From the initial call to Extra Space Storage, Sarah was very friendly, super professional and caring enough to provide the information I needed to know about renting a couple of storage units. She did not rush at all when I showed up at the office to setup my reservations. She also was kind enough to make sure I was aware of the supplies that were available to make our moving process smooth. I did pick up a number of supplies such as packing materials.This facility is also well kept and secure. Definite 5 Stars.

Very clean lot. Sarah brightened up my day. I came in just to see what sizes were available and Sarah ran through everything. Gave me the full cost of what it took to get started today. I have H.O insurance but she wanted me to double check the policy and sure enough it didnt cover outside storage. I will be calling her later, once I get the movers booked that she suggested and renting . I am so glad I am able to do it over the phone.

Sarah is fantastic. She remembers me each and every time I come in and says Hi Rog. I only see her when I make a payment, which is amazing that she remembers me.

I spoke with Sarah today and man was she great. Very friendly, understanding and very on top of everything. The space size I needed was not available, but she checked out 4 other locations to help me. I didnt wind up renting due to prices, but she understood and was empathic that I was trying to get back on my feet. She told me that if the size I need became available, she would call and get me set up over the phone since my car doesnt run the greatest. I was kinda stressed out, but she had me laughing and I definately will recommend this place to others. She is someone I hope every company has.

Really guys..... another rental increase... My storage is going up to 180.00 . Started at 85.00 2 years ago.... there has to be a cap at what can be charged a month for a small unit... I cant believe this business can do this... Im looking for a new storage place... this is crazy..I am very unhappy. I cant be the only one going what the heck....

The process of reserving the unit was quick and easy. The locks are odd, and the tubular key doesnt instill a ton of confidence if I was storing expensive items.

Have been a very happy customer up until this month, i received a letter stating my monthly prices are going up, which competaors prices are much lower. tried to reach out today and no one has gotten back to me. i have never ever been late on a payment or missed one. for a 10x10 153$ is very steep when i first got it i was promised 115 :( i will say its very clean, and great acesss and security but the hidden price change wasnt something i expected,esp during a pandemic and being a single mom the reason i choose this rental was the prices where what i needed . hoping to hear from someone tomorrow, very sad that they can just up the price.

Clean and multiple entrances if your unit is inside so you dont have to carry heavy stuff very far. They also have carts inside to make it even easier.

Working with Yvette at the Lebanon location was fantastic! She always responded to any calls or questions I had. The customer support team was great when we first called in to set up our reservation. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend!

The place is maintained well. I like that the outdoor drive up storage spaces have ceilings and not just rafters and disintegrating insulation. Makes for much cleaner storage. Online deals are good but only for new customers. Long term customers get their rates jacked up too much too frequently.

Yvette was very helpful in getting me set up with a 10x25 unit. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes after all was said and done. Nice units and well run business. I cannot give 5 stars, though, because the pricing is misleading on the website. I signed up for a $134/mo. web special, but there were actually 3 other fees involved as well on top of that. I was aware of the $24 initial start up fee, which was made mention of on the website, but there was also $26/mo. mandatory insurance policy as well as $16.99 to purchase the keys for the unit. I would prefer companies list the actual prices up front, so you know exactly what youre getting in to.

Nice storage but getting too expensive. Rental rate raises constantly about every 3 month. Started at 85.00 a month and now paying 150 . Why ? Nothing special. Is there a cap to what they can charge per unit. At the rate they go.. storage cost is going to be over 200 a month soon enough. Going to look for cheaper storage. I dont recommend this place due to constant rental increases.

Yvette is awesome at Extra Space! She definitely worked with me & helped me to the best of her ability and I couldn’t be more thankful. The customer service is outstanding. However your prices are a little steep but with all the things they offer at a piece of mind and no hassle, its worth it.

It was nice, barely any dust. But the prices keep going up. Started at around $100 a month, but then it went up to around $160. A 60% increase is just not worth it

Our storage unit price went up over $50 in a year. Nice facility but they don’t care about keeping customers long term.

I rented a unit here a few years ago and the people were always Pleasant and helpful. However the day I went in to close the unit because I no longer needed it they were unbelievably rude. I was really shocked. My brother needed a unit a few months ago and took a unit here. I thought well maybe things have changed. Ive gone in twice to help him and both times in the office they were rude. I understand having a bad day I dont understand why youre in customer service if you cant be nice to the people who rent. The units themselves are clean, however the locks that come with them are extremely cheap and easily broken in to. The last three times I was there the gate was wide open and never shut even if I was in my unit for hours. If its in a good location I would rent, but I would take my own lock and have no expectations a good customer service.

I have had extra space storage for a few years, they have great prices and they are always so helpful. They have helped me with fees before, helped me into my storage when I have forgotten my keys, and they have been more than patient. I will always recommend extra space storage!!

Found the place the night before, filled out my information and got a call within FIVE MINUTES with information about Extra Space Storage. I was in the next day getting my unit. Moving is already stressful enough, they make finding a safe, clean, secure place to keep your belongings super easy. They walked me through everything and made sure I understood how to enter and unlock things considering was my first time doing anything like this. 15/10 would recommend!!

Carissa was wonderful! She helped me coordinated a move and storage at the other end of our move. It is amazing how flexible ExtraS pace is with coordination of out of state clients. And so helpful! If all locations are like the one I swung into (locally), to find a location of another facility in another state, you should use and value their services.

Great service! We only need the space a month for between moves. It was super easy to get a unit, maybe took 30 minutes out of my day. The space was clean and all of our items remained dry. It took about 10 minutes to get checked out and they will prorate your monthly fee if you move out before using the whole month. We will definitely use again if needed.

Carissa was very helpful in getting us situated. The grounds are clean and seem fairly secure, between key pad entrance, security cameras, etc. It has been close and convenient for us to drop items off in storage early morning until late at night. Weve been pleased so far.

5 star experience all the way. We moved from out of town and our truck was arriving late at night. They made sure we were able to get everything moved in that night and went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience. They were so polite and friendly and I was always greeted with a smile!! I will definitely be recommending them and if I ever need to store again I know where to go!!

Carissa was great!!! I showed up at 10 seconds before 6PM and she took excellent care of me. I have used this facility before and it it extra clean and secure with a property manager on premises. They close the gates at 10pm so it is not 24 hour, but your items are safe and secure. I would highly recommend.

One of the nicer storage companies in Lebanon. They are pretty good sized, and they try to help you as much as they can if for some reason you will be late on a payment. They have many different sizes of storage lockers to choose from. The staff are all friendly and very helpful.

Very helpful staff. They knew i was in a hurry to get home before my kids bus and they got me in and out. Also units are very clean .for sure recommend this place if you need to store some things.

Extra Space Storage lures you in with a special rate and then increase your rents every 6 months. Its nuts. Dont rent from this group unless you have a short-term rental. If you are a business like me, looking for a space that you can rent for years, its nonsense. They also will not extend a contract to allow you to keep a rate for a couple of years or so. Its bad business on their part. They could have their units rented, but choose to lose a great paying customer over trying to fleece someone. My rates increased $16-20 each time.UPDATE: I had already chatted with the management office, but was told Id still have a rate increase. I posted my review. Reply by owner below. I reached out but couldnt speak with the owner, of course. District Management team still says there is nothing they can do on rates. I believe it it truly a poor business decision. Thats just my two cents. New renters will just need to judge if they are short term or no. Otherwise, you waste your time moving in, setting up a storage system and then having to move again. There is a privately owned company nearby whose rates are posted online and havent increased in the time Ive been with Extra Space. If I just went with them versus being lured by the intro low rate, I wouldnt have had the headache every 6-months. Food for thought or questions to ask before moving in. :)
