The oil change prices are some of the best around so this is why we use this facility. The workers behind the counter are not very efficient nor do they act like they want to be. They will stand there with another employee chatting about something while you are standing at the counter waiting to be served or they will be an employee just walking around doing what looks like next to nothing instead of waiting on customers. They need to step up their game behind that counter and make their customers a priority instead of a hindrance.
Even though they dont take walk ONS, I feel like I can trust them, due to manager Dans help. Often he is not in his dept because he is collecting cards or cleaning up construction mess at the store managers direction. But Dan keeps me confident Im being treated fairly.
The service and staff are excellent. Would have given a 5 star rating but they are severely understaffed. Hard to get a hold of someone on the phone. They took care of me and my car. And great prices on tires.

Was a little disappointed that I was not able to get my tire fix due to shortage of employees. The employee that did help me to reschedule was friendly and helpful.

By far the most unintelligent person I have ever dealt with that works at Walmart in a while. The person at the counter tells me that changing tires is by appointment (dude with grey hair), I proceed to tell him to give me the next available appointment. He tells me to come back tomorrow? Whats the point telling me that the service is by appointment if youre simply not going to give me one when asked? Walmart really needs to start giving people cognitive test to see if they can even property do their job. Complete waste of time.
They need have air conditioning for the shop Auto service tech . And ice water cooler.
Had an appt set up for noon. Waited over 2 hours and nothing. Auto staff too busy talking than working and could care less about working on vehicles. Had to break up a conversation of all workers standing around talking in shop just to get my keys back. Employer laughed when I asked him how much longer so just left after 2 1/2 hours PAST appt time with no new tires. Worst auto center ever been to.
Bad appointment at 9am for oil change still took one hour because people in auto area were doing other things other than working on cars.Like unloading a trailer full of tires and working in other departments.my appointment had no importance. I still had to wait 40 min till someone was free to do the oil cha0nge on my car.
The guy on the auto center was very helpful in helping me find what i needed.

Getting through on the phone to make an appointment took us half a day and over 20 phone calls.
Got an oil change on March 8th and decided to check my oil today March 14th and the stick came out dry! And they charged me for an extra quart!
This Walmart Need improvement the customers service always seen to be sick. Or in bad mood. So I recommend to have people we nice and friendly attitude. Lehigh acres is a great place to live but we need to make sure that people from other countries are visiting our country and we have to be careful about it because they have to go back with nice impressions

Bought a new set of tires for Black Friday at $20 off each tire. The price today had gone up $10 from 2 weeks ago. Not such a good deal but I needed tires anyway. Did get lifetime balance and rotation for free. I figured after the raising of the price so they could put them on sale I saved about $90. Would have given a 5 star if they hadnt played games about it
Barbra had an attitude when she was looking up my vehicle in the system. I ask her to look it up using my name. I told the tires were purchased in 2018. She still couldnt find my dodge pickup truck. She needs to be customer friendly. Thanks
Theyre awful - theyll either never answer your call or put you on hold for 20+ minutes, never have the info you want. Save yourself the headache and go to the one on Colonial Blvd

The first time I came here the customer service was so bad. I complained to the manager. Today the girl at the counter/on the phone was so awesome and helpful and polite! The only downside today is the 4 hour wait.

Went there to get all 4 tired replaced. First person I spoke with was very nice. Talked to the lady at the counter and told her what I needed. She looked up on her computer and told me the size tires. Left the vehicle there because I expected this to be a 2 to 3 hour ordeal. As soon as I got home they called to let me know the tires they recommended first will not fit and they would have to go with a different size, which was less expensive (win for me). 30 mins after the first call they called back and said my vehicle is ready.. Wow! Got there to pay and pick up my vehicle and was in and out in no time flat! Win/Win...They get a good review and Im a satisfied customer. Thanks guys!
3 hrs waiting for headlight cleaning one cashier said it being done so i ask do they doing in parking lot the other went to fine out she was helping she couldnot tell me went they get to it also they take a long time to do anything
Oil Change - Went there about a month ago for an oil change. The employees were polite and helpful. Even had one of the guys let me know that there was something wrong with my vehicle, that would need a mechanic to look at. I had no problems since.
Not enough cashiers working
After waiting a long while for anyone to even greet me, I said I needed an oil change and they said they werent taking anymore cars for the day. Not a single car was in the garage and it was only 4pm when they close at 7pm. Theyre just lazy. So if they dont want to do the oil change in the first place, then it makes me wonder if they could even do it properly. So incompetent! Never going back.
When asking questions about tires that I was trying to order, the guy helping me kept answering, I dont know. I ordered the tires and called back to see if my tires had come in, but after being on hold for 15 minutes they told me that they only had one of the two tires that I ordered.
Buyer beware of upcharges without notification. Beware of the %50 increase for any requests.Requested a basic service. I was charged the next package, an additional %50 increase to do anything other than just an change oil without informing me of any additional fees.$19.88 quickly turn to $29.88.Charlie the person who cashed me out had no patients for questions and it seemed every customer before me he handle in the manner. If you have no time to deal with each customer and address any and all concerns in a calm an precise manner maybe you should not be involved in customer transactions or customer service of any kind.

I only gave it one star for the simple fact the so-called manager doesnt know how to do her job and couldnt even confront me to say were sorry let me take care of you right away, after I purchased four new tires the week b4, that were not balanced by the first mechanic, which led to a bad vibration in the front end, but I do give five stars to the new mechanic who rebalanced the tires and was nice and apologetic

Hello Walmart... LEHIGH ACRES FL!I feel compelled to express my frustrations over a horrible experience I encountered the other day in the service center. Besides, I need to fill my now two hour wait as I am once again waiting on my car to be fixed!This is my second trip to buy tires on my car. ( 3 weeks ago, two steering tires & 2 days ago, the back two.)I took time off from work on Wednesday morning to get the rear tires. Got here at 6:45 am...was 3rd in line. (2 oil changes ahead of me). And by the time I paid and left, it was 9:10 am!!!How was my service and experience? REALLY HORRIBLE! Not only did we (the customers in the lobby) get to witness the few employees standing around in the bays either chatting with each other....or they were on their cells in the corner chatting! Its a friggin work day! I have never felt so unappreciated as a customer! Is anyone on the floor working...ya know --- doing the job they ARE being paid for???After my very unpleasant long wait, a technician tells me... Hes sorry...the valve stem sensor broke off! He said their equipment is so old and needs to be upgraded. Plus they list their shop manager....nothing gets fixed! (Yep...he told me that!) He said I need to go to Advance Auto Parts store band buy a new part...and they will reimburse me and fix it.So with my $60.00 been part in hand....here I sit -- for my at least two hour WaitCan anyone give me ANY good reason as to WHY I would ever .... EVER use the services of Walmart again?

One of the worst experiences in the history of oil changes. Arrived at 645 am to be fifteen minutes early. As the first car in and the first customer in the tire and auto center they decided to wait until 738 to take my car in to have the oil change. After confronting the manager and technician about the situation, they informed me that one of their employees quit and that each of us want to quit. They made no effort to try and make things right and acted as though I was a pain in their ass for bringing my car to be serviced. I would suggest stay away from this place and go someplace where the employees dont openly admit wanting to quit when you go to hand your car keys over.
I requested them to change my (Passenger Front Right) tire because it had almost no thread and was deflating to the point I would have to put air in it every 2 or so days. They replaced the wrong tire (Driver Left Side), The night after work I turned on my car and my Pressure gauge was lit, Tire was DEAD FLAT and I had to call a tow truck. Also the guy was extremely rude at the counter consider replacing him.
I got my oil changed in a great amount of time with not having to wait long
They are doing their level best to serve the neighborhood with limited work force, yea most of the time its really busy but most of the personnel are helpful...so far I have not seen anything bad happened.

Horrible wait time. It took over 2 hours for them to mount 4 trailer tires and not even on the trailer, only two guys working on vehicles while the others stand around looking clueless, Very rude employees.

This place is terrible. I’ve been here im since 7 in the morning to get an oil change. They told the guy in front of me one hour and then 5 minutes later told me 1.5 hours. It’s been 3 hours and I’m still sitting here waiting on my car. Idk if they are just short staffed but this is ridiculous. I had to call in late to work and all. I’ll probably never be coming here for an oil change again.

Can not say I’m impressed with their service beside the lifetime warranty for the tires. Had a lady in front of me pick her car up that had only been waiting 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and tires, while I’ve been here three hours for a plug in my tire. Wow thanks for nothing.
Horrible service, I’m tired of this place i took 4 differents car in differents times to oil change and every single one after being serviced at this place had issues with the oil level, 2 or 3 days later the oil light comes up..... find another place if you don’t want get your car all f*** up.
3 hours waiting to have a battery installed, it wasnt too busy, but the cars that were in the pit were still there 2 hours later, I honestly believe because I finally asked them when they were going to get to my car they brought it in, it took a whole hour and 7minutes to install a new battery..aside from the ridiculous amount of time it took, Service was ok,but seriously, 3 hours?
