A little disappointed today because they were out of some of their items for points so its always like the third day of their sale week I understand things are not getting any better out there but maybe they just need to try to anticipate. I do shop there quite a bit I enjoy going there its really great getting the points to get gas at the price of gas right now

This giant is terrible it gives you a bad vibe even walking in it. Nothings clean stocking carts are everywhere but no one is stocking stuff. I had to wait over 10 minutes just to be serviced in the meat and seafood department even though there was an employee right next to me stocking the meat products, I was never even acknowledged. At check out I pressed the help button and the lady running the self check out didnt even acknowledge me. She was just standing there off in her own world I had to go get her to help me. This is beyond frustrating and I will not return. With the high prices, cleanliness of the store and terrible customer service they have nothing to offer me to return.

Store was messy because of remodel but shelves was well stocked compared to walmart

Need bigger parking lots, the spaces are just enough to get your vehicle in, not enough room to open the doors comfortably and this store is small compare to the otber two.

The cashier was dressed unprofessional. The CM was unable to assist me with transferring balance from one gift card to another. Very unpleasant experience.

I would like to give Lexi and Wanda five stars. They are always so sweet and genuine, respectful and helpful. Both of them went out of their way to help me and encourage me today (not what you often expect from grocery store staff!) They both deserve a raise or bonus for their excellent customer service skills.I gave the store four stars, simply because the parking lot is very tight, as are some parts of the store.

The staff are very nice and well-educated and informed on the matters at hand. The store is in great condition things are usually always in stock very bright not dimly lit very clean. This giant foods also sells alcoholic beverages.

A wonderful checkout experience with Briseida. Rolled up in a wheelchair and she offered me a Giant Card. Ran to the service desk to get the form and card and waited patiently for me to fill it out even though there was a long line. Most cashiers just give the receipt to whoever is with me, even though I am the one that is paying. That’s so discriminatory. It’s ableism. It seems like a little thing, but it makes one feel unseen. Briseida talked and engaged with me. She made me feel like a valued customer. She gave the receipt to me and told me me to have a good day. Seriously, she needs to train others to be respectful and courteous to the disabled. Her kindness was really appreciated.

They always have the item that I am looking for. When Walmart and Weis is sold out, Giant pulls through. Decent sale items and a nice beer and wine selection.

The grocer you have visited is very nice. They are well stocked with many various cheeses and anything else you could want. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. They have two sizes of carts. The normal cart and a smaller option, which is perfect for my needs. They sell beer, but its a bit on the pricey side. They also have a good selection of pet supplies. To the management and staff; thank you for your service.

Been years since I was in Giant store in my area. Although this is a nice store with a large selection . I thought I would see what they had to offer as a Sympathy fruit basket. A millennial girl in produce looked at me like I had three heads when i asked to order a gift basket, stating they only do them for the holidays. Displeased with her smart attitude. If I was her produce manager, she would be out of a job

Reasonable prices with lots of variety from junk food to health food. Produce is always fresh, customer service is good, and the store is kept very clean. I frequent this location and have never had a problem. Highly recommend

Completely ridiculous how they are handling social distancing. You can go up and down any aisle. But I went in for two things and can’t use self checkout unless stand in line behind 40 carts. Only 2-3 were going to be using self checkout but couldn’t unless waiting over 49 minutes. I will not be returning to this store. How about get some better organization together

Very nice and clean. The people that work there are willing to help you out in any way that they possibly can to get what you want off the shelves. If they cant find it they will get another person to help you that will find it for you if they carry it. Excellent cashiers very friendly. I would go back to this store again when I come through this town again as we are traveling.

Great bonus buys, dozens offered every week. Rewards program. Occasionally, challenging to find advertised specials. Seniors may shop in the first hour when store is less encumbered by other shoppers. Gas station nearby, operated by the store.

Variety of Fresh fruits and Vegetables lasts longer than Walmart, Clean, well stocked shelves, some decent deals, prices can be cheaper. After my first review I have notice the prices have dropped which is excellent. I go to this giant 3-4 times a week.

I love Giant Food store. They have mostly everything I shop for. I especially love the deli dept. Very friendly professional people that are more than willing to go above and beyond. I shop there so much I know many by their 1st name. It almost feels like family.

Decent super market with a good variety of brands. The store was recently remodeled to accomodate the sale of alcoholic beverages, which has made finding items difficult at times due to being relocated. I would also note that this store seems to randomly stop carrying certain brands/items which can also be frustrating if its something you liked and wanted to purchase again.

Lebanon store didnt have spray butter that was on sale and it was because they have not received it in about 2 months

I was there this morning at 7:30 and I was in the 1st line and the checkout was the best ever...The girls were so friendly and gor my $135.00 of groceries checked and bagged and in my cart b4 I could g ed t my debit card out.....Awesome

All the employees seemed very happy and were extremely helpful. Lots of cute white guys too. Store was very clean and organized. Had a lot of sales going on. Dont have much of a baby section to go on. They have baby food and snacks for days but hardly any bottles, sippy cups or toys. On a side note if you are a plus size woman looking for monthly supplies they do not have a larger size of supplies. Just lots of overnight and heavy flow.

Getting less and less of former or named brands and items. ..must always go to 2 other stores to finish list ..used to be the better of grocery stores in Lebanon, no longer...rather head out to Harrisburg :/Deli has significantly improved having fresher cooked chicken more often. .Not really any grocery stores here in area are anywhere up to par.

Good store, but a little confusing to find things like gluten free or allergy free. Not a big inventory though. Nevertheless, people very helpful.

I went to meat dept and requested a rib eye to be sliced thinner. First off the young man working back there had his long hair loose and was swing all over. Turned my stomach. Who wants hair in their food!!! And the steak slicing was so butchered we were unable to take both pieces.

I love Giant. Out of all the grocery stores I shop at I prefer this one + I love the gas points you get for shopping. It is an amazing way to save!!

Very nice store, meat prices for beef seemed to alittle high I thought. Pork loin was great deal.

Used to love it before they changed the hours from open 24 hours to closing at 12 midnight and opening at 6 a.m. now I barley go there. They took the hours so theyre not taking my money. They need to go back to 24 hours instead of being so GREEDY! !

Store is very nice with wide aisles and well lighted. I can usually find good savings here with the added bonus of a gas rewards program that save me dollars at the pump.

Wide variety of choice foods. Has my favorite coffee creamer that the other local markets dont have!

Not what it used to be. Selling more and more ethnic foods. Not a good selection of the old time dutch pa foods found at other local grocery stores. Plus place gets way too full of people, check out lines get long and Not much room to move around. Check your prices though, some products are extremely higher than other stores. On the plus sides they do have good meats, open 24hrs and staff is usually pleasant.

I can always find what Im looking for and yes a little bit priced higher but I shop there for quality. The produce is always fresh and the bakery items as well. I travel 15 miles to shop there, I could shop locally but those other stores dont carry a lot of foods my husband and I want. Plus we get a discount on our gas and thats a plus when your on a fixed income. One stop shopping thats for us.
