I was very impressed with how helpful the personnel were. They were very professional and willing to help in every way they could. They answered all of my questions and even took the time to clean off my phone for me so it looks brand new!

Next month will be 5 years since I joined Cricket and the manager at this store, Steve Barber, signed me up at his old store and I’ve followed him to this store because he knows how to treat customers well. He is extremely knowledgeable and is willing to help in any way he can.

Super weird. I went into the store and there was no one working. I wandered around for several minutes before an employee came through the front door. The employee wasn’t even in the building. He seemed super annoyed I interrupted him. The minute I was done he followed me back outside and got inside a car.

Horrible service person working didnt know what they where doing. And got my phone number I was porting over turned off so I lost my account for my number and didnt even get a new phone
