We have been seeing Fred and staff for over 30 years. He has always been kind, patient and carefully explains everything going on. Weve had several different hearing aids through the years. Fred and the staff make sure we understand the advantages of each new set and how to take advantage of the different settings. Great people!!!!!! Explained everything better than the last place I went to. The other place wanted to charge a extra $200 for the charger for the hearing aids. Everything was included at hearing health center.

I have been seeing Fred for 23 years. I would not let anyone else touch me. He backs every pair and keeps at it until they are perfect. When my past employer had a discount hearing aid program they tried to charge me $1000 more for the same aids with no future services included. He truly cares for his patients. Please think twice about going to a discount hearing aid provider. Remember. You will always get what you pay for and your hearing affects every part of you life.

We are so fortunate to have Dr Fred and his staff At Hearing Health Center in our community. With today’s changing Technology we have a hearing center that stays up to date with that Technology. And I haven’t even said anything about their friendliness and making you feel at home. You need to go see them with your hearing needs and get a cookie.

I cant get over how much I can hear again, such a small device, the Staff is super sweet and make you feel so comfortable. I cant wait to get to full volume

My experience is limited but the office seems well run. I do have some minor issues with the fit of my new devices but feel confident they will be able to adjust them accordingly. I will follow up in a few weeks after my first appointment to fine tune them.

I was afraid of getting Hearing Aids. It was just one more reminder that I was getting older. When I went to Hearing Health Center, I felt so comfortable and reassured by the staff that they could change my quality of life by improving my Hearing. Ill admit that I was skeptical at first by that changed by the end of the first visit. They are better than I expected. I hear so many horror stories about Hearing aid experiences. They should have came here to begin with. These people are a blessing and I mean the entire staff. Fred delivered on every promise. Give these folks a call.

Fred and crew are amazing. They are always so friendly and helpful when I come in. Initially Mr. Hutchison was very patient and explained A LOT about hearing loss and all of the side effects it has, not only in our daily lives but long term as well. I am only 45 years old and lost a portion of my hearing while on my farm and hunting. I had no idea there were such detrimental side effects of hearing loss. I absolutely love the crew at Hearing Health Center and the ability to hear again with my new hearing aids.

Couldnt ask for better service as well as personal customer service. Great and caring people. When we have had a problem with one of the hearing aids even though it was our fault they got us in the same day to check it out. Awesome place for hearing problems.
