Employees are very kind, always on top of their game! Handled a disgruntled (possibly intoxicated) customer who came in yelling (Mr. Jackson acted a fool) was telling the employee to meet him outside, employees are very professional and handled it very well

The Verizon Store on South Cumberland in Lebanon, TN, has won best store in TN for good reason. Gunjan is a terrific representative with both efficiency and kindness. We dont need to visit often, but when we do it is always a pleasure. Even during these days where only 1 person can be in the store at any one time, he is still making every customer feel appreciated and cared for. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing. The Verizon store on West Main Street on Lebanon should be closed permanently and just have this store in Lebanon. They practice social distancing better than any business Ive been to AND their customer service is 100% better than the West Main store!

I went to make some changes on my account. The store personnel were very helpful and knowledgeable. They made sure I understood all of the details of my changes.

Due to medical reasons I am not capable of wearing masks, I was refused service because I would not put a mask on! I was told by the so-called manager that company policy says he cannot help me but any other Verizon store I was helped by a manager due to my medical handicap!!

Lately I have come into this store and have not enjoyed their customer service and theyre not very helpful either when it comes to me needing assistance with my phone. I prefer the other location. They have more quality of staff.
