I really would give the store a much higher rating had it not been for the extremely rude associate Erica C. She was rude from the very beginning. Not asking if any of the customers, including myself if we needed any help.I called ahead and spoke to a younger gentleman who was extremely helpful and friendly. Quite frankly, the opposite of Erica. He found the part for me and even went to make sure it was there.I made my way in and right of the bat she was highly upset when she had to come to the register to help out with the line of customers. She was openly and clearly annoyed and did not want to be there.I gave her the exact part number and she could not find it. Which only made her even more annoyed. The younger gentleman was the one who stepped in and found it. She kept telling me what it was called, as if I gave her the wrong information after giving her the part number.After cashing out, she tossed my receipt to me and walked off. Which is when the younger gentleman saw that I bought items that were on promotion! Not once did she even mention it!The store itself is pretty nice and the younger guy that helped me was perfect! She’s definitely made me think twice before going back there. But if I do, I will not be dealing with her again.

My some ordered a part day ago said it would be in the next dayBeen calling all day and went to store not in on first delivery. Went again after second delivery. They said it would be on the delivery. Came there, helping person that came in after us. They all acting like they were looking for it. Said its lost! Cant find it.All this time and now

Go next door to Auto ZoneI needed a battery and they was awesome... Dillan and Kaine next door at AutoZone offered to put it in for me as well. Good value as well as 5 star customer service.I usually go to Advance Auto However; I went there yesterday and the gentleman told me that a professional. would have to install it. I said you guys have installed it before...The guy then said, referring to the younger guy working.If he wants too he can ...But Im not...!However : he wasnt able to disconnect my battery and replied.Im on the clock ..I dont have time to do this.and said he would have to charge me a core fee. I replied no Ill return it because I have no-one to put it in for me. He responded there is no returns on batterys ... I said I havent even left the parking lot!When I go back in the store -the guy who refused to change my battery, tried to give me a core fee. And I told him I wasnt charged a core fee. Because he wasnt able to disconnect my battery. He looked at my reciept and said you have now... I dont recommend discount Auto. The people here are much more polite and professional....@Auto Zone ask for Dillan or Kaine they are professional and Knowledgeable.

I bought a wheel bearing about 6 months ago with lifetime warranty and they told me that I wasnt in the system so they couldnt do anything about it I was supposed to be in the system they out here stealing peoples money

Spanish female cashier on Sat 4/6 charged me a deposit on an acct that isnt mines for an item I was purchasing. I later was unable to return the item for a refund at another location since it wasnt on my receipt. Everyone should make sure to check their receipts in case any items need to be returned. (Be aware of where your $ is going)

This place has saved my butt a couple of times. Not just me either, my family too. Ive never had a problem with the staff. They even fixed my bike in a pinch. Not just an automotive store apparently. Only complaint is they need a bigger selection of certain items, but the place isnt that big so its understandable.

Wow! So this visit to the Auto parts store was amazing. Bruce was extremely helpful with all my questions and purchase.

Everytime I go in they have a huge line and 2 cashiers working. Theres no one available to help you look for parts unless you wait in line to speak with a cashier. They also had some locktite listed for 8 bucks it rang up as 22 and they refused to acknowledge that it had been put in the wrong place. Unless you know exactly what you need and you dont mind waiting 15 to 20 minutes in line to check out or order your parts then this place should be avoided.

Great associates working at this location. Extreamly knowledgeable, they make sure you have all the parts and tools you will need for the job you will be doing. Almost always has the majority of the parts on hand no need to wait or drive to another location.

I needed a part for a car I just acquired Rebecca saved me a trip by having it shipped to her store so I could pick up on the way home then Bruce took care of me you guys rock helped me out tromendously I know they get busy but if ur patient u always get great service nice job guys thank you

Thieves! By far one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with an auto parts retailer Ive spent quite a bit of money purchasing car parts from them and every single time that I have tried to claim the warranty that they give on any of the parts they state that they cannot find the product or the item number. Theyre not there to help theyre there to take your money tell you about the extended warranties and never actually enforce the warranty that they offer. Go to Autozone or Napa spend the extra dollar but save yourself from a headache and a hassle all the people there are clowns especially William who only wants to pick a fight and an argument but never wants to help out a customer whoever manages that store does a terrible job because instead of offering customer service they push customers away. I will never return to that store again I will start doing my business with Auto zone from now on!!
