My home contains appliances, a mattress, and multiple pieces of furniture from the McCalls store in Lebanon. I like doing business with these people because they always try to do the right thing. I hope other shoppers will give them a try. Dont think you will be disappointed. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a new washer/dryer set from DT McCall and sons in Carthage tn on 8/18/2021 only to get the items home and opened to find them to be damaged so I contacted the store by phone that same day and even sent the salesman Jason sanders these photos of the damaged items. They informed me that they would order new tops and side panels to be replaced because they didn’t have more of them in the store to switch them out with at the time and I wasn’t upset about it until the items were delivered to my house and the unprofessional way the service department handled it. I contacted them and they were supposed to come on 9/17/21, and on 9/22/21in which both days they didn’t come on the 17th and on the 22nd they only sent an inexperienced person to repair a stove not the actual items in question per the service technician. I’ve made numerous attempts to resolve this problem with them and finally had another date set on 9/30/21 with two experienced service technicians. There policy is to call the morning of said day of services well you already know that never happened they showed up at 9am and made the repairs or at least they said they did but I came home from work to find that I still had damaged items on these items and contacted the service manager and he was such an unprofessional jerk about it and when I asked to speak with his boss he basically hung up in my face and told me he’s not giving me anything but from the way I see it is Mr. Dennis you never gave me anything but more headaches . I’ve been a loyal customer for 15+ years and have made many purchases through them and this bad experience has most definitely left me angry and fed up. So before you purchase from them make sure to open your items and inspect for damages because they never handled this situation and I can’t even get a call back from anyone in the store.

Absolutely ridiculous!! I purchased a sofa from DT McCalls in Lebanon, the sofa was delivered to my address, and upon arrival it was shredded with razor blades while being removed from the plastic wrap. I contacted DT McCalls to let them know, and was offered the option to pay FULL PRICE for this badly damaged sofa, and a repair person would be sent. I expressed I AM NOT going to pay FULL PRICE for a shredded sofa with repairs, get this thing out of my home. The next day they picked it up2 weeks later I contacted the finance company and they have not even informed them that it was returned, and Im still responsible for making payments..People, SHOP ELSEWHERE!! DT McCalls is nothing more than a scam, and in my opinion, criminal.

I went in looking for a zero-turn mower. Terry pointed me to what I believe (based on the first cut) was the best solution for my needs. It was fantastic to have the level of service that seems to be no more in most places. I highly recommend Terry at the Cub Cadet DT McCall & Sons location in Lebanon, TN.

First and LAST purchase with DT McCalls. 2 weeks after furniture delivered we had problems with our couch. Here we are 2 months later and still not fixed. Extremely poor customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

When you buy a kitchen appliance set you shouldn’t have to expect for dishwasher to need parts 14 months later. Two months out of warranty then have to wait three weeks for a part and have to pay for those parts. Ridiculous

I have always had good luck and excellent service with DT McCall and Sons until today. Had a delivery man call me and say a delivery was scheduled today when we had been told it was tomorrow. I asked the delivery guy to give me 5-10 minutes to check and see if today would be okay. I checked, and it was okay and went to call the delivery guy back, doesnt answer his phone, doesnt have voice mail setup, and doesnt respond to texts. Call the main office about a delivery and the delivery person had already told them we couldnt accept today and he needed to tomorrow. A blatant lie that the office had no interest in hearing. Very disappointed with them.

Do not do business with this company! They improperly installed a washing machine in my mom’s new house and the hose came out and flooded. Brand new hardwood has to be replaced. Their reply? “Too bad, you signed a waiver”. Anyone who treats an 85 year old deserves to go out of business.

Researched refrigerators on website. Found one we liked. Drove 20 miles to store. Walked in. Salesman said they have no appliances. I said, “They’re on your website.” He laughed, “Everything’s on the website.” No explanation ... no apology. Won’t be back here! Customer service needs serious training.

My wife and I bought a washer and dryer from DT McCalls and had it delivered to our new construction home. The delivery person put a sizable hole in our sheet rock. I called to ask about getting it fixed and they pretty much shrugged me off and told me to gather estimates for the repairs. My wife called a few days later to try and speed up the repair and the delivery manager told her its not like you have cancer or something. Needless to say we had the repair done ourselves without any reimbursement or even an apology from DT McCalls. Ill never buy or recommend them to anyone.

WAYYY to expensive. I told the guy I needed a mattress and my budget was 1500.00 he showed me one. yes one. said that was all he had in my price range. 2000.00 for a mattress. Mean while i went to Smiths furniture got the EXACT same one. Plus a frame and box springs for 800.00. tell me how in Gods name that makes any sense? I have no clue how youre in business.

Watch out when buying appliances here. If there is an issue with it, they will slow walk you until the warranty is up. We are experiencing this with a whirlpool refrigerator. To top it all off, its almost impossible to get someone that knows anything and when you start asking questions they get hostile. Maybe this use to be a good company but with this service I dont know how.

I ordered a bedroom suit 6 years ago from DT McCall’s and had a horrible experience. I recently bought two pieces of furniture from them thinking maybe they have changed in 6 years. Unfortunately I was wrong. The delivery guys banged my brand new chest into the wall on the way up the stairs. It was not even that bulky or heavy. Could have done it myself with one other guy no problem. The two boys they had doing it were small and had no business lifting furniture. The chest had multiple scuffs and cracks. Also two of the drawers do not open right. On top of that they give you no time window whatsoever so you have to sit at home waiting for their call. Now I have to wait another week for them to deliver a replacement. If you are going to charge a premium price on furniture then you need to have quality delivery service. This is the second bad experience I have had. I highly recommend avoiding this store!

This company is a RIPOFF!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE! In a haste, I made a decision to get a washer and dryer from this company; and it has proven to be the worst mistake of my life, a costly 600$ mistake. First, the washer was delivered with new damage. Called to tell them about that. Was never contacted back by management, that was red flag number one. Next, it hasnt been 7 days and the dryer is no longer working. The washing machine sounds like it is on its last washing cycle. So, I dont want to do business with them. Not an option, all junk sold items are final! So basically, Im paying 600$ for items that dont work and they dont want back. DO NOT!! I REPEAT DO NOT!! DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! For 600$ I could have gotten a newer set with a warranty! #MAJORLEARNING LESSON

Have spent ALOT of money there. Got a $2000 refrigerator there. Seen water on the floor. Pulled off the front grate to look under in to find out the underside was broke when we got it. Called because we had bought the extended warranty. Had this less than 2 years. They ordered the part came today to replace it. Great right? No! After they leave there is a 6 inch dent in the side of our refrigerator where they pushed it against the cabinet. Call the service department back. Spoke to the MANAGER. He says sorry accidents happen. Really? IImCallststorestoreantheywant to transfer me

Owner came out and fixed our issue himself after less than satisfactory communication with their service dept so I am upgrading my review to reflect that.

It was great, they had plenty of salesmen but they didnt bother you.. If you had a question they were right there to help. They had plenty of furniture to pick from. We ended up buying a couch with a re-cliner at both ends and a re-cliner to match. They are real comfortable and easy to got out of. HEYYY

Ordered a dishwasher and fridge. They bring it out wearing no face mask!!!! None! Guy is sniffing and coughing in my house with no mask!!!!!!

So far i have purchased many appliances with no complaints. However, the last 2 couches i have bought required warranty work in the first few months which accomplished nothing as these item still fell apart. The current couch is a $1300 piece of junk that continues to malfunction, the electric recliner would not stop going down when the button was pushed...my dog says thanks for squishing his head and i say thanks for taking my money and leaving me with an uncomfortable falling apart piece of crap.

I went to the Lebanon store yesterday on 8/6/2015. I went in to look for a refridgerator & a washer & dryer. I was in the store for at least 15-20 minutes & not only was I not asked if I could be helped, 3 or 4 employees walked all aroound me & didnt speak or acknowledge I was there. I started in the front at the outdoor furniture. Made my way to the back & looked at every appliance in there. 1 sales person was helping another couple & walked all around me & still did not acknowledge me. Virtually every appliance in my house came from your store. The 1st ones came from the Carthage store before the Lebanon location was opened. Sad to say, but you have lost a loyal customer.

I am sitting here today July 16th 2018...waiting at 7:24 PM for my couch to be delivered and they called this morning and said it would be delivered between 11-1......they just called and said they were in traffic and would be here in 45 minutes....who delivers so late? DT McCalls does

I bought a beautful looking bedroom set in July of 2012. I March of 2013 8 month later the bed collaped and I am the only one that sleeps in it. I called the company and they said someone would be here to fix my bed and no one showed up. I called again and thesaid someone would be here and no one showed up. I just called again and talked to a manager and we will see if some one shows up to fix my bed.Very frustrating situation.

We brought a double recliner about 2 years ago and already replacing it this week. One side started separating from the console in the middle and you can see the wood frame, the medal fixtures, cushions have fallen apart. We will never purchase anything else from DT Mccalls. **poor quality furniture***
