Drove one hour to a scheduled and prepaid appointment to have a tow hitch installed, only to be told that their hitch guy cant be bothered to show up to work today. If you are looking for dependable service, go elsewhere.
What a big joke. Talk about bad business you cant get anybody on the phone. I tried several times and just got a recording that kept looping. Unbelievable

The store itself was great, the store manager was awesome and refunded us just about all our money due to an issue that had nothing to do with the store! But U-Haul customer service as a company in general TERRIBLE!!!! Dont bother trying to get anyone on the phone who knows what they are doing. You dont get to talk to the store direct you talk to people at a call center and they are absolutely horrible and dont know how to do a single thing!!
Incompetent and horrible service. Had us wait 45 minutes while the servers were down the whole time to finally tell us we couldn’t rent after our appointment time.
Poorly managed
Worst experience! I reserved a 26’ truck and a day before my move they changed it to a 20’ truck without telling me. To compensate they offered .40 cents a mile and first 18 Miles Free. The line was an hour long when I dropped off my vehicle after my move and the desk clerk said I was all good to go. I later saw a charge on my credit card for an extra day and no discount. I called customer service and haven’t got a resolution in two weeks. I am Now having my bank fight it.
Ive rented a truck and a trailer from this company so I know what Im talking about when I say their equipment is NOT PERFECT. Make note of the scratches and dings that are in their haggard old clunkers BEFORE you leave their lot as they will try and pin them on YOU later. This didnt happen to me (because I followed the advice below), but DID happen to an older lady I know who was too soft-spoken to defend herself. Take pictures of the equipment in front of the person inspecting it with you BEFORE you leave. Be meticulous, be awkward, these people are spiders who have a million ways of catching you in their webs. They are gonna try and shove you off the lot as fast as possible, DONT FALL FOR IT. After you leave the lot, you are responsible for everything in and on that equipment, so take the pre-trip inspection seriously.
The staff is great, but I have to admit I am only a propane customer. It is very conveniently located, they have good hours, and Ive always had great service.

Good enough to assist in my move. The service was poor and the representative working both times I was there was either having a bad day or just unfriendly. The truck I rented felt like it was going to fall apart, but it did the job and made my move much easier.
We rented two U-boxes and moved from AZ to PA. Everything went great in AZ and as soon as it hit this branch, everything went wrong. They charged the wrong card and overdrafted our account and caused HUGE overdraft fees and on multiple occasions, promised that someone would contact us to reverse the charge and charge the other card on file - it never happened and they never called to compensate us for the overdraft charges. We had it noted on the account that we wanted the pods to be dropped off at our residence. That didnt happen either, so we changed our plans to rent their truck and pick them up ourselves. They didnt have a double trailer on the day we moved, so we had to make 4 trips to pick up our pods and drop them off. Upon returning the truck, they were about to charge $800 to our cards because they checked in the wrong truck with our mileage. Thankfully, that was sorted out. They kept calling us prior to our move to change OUR moving plans to accommodate them. And now we are being charged A SECOND TIME for the U-Box rentals. DONT EVER DEAL WITH THIS BRANCH! You will seriously regret it.
EVERYTHING they have touched has gone wrong! From charging the wrong card on file to continuing to bill after the hellish nightmare was supposed to be over! I would not send an enemy to deal with this incompetent staff.
Called to rent a truck on moving day. Wrong thing to do, so call ahead to reserve!! But they said they would call if they got one in and they did. Finally someone who does what they say theyll do. Very nice guys!!

Un-friendly staff and not very helpful at all. There were two older employees working this morning and they made everyone in the store feel as if they were annoyed that anyone was in there to do business with U-Haul. After being told that they didnt have the 20 truck that I had wanted to reserve five days from now I asked about other moving truck rental companies in the area. The employee looked at me and lied about not knowing if there were any other companies to rent trucks from. Seriously, youre going to look me in the eye, lie to me, and tell me that you dont know about your competition in the area? That is just awful customer service. I immediately googled other rental truck companies and found at least three others in the area. I will now be taking my business to your competition, U-Haul.
Horrible service....they dont care about you. Pricing is incorrect. Managers need to be re- educated. They had about 5 employees all staring at me and not doing anything. Will not go back...
The fat guy with grey hair is arrogant and I hate going into this place everytime I have to move, theyre lucky its convenient! Very lazy and slack workers.
