This establishment has always been a go to for my family with each of our Apple devices and issues that can come along with them over time. It’s also been our one stop shop for all Apple used or refurbished pieces as needed. The owner and operator is very knowledgeable, very quick his work, and always honest. Best place ever to get your lifeline up and going again. Came in at 10am, phone was ready to go in less than 30 minutes. Mr. Frank is knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to! Price is super reasonable! If your lifeline aka phone shatters, go to that location you won’t regret it!

My daughter was on a mission trip and the day of her return we realized that her iPhone screen was broken. I found Ipods and More and Frank was able to make the repairs. I was able to watch the repair and I must say it was more detailed than expected. The price was great and the service even better. I would like to add that my daughter was elated when she returned.

I have been here twice and will definitely go back anytime I need service on my iPhone. This last time I wasnt 100% sure what was wrong with my phone and he was willing to try what he thought it was so I would know what I needed when I came back. I had to have the camera replaced on my IPhone 6s Plus. The service and price was great. He tried to find the part at a even cheaper price than he originally told me that I thought was very reasonable to begin with. He however did not have any luck. He got the part in and had my phone fixed within 15 minutes. Highly recommend this business.

I am giving 5 stars because I took an iPhone7 there with a shattered screen. It was fixed in 20 minutes at a decent price as well. My phone screen went out after about 30 minutes of having it fixed. I called him and he told me to bring it back. It turned out it was a faulty screen. He fixed it again free of charge and it’s been working perfectly ever since. He stayed late to make sure my phone was fixed that day without a complaint at all. He is very knowledgeable of his products and was eager to help! I would definitely recommend this shop!

We had a terrific experience at Ipods & More. Frank was able to take care of our issue on the spot at a reasonable price. My son had a battery issue with his Iphone 6. I had an appointment to get my Iphone battery replaced at the Apple Store in Cool Springs. After waiting for over an hour my phone was brought back to me and Apple told me they would not replace the battery because the phone had gotten wet sometime in the past. This was news to me but on my way home I happen to think of Frank Marco and Ipods and More. Frank had my phone with a new battery ready to go in less than 15 minutes at a very reasonable price. My only regret was that I didnt go to Ipods and More first. I wont make that mistake again.

Mr. Marco went above and beyond to help me and my son even though his store was technically closed. He met us, performed his magic and restored my son’s iPhone, saving me a much dreaded trip to the Apple store. I’m thankful for Mr. Marco, his store and his outstanding customer service ... all in the same town I live.

I needed to get my phone fixed and had the pleasure of meeting Mr Marco. I had been told by an electronics store that I cracked “under” my screen and it would cost approximately $160 to fix it! Ahh, NOPE! Mr Marco said it’d be around $80 but he said he wouldn’t feel right doing that because my phone really didn’t need it! Wow! He has character, morals, honor!! Pleasantly surprised!! He’s in same plaza as Painturos in Lebanon!!

We have purchased 4 iPads for our business and personal use, and 2 Mac books for college students from Frank at iPods and more. I have lost count of the iPhone screen replacements!! Took my ipad to get a screen replacement while in town from Boston. Owner could not have been more accommodating. Repaired the screen and has worked perfectly, no issues at all. Pricing was very fair, and quality was just as good as the bigger guys.

My husband went to have his iPad cracked screen repaired. He called ahead and the man on the phone told him that it should be around $79. When he got there, the man he talked to (he thinks I was the same man) told my husband that he owned one of the more expensive iPad air2 and that it would be $175 to fix it. Although he could sell him a 6gen for $225. My husband said no thanks and left. He went to another repair loc in Lebanon. The man at the counter told him it was his acrylic screen saver that was cracked not his iPad screen. He took the saver off, cleaned the glue off the screen and the actual iPad screen was just fine. Obviously, we do not recommend this place.

I went to iPods and more a few months ago and got my iPhone XS screen replaced, this morning the phone was in my pocket and when I went to use it half of the screen quit working, no drops or anything so I took it back to iPods and more to get the screen warrantied out because obviously it’s defective right? Well the guy in there proceeds to tell me that he can’t warranty it and won’t stand behind his work. Do not use this guy if you want quality workmanship and someone who will stand behind their repairs.

Very unprofessional for one had to unfortunately give it a one star. Let me start off by saying I walking to the store with a nice little bit of money just didnt have enough to get the iPhone 6 +64 gig so I was given 125 bucks which my iPad Pro was worth about $900 also was my sons as a gift so I really didnt want to sell it. So for one I got beat over the head there. But I had no choice I needed the phone so I did the deal I spoke to the own a week later thats today I explained to him the phone makes me force close apps to reopen others. Now he told me if I have any problems with the phone I have 30day. Now its not even a week yet and I am stuck with the phone. I would not recommend this store to anyone! Go to Ibroke it! They will help u and if u have any problems at all they will help u! Now I am upset because the guy in the store seemed so helpful and caring at the time I got the phone now he wont even do a thing to help! One iPad Pro $900 and $300 cash later! So I am done I am contacting the better Business Bureau. I will have my grandfather talk to some people he knows in LEBANON TN also. So save yourself the headache and dont go to the store! This guy is great! He has been fixing iPhones, iPads, iPods and everything else for years. He is closed on Mondays and closes most days at 4:00. Make sure to check the hours before you go.

Weve had 2 iPads worked on (screens replaced due to fracture). One continued to have problems with the screen after it was initially replaced. The owner had informed me that he insured his screens and would replace them once no matter the reason (refractured or malfuction) no charge if it was within a years time. The screen was replaced with no difference in operation. We are now in need of replacing a screen that is fractured. When I called, I was informed that unless I had purchased the insurance plan they would not replace it. What happened to the initial policy? Not interested in working with someone that changes their policy half way through the year of warranty.

I visited iPods and More to receive a replacement hardrive for my Macbook and while Frank did replace it, he did so with a way older version than what my original was and I am very disappointed with it. Yea, I wanted a replacement, but I did not receive what I expected.
