If youve been to one Harbor Freight youve been to them all. The store was clean shelves were well kept there wasnt a bunch of stuff out of the boxes laid all over like the one up towards Harrisburg. Staff was very helpful when I asked them where the Sawzall blades where located. For real Im just glad we have a Harbor Freight in Lebanon now.

If you use your tools all day every day, this may not be the place for you. If youre an average schmo like me and into the tool box a few times a month, the tool quality is more than adequate. The Pittsburgh line has a lifetime warranty - havent needed to use it yet. Just filled a starter toolbox instead of an Easter basket for our son for dirt cheap. Wish items were made in USA, but thats what upgrades are for.

What a joke all cause I drove a hr and half and forgot there coupon they claim that I needed to drive all the way back home an back with it to be able to get that little savings. When they dam well have more they could have used. N could have looked up my account. But o well I’ll just go elsewhere

I purshase 150 dollar framing gun first time use nail got stuck. Ask manager wheare can I send to be fix I will pay for he said they dont have place to send it. Left the gun at the store .never again. Will by expensive item at harbor freight

I love this place. Quality tools at amazing prices. And they have a lot of in stock tools by Pittsburgh which 90% of them have a lifetime warranty so if anything ever goes wrong they offer free replacement with no questions asked. They have a wonderful in Store return policy on most of their other products, including but not limited to defective tool replacement with no questions asked. Due to the covid-19 crisis, they do have polycarbonate screen placed between the register and the customer and six foot placement markers for people to wait in line, they also offer curbside pickup. In store restroom. And very knowledgeable staff that can help you find just about anything you need. Theyre tool selection is second to none having literally thousands of tools. A lot of people knock Harbor Freight Tools, but I can honestly say Ive never had an issue with any of their tools except one time, and again because the tool was found to be defective they replaced it with no questions asked. Ive even had a couple of their tools outlast or outperform some of my name brand equipment. Wonderful place for the DIYr or contractors on a budget.

This store was clean with large inventory to select from. I needed a measuring wheel to determine the boundaries of my property. I could rent one for $11/day or buy one at Harbor freight for $9. The quality was questionable, but it worked as expected.

Manager Justin or whatever is name is hung up on me because he didn’t want to do his job. I suggest buying a trailer from Lowe’s or tractor supply because he doesn’t know what he’s doing.

Bought the Chicago Electric power shears to cut some FRP panels. Worked well for what I needed. And it was on sale making it $20 dollars cheaper than the Bauer model.

This is a recently opened location (as of 2020) and the the selection is much better then any other HFT store I have been in before. Clean, well stocked, with plenty of room... friendly and helpful staff, good job!!

Didnt buy anything here. So I cant exactly speak on the check out... However I found this store to be amazing. Looked to be a high end hardware store, minus project materials... Also was offered help from a staff member while looking around. And the same staff member have me a good day as I left... Id recommend this store, even if it has a short wait time for check out.

Price of products are very affordable. Replacements and warranties are very simple instore exchanges. Quality of products is not the greatest comparison to higher end tools and equipment. For a diyer or non regular user the tools work just fine but be sure to look through boxes and parts good I have bought a few things where parts were missing. Never a hassle returning them tho.

Solid, quality stuff. Just educate yourself well before making purchases and using new trade skills. You can do allot with the tools provided here. For a great price.

Very wide selection of inexpensive tools. Both times I was in here they seemed understaffed. They weren’t rude but didn’t seem like they had time to help me find my items. It was very busy and checkout line was long. I wouldn’t expect to get in and out in a hurry if it is busy. Checkout lines go really slow because they offer warranties with almost everything and a membership club you can sign up for at checkout.

Harbor Freight has a lot of Tools for Home and Car. I went for a Battery Sale, AAs, AAAs, Cs and Ds. Left with my Batteries and micro fiber towels, Power Strip. You Must Visit Harbor Freight, I went to the Lebanon PA Store.

I was happy when the new Harbor Freight opened in Lebanon, PA. However I have twice found things I wanted “not in stock.” One was a sale item—went back twice when they told me the torque wrench would be in—Nope! Gave up on that. Now I went in two days ago for a contour gauge and it’s not in stock. I haven’t had problems at the Reading and Lancaster stores. Maybe Lebanon store has a problem???
