Purchased a hard to find jd 70a loader. Daryl offered it to me at a fair price and then offered to replace all hydraulic hoses included in that price . work was done and ready for pick up when promised. looking forward to doing business again, thanks

DISHONEST BUSINESS - should not get one starPurchase a mower deck on March 17, 2021. Paid extra for delivery. Delivery was never made. Made numerous phone calls and was promised a salesperson would return my call. Office lady very nice but always said there was nothing she could do. Finally, could not wait longer so finally on June 29th I called and cancelled the transaction and requested a refund. Now September and no check and no response. Emails have been sent showing the deposited check cleared their bank on March 24th. My $1400 is being used in their accounts receivable. Website proclaims family business. That is not how you treat customers. Tom Sterndale

Ive had an extremely positive experience with MGD! Picked up a JD4310 in the spring and have been running it all summer and fall with virtually no issues. A couple things were spotted when I inspected the unit before I bought it, nothing was shady or hidden about it.I picked it up in person and put it to work on day one. Hard work. It handled it with ease. The few things spotted before we closed the deal were easily addressed, and I have myself a great tractor at a great price. I was so pleased I returned for a set of pallet forks at a price that couldnt be matched anywhere around; and they werent all hammered up like others Id seen online for more money.Everyone there has been a pleasure to work with...a warm welcome at the door, guys in the yard were willing to help out, and all my calls were answered or returned in good time.They do not take credit cards...thats worth noting- but considering the value of items they are selling and what card companies charge in fees...I wouldnt either.You can find a great deal here. I looked lots of places before I finally bought; and Im glad I did; this was the most sound, best deal I found.

Told us they had an implement we wanted to buy. Told them we could drive from Maine to purchase. Spoke to three different people, sales etc. Drove 8 hours to buy the equipment only to be told when we arrived they didn’t accept credit, debit or out of state checks. Apparently they wanted us to drive with 10,000 cash. Will not recommend to other farmers.

Some of the BEST people I’ve ever had the honor of purchasing from. The customer service was wonderful and the quality of their equipment can’t be beat. My purchase has remained in excellent condition over the years.

Worst business experience ever !!! Was told and was sold a skid steer that was a daily user and in good mechanical condition. But was shipped to me not running and I refused it. Shipping cost me $1300.00 when the machine should not have been shipped at all.MGD Tractor is a family of crooks. BEWARE......

Purchased a piece of equipment sight unseen going on what the salesman had told me which the spreader was totally reworked and had new parts installed. When it arrived, I found out that reworked really meant a cheap coat of paint was sprayed on it to cover the rusted parts. He described as in excellent condition when he really had not tested or even looked at it. Fortunately I have means to fabricate the parts I needed and am only out a couple hundred bucks for repairs. I would advise you visit before purchasing, do not take their word on the condition.

Looking for a use tractor. Several on site but each one had issues, most were borderline functional. On top of that, no salesperson to be found, was told they were at lunch at 1:30....feel free to look around. Tractors were all being lined up for auction the next day which was a blessing in disguise since two guys were dedicated to trying to start or move all the equipment. A couple units looked good but a closer inspection I found fresh paint over rust, overspray on all the transmission components......if it looks too good to be true, well? Never went back also called and didnt get a return call.

No integrity. Don’t return phone calls. Not people of their word. Never will I go back

Dont deal with these guys. We bought a disk that was pictured in one piece, and came in 50 pieces. We spent a lot of money to put it together. This has now become a legal matter, and the owner Daryl called me and threatened to spend $10-15k on legal fees to make our lives miserable. Unfortunately for him, we have the means to fight back. I see many other people with the same complaints on here.

It was very nice just my deal fell throw he had a young girl there she made the deal with me but she was wrong in the doings so the deal fell throw when the boss man got to talk to me then he just said she didnt no what she was doing thats ok we all make mistakes were all young.i hope she dose better next time.

Well paint equitment missing parts -we parchase equitment 2 weeks ago -equitment was crack but well paint on top un professional

Dealing with MGD equipment has been part of a greater learning curve for me. It is my first experience buying from a dealer. It is also my entry into the ATV / UTV world. In my little world, their were, honest, caring people, and dishonest people. The owners of MGD have been my introduction to a third catagory: Honest people who dont really care. Thats not relevent; the point is, I can take that thing to the auction and get more than that for it- AND I wouldnt be having this phone conversation either: I dont like phone conversations like this. (While infuriating, This statement was absolutely true.)Shop them realizing they probably dont know a thing about the condition of the piece you desire, and dont let your need for that piece of equipment cloud your judgement. Youll do fine. Seriously consider buying a new UTV instead, it would have been a far better value in my experience.

The equipment is priced accordingly. Very fair to deal with.
