I love going to this location in particular. It is a nice, well stocked store and the staff is very pleasant. My friends and I went today to check out some stuff and the manager was very helpful with some complicated questions I had about trade ins and preorders.

Love the lebanon gamestop. They always have a good selection of gear and games. Staff is amazing.

Went in about a week ago & seen many changes to their floor plan & the general organization of the store. A great improvement from the last time I visited a few months ago. Giving 5 stars because of the recent changes they made & also because of the great customer service experience I have every time my boyfriend & I come in. The employees are always willing to help anytime we want to pre-order a figure, buy a game or browse their stock.

Very good, the store attendants were very nice! One of the Staff, Cat, was extremely nice to me! They had a great selection and were able to help me buy a bunch of Nintendo switch games!

Inventory is way down. Couldnt find anything to buy and I had a $50 Gift Card.

Its your typical game store but their friendly employees and customer service have earned my loyalty. Im not a big gamer but my son loves the toys. Their prices are higher than Target or Walmart, but they have many items you wont find else where.

They are horrible service they tell costumers like us they can’t buy our ps4 game system because it comes from a house of bugs when there wasn’t no bugs on it I will never purchase nothing from them again they lie and tell us we can’t sell it there sorry group and kat one of the employees shes a total jerk about trading the system as well

My grandsons and I love coming here. The boys always find something. Reasonable pricing, and great service from the very friendly staff. We are always treated well. Friendly to the boys, and myself. They make every customer as theyre the most important person.

Such a detailed store. I was able to find exactly what i wanted. Kat and McKenzie very helpful. Kat always greets with a Great smile. They are there to help with all your gaming needs. Id rather shop at the Lebanon game stop than walmart or anywhere else.

The store itself and employees are great! Ordering anything online at gamestop is horrible. Online orders canceled without explanation or apology twice. Then did not get refurbished xbox I ordered but a used xbox with others information on it also locked. Save yourself some headache and upset kids and just go instore.

Awesome place

The employees there attack you when you walk in... it sucks. they try to MAKE you have a conversation with them... if not they get offended. its very tedious. I just want to buy games

When, I do go to this game stop it is always a big help. Also in turn being really helpful, they are also very comedic people. Which helps on a bad day! Great place to shop!

I like game stop but these broken games is uncalled for. They should check the games before selling. I took a game back today they swapped it for another (same game ) and the damn game still dont work. Im going tomorrow to get my money back. Come out better going to Walmart.

One of the best GameStops out there. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and patient with us. (I have a preteen that asks alot of questions!! LOL) They are very knowledgeable about their inventory too. I do not understand all these comments about broken discs etc, because we have never had a bad disc in over 5+ years of purchasing. They stand by their guarantees! Kat is my little boys favorite associate. ;) but we like everyone there!

Ive been going to this GameStop for years! That being said, the quality of the store has slowly declined. Its not a bad location, just a mediocre one. The employees were friendly as usual!

Came to store to trade my 360 system in for a PS3. They took out all my attachments to the game system and then informed me they could not do it cause of the control had a different back. They put all my attachments back in the box except my control charging cord. No they are closed and my controller is dead. Thanks game stop
