Scratch is like an absolute candy store for fiber enthusiasts. Im not local, so I dont get the pleasure of going that often, but when I do, my experience is always the perfect amount of individual browsing/yarn-petting time and help from super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommend!!

I visited Scratch on Saturday during their Birthday event. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and really appreciated all the help (most notably Jessica - thank you!). Im not great at asking for help, but desperately needed it to find the right yarn for a beginner project. Jessica took the time to read through the pattern to help find the right supplies. I highly suggest visiting! Will definitely go back as I continue my knitting journey.

My sister is an avid knitter and I wanted to get her something nice for her birthday recently. Scratch was super friendly with my *zero* knowledge of knitting and recommends some very cool items to get for her.

From my first visit I felt welcome and my questions are answered politely. I have brought in projects or patterns when I am happy or frustrated and needing assistance, I have brought in welps from other shops needing inspiration, needles, or companion skeins.Speaking of needles, the shop sells Chiagoo knitting supplies as well as hand dying supplies, small-gift stuffers: cross stitching, embroidery, scarf/sweater in-a-bag.Need supplies but forget your pattern? If it is online there is a tablet for public use to retrieve your pattern if you have it saved to a Raverly account. Need companionship? Weekly crafting groups include just hanging out or learning new techniques.The store is large, well-lit and uncluttered. Handicapped accessible parking is in the back and on the opposite block. Located in a building with an elevator.

Cute shop with crafts for everyone! Super friendly employees who are always happy to answer questions. Plus they usually have dog treats so my dog wont let me walk by without stopping :)

I have both visited in person and order online. Both experiences were great! The store is inviting and stocked with a ton of yarn. When I ordered online, the yarn came quickly and was shipped in a compostable plastic-like package. Great experience all around!

I went to find fabric, they are no longer carrying. I now want to learn knitting, it is a candy store of fiber colors, comfy chairs and delightful owners. Will go back for sure.

Scratch is my home away from home. They are beyond welcoming, so knowledgeable, and super willing to help if you have questions about an ongoing project. The yarn they carry is beautiful, they have a wide selection of needles and notions, and Ive been thrilled with every purchase Ive made. I couldnt possibly recommend them enough!

This store is amazing! Not only is the staff exceptionally helpful, pleasant, and fun to speak with, their selection is amazing too! Yes, they supply your standard products, stitch markers, knitting needles, yarn ball winders, but they also have a huge selection of indie dyed yarns. If you are looking for a cozy place to cuddle up while being surrounded by inspiration and color, Scratch is for you!

This is hands down the best place in Lebanon. Come for the yarn, stay for the chill vibe and great company. Don’t live near here? Cast On Club will bring you so much joy!

Excellent selection of craft supplies. There are yarns here you’ll be hard pressed to find anywhere else, with beautiful and unique colorways from indie and local dyers. Plenty of your standard and unique yarn and crochet supplies are available here, as well. The shop is staffed by welcoming and helpful people that will make you feel at home and assist you with anything you might need. I was so happy when this store opened in the Upper Valley. A few years later, I was sad to move away from Scratch. But - never fear! They have a smartly designed, sleek website that will hook you up readily with anything crafty you need from a distance. So thrilled to still be able to patronize a truly fabulous, friendly, and ethically sound local small business even though I’ve moved to a new state.

Love Scratch Supply Co! Discovered it as one of the stops on the Great Northern Yarn haul and at just about an hour from home, will definitely be calling it one of my Local Yarn Shops! Beautiful store, fantastic staff, lots of amazing yarns and supplies!

Great yarn shop with a fabulous atmosphere. Gets your creative juices flowing! Interesting selection and great owners. I live in Seacoast NH, but make sure to stop in Scratch when I’m in Lebanon for Vermont Violins. Well worth the trip!

Owned by friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable people. The colorful shop has a warm and welcoming environment with place to sit and hang out, visit with friends and acquaintances. I cant say enough amazing things about Scratch and look forward to visiting every week for craft night!

This is a wonderful LYS thats a must-visit if youre in the area! The owners are super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and they stock a great array of yarns with a specific focus on supporting independent and underrepresented dyers and makers alongside a few of the larger brands; I love knowing that any yarn I buy there has already been thoughtfully chosen with sustainability and social responsibility in mind. Their curated supply of notions and needles always has what I need, and it seems like their calendar of awesome community events is forever growing. Cant recommend Scratch highly enough for anyone interested in fiber!

Im in Canada so Im just referring to the web site. I like ordering individual model paints and these guys have good prices and really fair cross-border shipping charges.Im also really thrilled that they have harder to find stuff (like Scalecolor) and so far theyve always had what I want in stock.Furthermore, they ship really rapidly and package the products well.Id give you 6 stars if I could. A friend recommended we visit this store when I came in from out of town and Im so glad she did! Not only is there an excellent selection for knitting, embroidery, and painting, but we got to chatting with two of the store owners and found them to be super engaged, genuine, and kind! Five stars--go visit them as soon as you can!

This is a beautiful store. The owners are wonderful and cRe about their customers and the community’s. Their yawn is beautiful and yawn fir every knittter. Wonderful events planned and they invite your u to come in anytime to knit. I recommend every knitter to check this place out. You are in fir a treat.
