This was my first visit to Lifetime Hearing Clinic and was pleased with the professional handling of my requests. Ms. Dooley was a pleasure to be around and gave me a thorough hearing test with a complete explanation of the results, as well as several different choices of treatment. No pressure to purchase a high dollar hearing aid! In fact, she explained to me that the lowest priced hearing aid would be sufficient for my needs. They even loaned me a pair of hearing aids to try for a week. I have not gone to my next appointment yet, but I am sure the great service will continue.

From the moment I walked in, (my wife set my appointment) I felt very at ease. I was greeted and brought inside and escorted into the tested booth. Everything was explained thoroughly as the test was started. Dr. Dooley began the test and afterwards went over the results as to make sure I understood where my hearing was deficient. At this point my options were explained and pricing options discussed. I left with a pair on a trial basis to determine if this was the best option for me. Truly a painless experience and would highly recommend to others.

Lifetime Hearing Clinic is definitely a FIVE STAR organization. Dr. Dooley and her staff are always pleasant and efficient. This is a place you look forward to visiting. I went to Lifetime trying to help my Mother- in -law who had somehow gotten a crack in one of her hearing aides. She had purchased them from Costco and after driving there to find their service was terrible. All they wanted to do is have you pay for new ones. No chance of repair.Mind you, she’s 88yrs old and uses a walker or cane so it’s an all day affair driving to Nashville from Lebanon.Dr.Dooley, (Heather and Joy) and office staff were a God Send. They worked with the aid manufacturers to give them the means to repair Moms even though their not distributors and propitiatory to Costco. Boom!! We’re not yelling at her anymore. I was going crazy. I had to take my hearing aids out because everyone was yelling. Thank you so much ladies. Bless you all.

I had my first visit at lifetime hearing clinic on 9/28/20.I was met in the parking lot by Dr Dooley(because of covid). Dr Dooley and the staff seemed very thorough and exceptionally polite. Dr Dooley spent a great deal of time with testing and questions to ensure the best possible outcome. I recommend Dr Dooley and her staff to anyone with a hearing concern .

My 94-year-old Dad recently went to Lifetime Hearing to have his hearing tested. I was impressed to see a display in the reception area of an easy-to-operate captioned phone which we could order for my father. Dr. Dooley and everyone on her staff were patient and professional with Dad. Instead of just saying Youre so-and-so percent deaf in this ear, she showed him a diagram of his hearing loss in each ear. She discussed his options and showed him what the hearing aid he selected would look like. If you want kind, welcoming, professionals in the Lebanon, TN area, come to this office!

Everyone at the office was very pleasant and welcoming. I was a bit apprehensive with this being my first experience with an audiologist, but Dr. Dooley put me at ease with her low-key approach and clear explanations of the various hearing tests, the hearing deficiencies they revealed and how they affect hearing certain sounds in normal conversation. Her descriptions of the several types of hearing aids--some of which are amazingly comfortable and almost invisible--were very informative. I told her I need some time to think it over--which she was understanding about--but I will almost certainly go back to her if and when I decide to get a hearing aid.

I love this place! They made an ear mold for me using the usual stuff and it got created in a timely matter! 2 months later I go back letting them know my ear was sore and itchy! They determined I was allergic to the new ear mold and made me a new one out of acrylic and my ear has never felt better! They didnt even charge me for the ear mold due to me having issues with the first one. The staff and Dr is super Amazing!

Dr. Dooley and the Lifetime Hearing Clinic are wonderful. Unfortunately I did not purchase my hearing aids from Heather but I learned from my mistake and now Lifetime Hearing Clinic is where I go. I have a very nice pair of hearing aids but as with all electronics, they don’t last forever. One of my hearing aids stopped working about a year ago so I took it to Lifetime Hearing Clinic. Even though I did not buy my hearing aid from them, they were happy to send it off for repair. The turnaround time was faster than I had expected.Recently my other hearing aid stopped working so I took it to Lifetime Hearing Clinic. The issue was something that Heather nor Starkey had seen before. Heather was persistent and did get the issue corrected. I really appreciate Heather going the extra mile. You can’t beat the customer service at Lifetime Hearing Clinic.

I have has several in the past and this was above any other one I had experienced. This was instrumental in identifying my hearing loss areas and providing the best possible options.
