Conveniently located right off the fly in a small strip mall next door to a Ross dress for less dtore, with tons of parking all around. The donation area is around back with a ramp leading up to inside. Also theres a bin located right at the end to drop off ur donations. Pretty decent size as well, fully stocked.
Its always a gamble on the items u may find but Ive had some pretty good luck in finding some name brand purses and jeans like Micheal kors .. and Betsy Johnson.. but its a pretty good store staff is pretty layer back not all over your back but are helpful not hard to find .. and pretty clean store
I ordered a sour dough grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken was extremely dry. The zucchini over breaded. Not a good experience.
Rude and unprofessional workers at the good will drop off in the back. Learn some customer service or don’t work with the public!
Reasonable prices, very clean store, friendly cashier
Abosoulty horrible, I came to drop off donations and all I saw was a arrow for donations and a bunch of donations next to it. When I didnt see any bins I figure they just leave it there. So I decided to get my stuff out and all of a sudden a guy that works there just starts to yelling at me from across the street. I told him where can I put it an he continues to tell from across the street. I continue to tell him I now understand I can no longer leave the items here but where will I be able to and he would not answer. He continues to give me attitude.Hes just hanging out walking around but gets upset because he isnt doing his job. If this simple job was done correctly I could just drop my stuff off and be on my way and waste time trying to figure it out because he cant just direct people to the current location.
Just the best looking for old things And New
Great selection, decent pricing. Something for everyone. Centrally located from the Redondo Beach exit (Harbor Freeway). Friendly, helpful staff.
Goodwill is one of the greatest disappointments in modern America. Arrogance is the motto of this so-called “charitable organization”. In fact, contrary to popular belief, maybe it isn’t a charitable organization at all. Maybe those running it have some other motivation for being in business. I muse about this because on a few occasions over several years, as the circumstance would arise, our family has tried to donate recyclable, perfectly usable clothes, shoes, brick-a-brack, electronics, toys and other household items. The facilities tend to be convenient to get to but, inevitably, we would have to take our good intentions elsewhere. Staff constantly refuses virtually everything we offer. If this were an occasional occurrence relative to the odd unusable or otherwise not salable/recyclable/acceptable item it would be understandable but it has, instead, been a consistent occurrence over a long period of time. Clearly they prefer that Joe or Jane Public not darken the Goodwill door with their silly philanthropic notions. No doubt the management curmudgeons running this operation would spit out some bureaucratic non-response to this criticism, were they inclined, but the fact remains that the average person will NOT be able to easily donate their used items here. It’s baffling, and frustrating, because the things we wish to give seem as good or better than what is on display in the store. Go figure. Make your donations, help your neighbors some other way. You’re likely to waste your time coming here. As a Los Angeles area organization meant primarily to serve the less privileged, or more thrifty, Out-of-the-Closet is much more responsible and well attuned to the needs of the community than these Goodwill people and other local shops will be far more welcoming.
Its a small store but good prices
Super bad experience, I was denied service by the store manager JANET because I requested my temperature to be taken From my wrist rather than my head due to medical reasons. I explained to the manager and not only was she very rude but she refused to accommodate to my request and turned me down from shopping with them
Very organized and clean.
Daniel was great in helping me donate most of my old electronics such as my printer my cables and a few other items. He is helping me carry most of the items to the bins and helped me by sending me an email as well as a receipt of all my donations for that day. It was very easy very quick and saved me a lot of time. Well be coming back to donate my other old electronics and other things.
Lots of goods, some vintage but mostly slightly worn (almost new) Tons of Halloween items already! The parking here is ABUNDANT and I appreciate how it doesnt get too crowded inside the store at any given time. Right off the freeway too!
Is exciting, every day you can find a treasure.
Good Will is a place to relax and hit the jack pot with a super find. I feel Rich with clothes and Im not Even rich in that sense. The people you meet there are super fun....usually the worker are too..Many work very hard!
Manager is very rude. I returned an item and not once did she smile or look at me. After she finished my return she did not say a word and put my Receipt On the counter and walked away!!!! Did not greet me!! The manager has a very nasty attitude! Never coming back to this location!
Guidelines for donations have changed, but were not posted on the website. Had to go to another center to dispose of more.
By far the worst goodwill I’ve been too .employees don’t even akowledge you when first walking into store so forget about a friendly greet.i get that these store have their “smell” to it but this one takes the grand prize .theres dust bunnies on floor and floating in mid air ! Clothes is not organized by size color or gender .everything is just scattered anywhere.again I understand that some home decor or knic nacks can be a bit dusty or dirty, but these are on a next level dirty here.smh this location is very gloomy and depressing .the items they have aren’t even good enough to be donated .they should just trash most of their items tbh.location small too .
The main lighting is really bad at this location. Makes for a depressive shopping experience. Really bad fluorescent dim lighting. Also the look of the store is shoddy and uninviting. Its not as nice as other Goodwill locations in the area. Needs to be renovated. And the lights need to be turned up or repaired. I frequently shop South Bay Goodwills and this is one of my least favorite ones.
Very NICE.. CLEAN ORGANIZED with the exception.. they DONT do DOLLAR THURSDAYS! The prices are a set PRICE!! They DONT do like the one on CRENSHAW and the other one on La TIARA.. Those 2 stores JACK UP THE PRICE on JEANS, SHOES, DRESSES AND COATS & JACKETS and HOODIES!! Etc. I EMAILED COOPARATE last month.. IT TAKES A VILLAGE TO BE HEARD!! I did the same last year too!! And I spoke with someone about it and within a few months it was a NEW CREW OF MANAGERS at the store on CRENSHAW. We living in hard times and certain things we CANT AFFORD to buy so we go to goodwill.. but whats the need if they charging you for something OLD and USED for a price you can get NEW!! smh Not to mention customers are starting to STEAL and TAKE OFF THE PRICE TAGS!! In the Hopes it will get replaced with a lower!! All goodwill shoppers NEED TO PROTEST or do like I did CALL CORPORATE, EMAIL!! do something.
Great clean store. Very organized. Staff very helpful. Great deals
I recently cleaned out my storage and the people at the donation center were very helpful and nice. Amazing customer service, which is very hard to find today.
This isnt one of the best stores Ive been in. Everything is overpriced and it doesnt seem to have any meaning to where its been stored. I had to look very hard to find certain things because the way its organized it isnt well thought out. The staff here is pleasant and will behaved however finding things will be the biggest drawback for this location plenty of parking outside theres even a restroom for your convenience.
Excellent pots and things to put Plants in!
We cleaned up at the $2 clothing sale!!
Nice things in store
Really rude, I was just calling to ask some questions on how to drop off furniture, or whether they accept or pick up, the employee just cut the phone mid sentence simply because they dont want to do their job.
I don’t know about shopping here, but I donated a ton of stuff. I’m glad there’s a location to drop off gently used items for resale to others.
The merchandise is amazing. The staff is helpful & friendly. Place is clean & organised.
Very nice Goodwill. Friendly staff and lots of goodies. Kinda hidden in back by ross.
Great deals on used and new stuff. Good way to support a great charity.
Very friendly staff and cheaper than Downey or Norwalk
The best one I have been to in LA. I am spoiled in the Midwest with great thrift stores. At least this one brought back hope in L.A. 😂
Find some decent Bargains but you have to compete with other people
Your typical Goodwill, some days youll hit the jackpot fantastic finds other days..... Junk
This store is not well organized, there were items on the floor and not well kept. Customer service was good, it just needs some work.
Good attention
Clean organized👍
Plenty of selection from toys, electronics and clothing. Friendly staff eager to help the customer.
So easy to do the donation, nice people!😊

Satisfyingly nice. Here I found articles that were on my priority list.
Has brand clothes
A good job since they help people with very affordable prices
They already sell everything as if it were new, it is expensive
