I have been taking my tractor here for annual service for the last 6 years. I have not had any problems as a result. They pick my tractor up and drop it off when the service is complete. they make it easy.

Good selection of JD stuff. Couldnt sell me a Stihl item because they couldnt find an accessory in the back. Other than that seems like good people to work with.

I purchased a toothbar for my loader from this establishment and received it a few weeks late. When receiving the toothbar they kindly loaded into my truck and I went on my way. When I got home and took it out it I realized why they were so quick to load it up for me. One of the pins holding a tooth on wasn’t nearly long enough and three others were not even half way through. When I contacted the dealer they offered me 20 dollars for my inconvenience. Thanks, but no thanks. Product was late, defective and customer service was a joke.

Generally if its something newer they have those items on hand. Called in because my belt broke on my John Deere riding mower deck. Service manager told me to drop it off on a Friday night, and they had it done by 1pm the next day. I was very happy with the service. Price is a little high, but thats normal for a dealer performing the service. Friendly and knowledgeable. Great job!

John Deer of Lebanon was not up front with any estimates and then provided you with a very over priced invoice. Not only are there labor rates high but the time of Labor on each and every item was inflated by 1.5 hours. I hope you find this helpful so you dont make the mistake we did, very important lesson learned. unfortunately for them we have 11 tractors they will not be servicing plus all the hand held equipment.

I was to deer country yesterday to pick up a part for my tractor . I called them in the beginning of the week asked if they had the part. they said they didnt have it .but can get it in for me.I said that would be GREAT ! I DROPPED BY YESTERDAY AND SURE ENOUGH THEY HAD THE PART FOR ME. Best of ALL! i was having problems with my grass catcher bought a belt for it .So i asked Chis The service Manager if he could put the belt on for me. He took the time and replaced my belt and plus he explain the problem i was having and showed me how to work my work my grass catcher.i found a place that cares and was very very nice to me .i will continue to do my business there . maybe someday i can afford a new tractor and that will be the place to buy one . 5 STARR GREAT PLACE AND PEOPLE:)

Poor workmanship my deck belt was off I told them I never touched the belt and yet on my receipt it that the owner put the belt on wrong and by the way the belt jumped off again. Forty five dollars down the drain. I will not go back.

Anyone can sell you equipment. Be very careful with the service department. They are friendly enough but very unorganized. They do not communicate well and will do unauthorized work if you are not carful. The competence of the work is questionable. I wouldnt recommend doing business with them. Deere equipment is easily found elsewhere as well as the Stihl equipment that I purchased from them.

The work done on my machine was done well but communication with the service department was very poor. I had to call multiple times and it still took 5 weeks for my machine to be fixed.
