I ordered my couch in January when I was in the process of purchasing a home. When the deal fell through on the house Bob Hochs had no problem with holding our couch in storage until we were able to have it delivered. They even went above and beyond the day it was delivered to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. I cannot thank them enough for their customer service and patience throughout the whole process.

Horrible. I brought a couch in February. And I still have not received it. When purchased they said 8-16 weeks. Here were on week 23 and still no couch. They have changed delivery date for me 5 times. Never again.

Went there to buy a chest of drawers and to my surprise it will take 8 to 16 weeks to get it. I couldnt afford the delivery fee so I will have to find someone to get it upstairs for me. I hate COVID19. So many things are delayed due to all the closures in 2019.
*DO NOT GET YOUR FURNITURE HERE*If I could put zero stars I would.I had my first bad experience with Bob Hoch’s furniture in 2017, when I ordered a sectional couch in one color, but a different color was delivered. I was then informed that the color I ordered basically did not exist, and was given $100.00 off for their mistake. (I tried to add pictures for reference but am unable to) I should have learned then, but decided to give this small business another chance in August 2020. My husband and I ordered a bedroom set and entertainment center. When we ordered, my husband was informed that we would receive our furniture in 6 weeks. Perfect for us, since we had just closed on our home, and were moving in September 28th. Sadly, this wasn’t the case. Each time we called, our delivery date was pushed back. We finally got our entertainment center delivered, only to find out it was a $100.00 cheaper entertainment center than the one we had ordered. When I called, I was informed that they had the entertainment center we ordered in stock, but they did not want to make two separate deliveries, so we had to wait to get the right one until our bedroom furniture was delivered. We slept on the floor of our home until mid-December. When we didn’t receive our entertainment center, we called and were informed that it wouldn’t be delivered until the end of February. Tonight, after hearing no updates about our delivery, my husband called and was informed our delivery is now the end of April. We were told our delivery fee would be waived, and it has yet to be waived. The only thing that has been done to make this “right” was our bedroom set was upgraded. Please do not spend your money here to be lied to and given wrong furniture.
I ordered a living room set in November 17 and I still don’t get it this people keep changing the day don’t want to give me my money back I would never buy nothing from them

I was going to retract my review since the BBB complaint was resolved with Mr. Hoch refunding my deposit, but now that I see his response calling me a liar, Ive decided to leave this as is. He just cant leave well enough alone. All this grief is because he refused to do the right thing from the start when he broke the contract.BUYER BEWARE!!They never responded the the Better Business Bureaus attempts to contact them.My husband and I are in our 60s-my husband collects SS and I work for the Lebanon VAMC. Just prior to COVID, my husband and I purchased furniture from Bob Hoch furniture in Lebanon. The agreement was that they would deliver it, set it up, and remove the old furniture when it came into their warehouse. When COVID hit they called when the furniture was in, but said they could not deliver it because we were in red. We were understanding and told them that we would wait under the circumstances. Months later they called again and said they could deliver it, but they could only put the furniture inside the door, but would not put it in the rooms where they should go, would not set it up, and would not remove the old furniture.At that time I told them that my husband and I were seniors and not able to move the furniture by ourselves. They called again a few times and we told them the same and asked about a discount, which they refused. We told them that we needed to cancel the sale since they would not live up to the agreement.They refuse to give us back our deposit now. I told them that none of this is our fault, but they still refused. The woman, Trudy, became very nasty on the phone when I told her I wanted my deposit back and that they should be ashamed considering the circumstance and that COVID has been an issue...people are not even allowed to be evicted, but they wont give us our deposit back for furniture they refused to deliver according to the terms agreed upon.I work for the VA with homeless veterans in recovery and I do not make oodles of money. What I do have I cant afford to just throw it away. I worked all through COVID as a first responder essential worker without complaining and this is how I am repaid.DO NOT SHOP BOB HOCH!!!! THEY SMILE TO YOUR FACE, BUT THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE NUMBERS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE.
Ordered a mattress and box spring on July 3, 2020. Was told it would take about 3 weeks for delivery. I got it on Sept. 3, 2020. It might not have taken as long if it wasnt ordered on July 20. They held my money for 17 days before they decided to my items.
The quality of the furniture we have bought there is good and the prices are very fair. We recently bought an additional couch and were not told that they don’t deliver to our area on Saturdays and that there is a fee for delivery, despite having received free delivery in the past. We were also told delivery would be 2-3 weeks but it will be 5 weeks by the time we’re supposed to get it.

I love shopping at Bob Hochs Furniture - In fact, its the only place I will go because I am treated like a valued customer and I know they care. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! They will damage your house when deliveries are made and not follow-up with you! If you care about your home, think twice before purchasing! If you call, do not bother asking for Jessica the Manager. She will be extremely nasty to you and make you feel like you are the person at fault.
