I have had significant hearing loss for over twenty years. I had been to the top medical centers in our area yet Chris administered the most comprehensive hearing exam I ever had been given on my initial visit.My years with Chris have been terrific.My hearing is obviously not improving as I age but I hear better now with my hearing aids from her than in any of my hearing impaired years.I am moving to New York City to live with my daughter. soon. I seriously doubt that I can find someone of her expertise, experience and high quality even in NYC. The best is found at Aria Hearing in Lenanon and Littleton! We are so lucky to have her in our own backyardI highly recommend her with no reservations.

I had total hearing loss in right ear with hearing loss in left ear using a hearing aid I received from Aria hearing. Recently I received a hearing aid in my right ear which transmits sounds to my left ear. Chris is amazing and thorough. I feel like I got my life back hearing in both ears. My friends and family no longer have to repeat themselves numerous times. Background noise use to take over my life. Not now. I highly recommend Chris at Aria Hearing. She was right.I received a very thorough hearing exam, she explained the steps, from the videootoscopy where I got to see the inside of my ears, the testing process and being able to try the hearing aids in the office. My wifes hearing aid was defective and the owner charged us a fee for setting up the new ones. Not right!

Chris was extremely un-supportive. I went in less than a week after completing my hearing test and discovering I had High Frequency Hearing loss. She pointed out two options for hearing aids, but it was like pulling teeth to learn the pros and cons of each. It was only after I finally asked to see what I was going to be buying that she got out a demo to let me try. I would have expected her to have a few options for me to look at and for her to have showed me hands on to help me make a decision it what was right for me. She did not talk at all about my audiogram test and what might work better for me or features I might like as she did not ask about my lifestyle at all.When I spoke to her today and let her know that my order was cancelled because I did not find her supportive she actually told me Thats not true, I dont think you understood what the process isSorry Chris - The process should be you supporting me to make a decision not me and my husband having to pull answers out of you.When I asked about running in them she actually compared me to her daughter who doesnt even need hearing aids saying how much she loved them. Coming from someone who is still coming to grips needing them it was terribly insensitive of her to do so. I get her point, but she could have made it without stating that her daughter doesnt even need them.
