Nice staff. Great, fast service. I just moved from Arizona so he reworked my setup so it works better for me. Will continue going to him.This is now my second visit to the Lebanon site. I was having severe problems hearing people speak when I was at a restaurant yesterday. He did a retest with my hearing aids in my ears and modified all of the default programs on my hearring aids. This seems too have cleared up ALL of the problems.

He was excellent,compassionate,and professional! I was truly amazed how carefully he checked out my hearing in both ears! Twice I had my hearing checked out by local ENTs and this was like daylight compared to their darkness! If you are frustrated with hearing problems this is the place to go!

We stopped by at the Beltone office to see if we could get my husbands hearing aid fixed. We did not have an appointment but was greeted by Jesse Lucht who said he would be with us in a couple of minutes. After finishing with the clients that he had he was very helpful. Was able to determine that the hearing aids were still under warranty - even though they were purchased in NC. - and he will be able to get the broken part replaced for us. Mr. Lucht had outstanding customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. Did not even charge us for the time he spent with us today!

Clean and relaxed atmosphere courteous and friendly. Jesse gave me my hearing test and he made me feel relaxed and was able to listen for the sounds I will definitely recommend Beltone hearing center to my friends

Getting my hearing aids from Beltone has dramatically changed my life. I didnt even realize how bad my hearing had gotten because it was so gradual that I didnt really notice. But other people did. They had to yell at me in order for me to hear them. I was constantly saying what?. The thing that hurt the most was interacting with my granddaughter. Now, with my new hearing aids, we have so much fun together. She doesnt have to constantly repeat herself or yell at me. To hear her laughing makes me smile again. If you are hesitant about getting hearing aids, just do it. The people at Beltone are wonderful They understand and work with you. You wont regret it.

As always I had a very good visit at Beltone Lebanon office. He is always courteous and helpful in any thing I may need.

Jesse was very knowledgeable and very helpful answering all of our questions. He even called and told us that the issue we were having with the insurance company was solved.

Family owned business that cares about your needs. Brian in the Hazleton office is exceptional. Dan originally helped me get the best hearing aids that Medicare would cover. I love the small and inconspicuous aids that no one knows that are there. It’s great to have them paired up with my IPhone as now I no longer need ear buds to hear conversations and watch videos. I also paired them with my iPad for watching movies. I’m so glad I chose Belltone for the latest in equipment. Theo follow up is wonderful.
