I got to the store around 7:20pm ( I get off work at 7pm, so theres no way I can make it before that). I was greeted by a guy named BRANDEN. I told him that I wanted to add two more lines to my account and purchase two iPhone 12 Pro. He then looked very unhappy and told me that we should be quick. My wife then got to the store and I was talking to her to see exactly what we were going to do. BRANDEN than said to me: WE HAVE TO HURRY. I told him that if he didnt want to help us, I could certainly go to a different store. He told me that they closed at 8pm. I told him that it was ok, I could just go to a different store and he could close for the night. He then told me that any store would tell me the same, for which I responded that that was not true. I decided to give him one more chance. To make it short, he ended up messing up with my orders, my plan and even managed to disconnect my line. He called the manager, when the manager wanted to talk to me BRANDEN simply threw the phone on the counter. Terrible customer service, this guy should never be working with the public, he should be behind a desk in some office. You must be wondering why I left a five stars review? Its because on the next day when I came back to the store to fix the mess the BRANDEN created, I was helped by the guy that gave me the best customer service Ive ever had. JASON. He took care of everything, helped me with my orders, explained everything, stayed there until 9pm with me. Until all was done. If you go to this store, look for JASON. He is THE BEST. Matthew the manager was also very helpful. Overall, very good experience, thanks to JASON.
We went in to do the ‘jump’ upgrade and ended up also adding another line etc (bunch of other things.) we went in about an hour and a half before close and ended up being there an hour after close to get everything transferred. Leslie worked with us and she was AMAZING. So so kind and patient even with staying later to help us get everything figured out. Very patient. The employees here are very awesome.
Buying a new phone is almost as time consuming as purchasing a new car. Stopped by this store because it was convenient to our last stop before driving 1.5 hours home, it was 7pm and we were the only customers. Went in to upgrade my wifes phone and had no issues getting help to find the phone. Once the representative started activating the phone we started the wait. 1hr 15 mins later the new phone was still downloading IOS 14 and the rep had no other option for us than to wait. I finally got tired of waiting at 8pm and took the phone home. The representative said it was activated and only needed the IOS 14 update to work. The download of IOS 14 and restoration of a back-up took 30 mins. I then found out that the rep at this T Mobile store had never activated the SIM card in the phone. When I called T Mobile they quickly input the actual SIM PIN and activated the phone. Do not ask my why the rep at the actual store could not have done this?? I would like to believe that I could walk into a T Mobile store and walk out 30-45 mins later with a phone that would receive a call or a text. I do not need to sit is the store for 1-2 hours waiting on IOS updates and that BS. I do not know how a store cannot get the phone calling and texting without making us wait for IOS updates. I will not go to this store again.
T-Mobile is awesome. I love their customer service. It’s the best in the industry. So easy to get a hold of a real person who has empathy for your issue. My wife and I love their plans. We got a free iPhone by joining with them a while ago. T-Mobile Tuesday’s is also the best thing! Free tacos and discounts to local places all the time.
I worked with Matthew. He went the extra mile to help me with preordering my phone and accessories. The other associates I worked with on other occasions were very friendly and helpful. If you are with T-mobile or looking to switch carriers, head on over to this store.
We went in looking to upgrade my wifes phone. The team there was very friendly and helped us get a new phone. I also appreciate that they require masks right now. Helped me feel safe
Great experience going in to begin switching my plan over to T mobile. One of the employees Ryan was very helpful and had solid insight on the questions I had about phones, iPads, and plans.
Luis helped my brother, my mom, and me get new iphones! He was very personable and made certain that we were fully set up and ready to go before we left! He helped us pick out a case that fit my mom’s personality and he expertly applied our screen protectors completely center which no bubbles 👌He suggested a great deal to add cases and screen protectors which I had said no to at first and in response, he was not pushy for the sale at all, he was just looking out for us! I did end up going for them and just added a small bit to our monthly totals. I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for assistance with your mobile service!

Went in tonight after having a lot of issues with moving my personal number from a corporate plan on another carrier. All the paperwork and permissions had been completed to port my number from the corporate plan to a self paid plan. For some reason the 2 other carries could not figure out how to help me & keep my number. I went into T-Mobile 10 minutes before closing and a lovely rep named Leslie got it done in 15 minutes!!!! I’d spent HOURS trying to get the other two carriers to fix it and she knew just what to do. She was helpful and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend her or this store enough.
My wife and I went to this T Mobile store to upgrade our phones and Leslie really took care of us and helped us understand all of our options. She was really personable and knowledgeable about all of the phones and plans to choose from, so we left feeling like we made the best choice for ourselves.
They always took care of me and helped out. Answered all of my questions and never gave me trouble. Were very helpful.

I wish these guys would roll out 5g. Their service is really bad is lehi. Internet is very slow. The employees here are very nice. All t mobile locations are pretty slow.
Every time I’ve been to this location there’s at least 6-10 people waiting and the wait is over two hours usually ridiculousness if you ask me hire more people don’t have a bunch of grumpy customers wasting their time sitting around!!!

The Assistant Manager Wesley did such a great job helping us replace a lost prepaid card we got through TMobile. We had called all the numbers on the back and we thought over $700 was lost, but Wesley took so much time to help us track down the right people and get a replacement card. Thanks Wesley!

I had a great experience signing up with T-mobile at this location. The staff was informative and I was setup with my new account, 2 additional lines and we ported my number over with no problems.
The store manager, Jake, and other employees make this a great place to visit. T-Mobile is already awesome with customer service but these guys are great examples of that.
When you go INTO a store, you are buying customer service. If youre talked down to or given no options you just walk out without purchasing anything. No one wants to give money to a business that doesnt know how to satisfy their customers. Ian and Skyler were in the store yesterday when me and my wife came in to upgrade our phones. They were helpful, honest, friendly and just really nice to chat with. They were also forthcoming with some cool information about tmobile which was interesting for me. They answered all my questions about different phones, helped me compare specs, and worked with our indecisive tendencies when it came to choosing accessories! Thanks guys, keep up the awesome work, with all the awful experiences Ive had in the past with other carriers, I hope your store is the only store I ever have to enter!
If you go to this store and Millie happens to be working there. Do anything you can to get her to help you out, one of the best employees weve ever worked with. I was there with a few people last night and she stayed after close for multiple hours to help us all out and get the best pricing and service that Ive ever seen from T-Mobile.Whoevers the manager there, time to give Millie a raise.
Unlimited Data yeah, but they like to cheat you whenever they get the opportunity. If their service is out they charge you the extra bill and if you have an accidental withdrawal from the card they charge you the large number first followed by the low number after. Causing you to bounce twice. I dont appreciate it one bit and want out of T-mobile because of it
