Upon arriving we were greeted and told the wait for a representative was 45 minutes. After the wait, the rep asked the reason for the visit. We came to upgrade. Rep sighs and said well do you know which one you want. No, we wanted to compare to decide. He kept leaving us to talk to other reps. I decided on a phone and it was in stock. He then went to the my Verizon app on my current phone and made the purchase. he did ask if I wanted insurance we said on the new phone only. He then went to the other reps who were assisting other customers that had come in long after we did. The rep asked if we could just activate the phone ourselves. We had been there a total of 2 hours and 45 minutes and frustrated so I figured out how to transfer my info from old to new phone and activated the upgrade.One month later there was an issue with the screen. I go to Verizon and discover that no insurance was put on the phone. My husband and I both remember the conversation when the rep asked if we wanted the coverage. We really both feel at this point that after waiting an unreasonable amount of time in the store needing assistance that for the level of customer service we received was zero. I now have a broken phone that I owe $500 on because we assumed he put the insurance on the phone. We had questions about different plans, werent offered any screen protector or phone cases. Weve been with Verizon for well over a decade and we just expected to get assistance at the Verizon store.
For ANYONE having issues, go to the Verizon across town! 703 S Cumberland St! They helped me out a lot! They always have employees who WORK and try their best to get to everyone quick! Also always have phones I need!
Never have any phones except one that cost over $1,000. Plus, counted 5 employees and only 2 were helping people. The others stood around on their phones, but told us the wait would be 30 min at least. So after waiting 30 min, they still didnt have a phone in stock so they couldnt help us. Really Verizon?! Then you tell us to call the customer service line. For what? Not to mention the service is getting worse and now all these places no longer have cell service reception, but theyre the best? Really questioning Verizon at the moment.
Hailey the store manager at this Verizon store is so knowledgeable she fixed my phone that I am so grateful for. I am sure her other technicians/sales people have the knowledge to fix peoples phone. Its a very clean store and a nice selection of phones.
Poor tech knowledge of 2 unpersonable employees, not sure about the others.. it took a third employee (who returned from break) to resolve the issue. (5.5 hours in the store)
Waited for over an hour to be seen with only 3 other people in the store. Dont bother showing up unless you have an appointment or a 4 hour window just to activate a phone.

This isnt necessarily a problem at store level though they are VERY limited as what they can do in a store. My problem Verizon as a whole. Go somewhere else.. Dont give them your business. Verizon is a long standing joke and I am BEYOND over it. As soon as my contract is up, Im gone. I literally HATE everything about the Verizon Network... EVERYTHING.
They were checking people in outside which was fine. Did not take long, but after we got in side the young man left us to go out side and check someone else in. We wanted to buy a phone but could not get anyone to show them to us. There were two other men that seemed to be helping another customer. Don’t understand why one person was trying to do all the work. I have been in this store one other time and was not satisfied with the service then. I will never go back there!
The Representatives were very polite & knowledgeable! Even on a busy day I didnt have to wait too long, no longer than to be expected. Despite the busy rush I was still given the time & patience it took to thoroughly meet my needs & all my questions answered!
Great help with transferring to a new phone. The guy was patient and pleasant about explaining how to do things on the phone to a non-tech person, such as me. Lol

I came into this store actually to buy a new phone since mine would no longer hold a charge,the employee who looked at it told me I could get the exact same phone thru my insurance at no charge to me and god forgive me i believed him. I got the replacement phone and sent my fully functional (except would not hold a carge ) back and got a Bill for 400 dollars. I have tried to talk to someone at the store and was told GM would call and yes I am a week later still waiting on his call.i have talked to everyone I could reach at Verizon corporate but because of the mistake at the store in the way it was filed nothing they can do. I went back to store to explain and a very rude individual told me outside at the door there was nothing they can do. Because of this I am terminating my 16 years with Verion . This is very poor management and I will not stop trying to set this right even after leaving Verizon.
Masks are required. Not a fan of that policy, but its house rules so Im good with it. Not a fan of having to enter in our payment information manually. Their COVID-19 policy cuts in to their customer service from an inconvenience standpoint. The people were awesome which masked the inconvenience we experienced (pun intended).
I sent my mother there to pick up a sim card. All she needs is a sim card for a phone they told her no without the phone. She offered to buy it. They just wanted to sell her something. What a awful place to go!

I would just like everyone to know before they go into Verizon in lebanon, TN that they are very rude and do not know what they are doing, my mother needed to order insurance phone because she had broken hers she had to go in almost every day bc either the order got canceled or they just told her something that wasn’t true. Verizon has the best coverage area. No, its not the same as everybody else. They have the best phones. And even if they didnt, their customary service alone is worth the price. The people who work for Verizon are really a cut above! From store associates to call center to tech support. Theyre all amazing!

Too much up selling. Seems like they just want to get you in a contract and seel as many options and equipment as they can. Go prepaid plans and cut out the middlean and the brick and mortar stores.

We upgraded 4 phones. Our representative was Keith Clark. My only disappointment was what our representative on the phone, Bill, told us something different than what we got at the store. At Keiths recommendation I will call them and try to straighten it out.

Store design has been changed so it just didnt have the appeal of, We have lots to offer. Store looked empty of merchandise. A small section for available phones displayed, but one whole wall full of phone protective cases. Like as if they are more into accessories than phones. And sitting at a table talking to salesman about phones, under a light, made it seem like a sketchy deal. Im out, wont be going back.
Probably the worst location Ive ever been to and the worst service ive ever had. First of all, new phone was improperly set up. I get to Florida and am completely locked out of my new phone over an issue that was never mentioned. Luckily I had my old phone and 3 hrs later am able to make calls. So, Mike was my rep. So many issues at time of purchase to mention. Finally as we thought we had the phone functioning, he was due to get off and was to his car before I was. I see how this happened in hindsight. Oh, and the receipt i got wasnt even my account or receipt
Was looking for a note 10 plus all out of them not good..Called about a Note 10 Monday and someone there had attitude at lebanon location so I hung up on them.. very disappointed

Switched to metro PCS in November. Went into Verizon in December to clear up any lingering charges and make SURE that there wasnt anything else that I might owe. Paid somewhere in the neighborhood of $70 and was told that I was good to go. NOW I find out that they have sent $152 to a collection agency. This is not ethical business practice in my opinion. This is my #1 Cell phone place. Been with them about 15 or 20 years now. I think they have the best overall cell phone needs. Reception is always great, never a dropped call, unless youre in a No Service area. We have the S8+ phones and we love them, however will probably be getting the new S10+ or the Samsung S10 5G. Thanks to Asurion Insurance, which is the insurance carrier for Verizon, my 10 year old grandson also has a Galaxy S8+. His phone was stolen. Reported it, they send a replacement, but I could never get it to Activate. Called back, the sent a s5+. Couldnt get it Activated. Called back, next one they sent was a Samsung Galaxy S8+. Took it in to a Verizon store, and they got it activated for us. All this only took about 3 days. They send the phones next day delivery. The original phone we had gotten him was an LG 5, or something like that. My grandson loves his phone. He guards it with his life. He is a big gamer, but now he spends most of his time, quietly watching his You Tube, playing games and checking out the internet. Couldnt ask for a more well behaved child. And its all due to Verizon. I love you Verizon.

We all know what Verizon is... Its a cellular company that charges too too freaking much for its services. The phones and the plans are overpriced. I wish they had more competition, so I could dump them and save a boatload of money every month.
The young lady that assisted us took care of one problem and advised us on how to take care of 2 others. Saved us a lot of running around and phone calls.

They do not ID for in-store purchases and have allowed over $450 in purchases to be charged to my account from an unauthorized or non-account manager on my account. They allowed a purchase after I had even went up there and expressed my displeasure after the second time. Not pleased at all!

Customer service was very helpful getting information transferred to new phone. Disappointed that Verizon is blocking updates on their Samsung Galaxy S5 phones forcing you to buy new phones and put you back under a 2 year contract. They were very helpful helping me to get a replacement wifi with Asurion disappointed that Asurion sent an out of date wifi that they fo not use or sell anymore and neither company offered me an updated one. Ive tried months ago to get this claim filed through tech support with use of app. You cannot get through to a live person at Asurion making it very frustrating for you if you have a claim issue or to get a claim going. Process needs to be changed! Verizon needs to go back to giving its customers a book on how to operate your phone.

The first time I went in there and asked for a copy of the reciet for my tablet that I had bought from another Verizon store for a police report they told they couldnt do it because Terry were a moms and pops verizon store. Sobi had to call the other verizon store and ask for them to send a copy to the other verizon store for them to send it to me. Ok fine. The next time I went in I was asking about buying a new phone and asked if the deals would be better at a real verizon store since they were a secondary business. He guy not knowing I was already told lied straight to my face and told me they they werent a moms and pops. So I informed him of the last visit and he tried to tell me tat thwart person musty have been mistaken because they werent ever a moms and pops. However the other time I was there the other guy had told me that he had been there for years... But I left it alone and called the other verizon store. And in fact did find a better deal.. at another VERIZON store. I just hate being lied too
