was amazing! I came in on a Friday looking to finance a vehicle. The owner Jalen was very helpful with all my questions regarding how to finance the vehicle. He also showed me vehicles that were within my budget! I came in a little before closing and decided on a vehicle which he put on hold for me to finish paperwork the next day. He had it nice and cleaned for me the following day due to the snow and also showed me how to access where to make payments and answered any other questions I had in regards to the vehicle. Looking for a vehicle with no credit, bad credit, good credit. Definitely recommend Major Key Motors!

He sales fake protection plan and charge double for it, a 1180$ for 12 month or 12000 miles . engine went bad after 2 month and noone help.they take advantage of people with not good credit and kill them very hard, . they have no heart and i wil watch out very good before u buy from them .

Bought a Toyota Camry from here and I lived it. Some one totaled it and insurance gave me $800 more than what I paid! Have a Saturn Vue from Major Key Motors my mother drives everyday with no issues. And I just bought a Lexus RX300 and I love it. Every car is extremely detailed and they always ride great. I never have to look anywhere else for a vehicle. 👍

Do not do business with this dealership...my wife went to look at a vehicle told the guy we were interested in the car...before this I messaged him multiple times with no response at all...after my wife got home I proceeded to message him telling him we wanted to buy the car after multiple attempts again messaging him no response after hours finally he gets back to me only to tell me someone came AFTER my wife and he’s holding the vehicle for them??? Really???... then he doesn’t even tell me it’s sold I have to see a sold sign on messenger... very unprofessional in my opinion I own a business and always keep in contact with my customers

Brought my 1st suv from this location a year ago and during this year it has been hell. I was able to enjoy the suv for 6 months. To buy a car and only driver it for 6 months after paying as much as i did is crazy. I personal would not go and buy another car from this location. Hopefully everyone else will have better luck.

My Dad purchased a 2007 Honda CRV from Major Key Motors on Cumberland Street next to Dairy Queen in Lebanon. The car was detailed and looked great and he was very happy with the $5,500 price. He drove it for nine weeks and the rear wheel fell off, the entire frame was rusted out. Fortunately, he was only pulling out of a parking lot. Had it towed to a garage and they told him the car was unrepairable. When he went back to Major Key Motors for resolution they told him “you bought the car as is, we don’t check the cars out, we just sell them.”

If you want a good car at a great price, Major Key is the way to go. The owner only sellsQualith clean cars.I bought my Car him cheap and i love it and never had a problem.

Rip off they have a 2008 Ford Focus for sale for $5600 kelly blue book has it between $2200-$3500. Don’t buy from them i told them and the lady didn’t even know what she was talking about.

I was going to buy a 2007 Audi A4 from them and it was a terrible experience. First off I was told I was going to be able to take it to a machanic at any time and every time I would call or go up, there was a “person” looking to buy the car. I then went to my machanic and they said they could get the car in right away (and I told them that) and the still didn’t let me take it. For something that would have only taken an hour! My second issue is I went in at 10:00 am to pick up the car and they told me someone was going to come in and buy it soon. So I waited till 4:00 pm the same day to see if they came in or not and they still wouldn’t let me take the car. I do not recommend buying a car from here the people are very hard to work with. If you do take the car to a machanic and if they keep pushing you off you know it is a bad car. And they say they don’t hold the car for anyone but they didn’t let me take the car at all today and that is holding the car for someone who only came in at 4:43.
