Really helpful and nice staff. Clean range. A decent selection of accessories. Its all about the folks here. The nicest staff at a range Ive experienced. Really knowledgeable about all the firearms available. Permit classroom is nice and they have really cool instructors.

Staff is great. They’re willing to take the time to assist with whatever questions you may have. They did an FFL transfer for me that took just a few minutes. Nice range at a good price. There are ranges that are closer to me, but I’ll make the drive for any gun related purchases or range use.

Went in to simply see about ammo (availability, pricing, etc.) and the guy that I spoke with was not friendly at all. I asked about the ammo I was looking for, and he let me know that I could only buy 1 box total. I asked about the pricing, he told me, and I made a comment about the price being high. He decides that being smart was the correct thing to do, and says that he can just keep the ammo instead. Obviously I didn’t pay their pricing, and just walked out. They’re price gouging on their ammo pricing, and honestly, I think he was so rude because I wasn’t using the range. I won’t be going back here, and I would strongly recommended to anyone, to find somewhere else to go and support.

Great place to shoot. Staff is polite. Pay to shoot and you get a full day. This place is my go to pistol caliber range.

Went to the Gun Room today, after having a bad experience at a store in Knoxville, Tn .This place is great ! Very friendly people, great customer service and my sights were put on my Glock in no time! Then was an enjoyable, easy task to get on the range to try out the new sights! Thanks great job guys !!

I think this range offers a great shooting experience for your dollar. With the lack of AC, the indoor temps on the range can become a little uncomfortable. Great selection of used guns. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, so overall this range is a great value. Just good old-fashioned, courteous country folks.

Great place to shoot. The guys that work there are very friendly guys to talk with. They are very concerned with shooter safety and make sure that you know the rules before letting you on the range. The range is very clean and very well ventilated. They also have lots of handguns to rent if you need to try one out.

Had a really great experience with my visiting friend. Was only my second class, and was explained the proper ways to operate the guns at all times. Looking into taking some classes there, and maybe purchasing a gun because of how friendly they were. Great place and great fun!

I truly believe this is the best place for your gun carrier permit class... James Young was my instructor and he did a fantastic job! He was so knowledgeable, charismatic, informative and fun! The shooting range is very clean, safe and enjoyable. I recommend it to everyone.

Just got off the phone with Travis who provided remarkable customer service. Ive been scavenging the world wide web for a particular rifle and the only thing turning up is high prices or out of stock pictures. While this shop didnt have my rifle inventoried, Travis is searching high and low for it and doing it at the best price possible. I orginally went to the normal gun range I use near where I live but they were closed, another gentleman pulled up and we got to talking and I asked for another recommendation, he referred me to The Gun Room. By far this is the best gun range Ive been too. I was greeted by friendly and very knowledgeable staff, they had a great selection of accessories and things I was looking for. I felt safe knowing everyone shooting had to watch a video prior to entering the range and the facility was clean and well maintained. This is my new range and worth the drive from Nashville.

This is, my favorite range to attend. Theyre always friendly and they actually remember me. Ive taken my son and they had a good variety of .22s for me to rent for him. I love that I never feel rushed here.

Really nice gun range. The store doesnt have a big selection when it comes to accessories like holsters and mags but the range part is really nice. The employees were very accommodating.

I practice shooting here often and love the shop and range. Safety is top notch, the guys that work there are exceptional. My S&W had a pin that was working its way loose and they fixed it for me soon as I asked. They have experts there to help with any questions you need and can offer expert assistance for accuracy issues. The store is always super busy but they have enough staff that they get to each person in rapid order so you never feel like you have been forgotten like in some other places. So far I have purchased 2 guns from there and the experience went quick and smooth each time while also offering me a wide variety of extra options as necessary. I love the place and will shop there regularly for all my weaponry needs and accessories.

This is the BEST gun range near Nashville, TN. I travel 2 hours (round trip) to shoot at this range simply because it is the best ventilated, the cleanest, with the best shooting lanes near Nashville, TN. I took the CCW class here as well from Mark Jones (also highly recommended). Hands down, the best place to practice shooting your handguns.

Clean range, 10 lanes, no waiting, and a friendly staff. After a short safety video, filling out a form to use the range, and a quick check of my ammo and firearm I was in shooting. I will be returning soon.

Their OTD transfer fee is $45 (background included), which is to say, $10-15 more than most everyone else in the local area, which was rather shocking upon checkout.Knowledgable staff and (typically) good rental selection. Their quality, solid selection of firearms and accessories is only offset by the fact that most things are over the curve of street price by as much as %20, which is a shame because of how nice the lobby is and the convenience of location.The range is solid enough, if somewhat crampt and lacking in temperature regulation. Visibility is great.
