David and Theresa are very nice people, easy to do business with. Their storage business is always clean and easy access to my room. They are a great place to use for storage. Theresa went over and aboveboard to help me when I rented my U Haul truck and cleaned out my storage unit. If you want great customer service, My Favorite Storage is the place to go.

Hands down the best storage place I have ever used! It is clean, safe, and conveniently located on the Northern edge of town. It is locally owned, which I prefer over a corporate chain. The husband + wife owners are very friendly and accommodating as well. It has 24/7 gate access and is fully enclosed to keep out those who dont belong, but if someone does get in, then the security cameras will catch their actions. The price is competitively comparable to anywhere else, especially since it is so brand new. I give this business my highest rating and recommendation!

Professional, helpful, and friendly owners. I rented one outdoor 10x15 to temporarily hold my belongings until I closed on my house. The unit was clean, and everything was still in great condition when moving out. The storage units are under surveillance and gated with a security pin required to enter. Teresa was very helpful answering all my questions, and I felt comfortable storing all my belongings here. They also have dollies available to help with moving. You can also rent your uhaul from here which was very convenient for me. I highly recommend my favorite storage!

I went in to My Favorite Storage before their Open sign was even up. I had just learned we would be making a huge move soon (over 200 miles away) and wasf out my options in the area. Ive lived in Lebanon my entire life and had never moved so far before. I had never needed a storage unit and had no clue where to start. I met with David on my first visit who showed me around to all the units available and helped me figure which one I might need. The price was great and we were able to get a temperature controlled unit close to the door (at Davids very wise suggestion) and moving in was a breeze! Im so glad they have the hand trucks available as a lot of trips I made I was alone to unload; and when I filled up my first unit adding a second was just as easy! I always felt safe at their well lit, secure facility! We had no issues during our stay and were actually a little sad to leave. All of our belongings were in the exact same shape and condition as when we first stored them, including multiple TVs, books, and other things like antiques and sensitive electronics. David and Teresa always answered my calls and questions to the best of their ability. If I asked something they werent sure of (like when we moved out I had questions I probably should have directed to U-Haul) they found the answer for me and called back quickly every time. I cant stress how great it was to work with these two and how much easier my massive move was because if them. I highly recommend My Favorite Storage to anyone in need of a place to house your belongings whether its short or long term!
