I needed a new phone, and when it arrived, I had great difficulty setting it up properly. I came into the store, and Sarah was extremely helpful. She was patient, and made sure all my problems were resolved. Wonderful customer service.
I stopped here recently to get a new phone. The manager, Dusty, was so helpful and kind. He was also really patient with me. Great customer service!

As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by the store manager Shilyn who directed me towards one of the stores sales reps Jake. The staff was very friendly and made my trip very easy. Dominique also helped me out when I didnt know where to start! I would recommend this to any friends or family without a second thought!
Spent a couple of hours at this store only to be told that they couldnt help me until the next day. I provided my phone number to be called when everything was ready and did not hear from them. I then called on four separate occasions (for two days) and was told that someone would call me back, Im still waiting on that call. Poor customer service on their end. Ive always gone to this location for cellphone services and will not be returning. If you live in the area and need to go to an AT&T store, the Bolingbrook location was awesome! I got everything I needed in under 30 minutes!
The personnel was very busy, working alone, but managed to assist me without hesitation. Great service!

Ahmed is very unprofessional and uses unethical practice to close sales. You cannot “reserve” your services. that’s setting up services for someone who hasn’t agreed to them. And if they don’t “call you to cancel” the “reservation” the service order is already submitted. Lying to your customers is not your job. And you’re a district manager not even a store rep and you’re screwing people over. Prime is a trash company and you should be terminated. The new staff in the store is uneducated and are also ripping people off. Learn to do your job right or go flip burgers.
Ive had a poor experience with ATT and especially this store. Dominique commenting on her own stores post is not professional. I went in looking to price some phones and was met with a complete indifference to my desires or anything, which made me completely lose faith in doing business with this company.
Came to this store and had GREAT service the manager Shilyn was very helpful and her rep Jake was very quick & made the time go by super fast .. would definitely come back 🤗
Pack your lunch before visiting this store. Never crowded but waiting time could be very long. Today it took me 42 minutes just to pay for prepaid phone account and I had just one person in front of me. Other customers just left. If staff moves so slow it would be nice to get self service kiosk installed as in other AT&T locations.
I had some issues to start out with when I was buying a new phone, but the manager Ryan and his associate David did everything under the sun to get the issue resolved. And Angela was very helpful keeping my 4 year old busy while the whole thing was sorted out. Thanks guys.
PSA: dominique calvert who posted 1 day ago about how “great” the store is happens to be the same dominique brought up in this review. i didn’t know people could review their own store. *repost because they deleted my first review to cover for themselves, again*** if negative stars was an option, this store, more specifically Ahmed and Dominique would be getting that rating. I switched to AT&T with dominique as my sales representative, who sold me my phone and plan and everything was set. 13 days later, she calls me saying her manager said that “now my account requires a down payment.” After a lot of hassle, i finally got to speak with the store manager (Ahmed) who was very rude and did not provide an explanation, just told me “you NEED to do this or you will be charged.” so, again, i had to go through more hassle to speak with customer service and keep moving up with my issue. Finally, I got to the point where i found out all sales that i signed for were final (as common sense would tell anyone) and that was a store violation that Ahmed and Dominique messed up on and were trying to cover for themselves. It was VERY unprofessional, and if a manager or employee of any decent business messes up, they’ll take accountability and try to fix it. Not belittle you and refuse to explain the situation. I love the company AT&T itself, but as the customer service reps i spoke with told me, DO NOT GO BACK TO THE LEMONT AT&T. company is worth it, going through the lemont store is definitely not.
Service was phenomenal, Ali was up to date on everything! I was on phone for hours, but he fixed my issue in minutes! Great Job!

Best experience at a phone store yet. Faizan is on top of his information wether it’s reguarding devices or services offered. He always does whatever he can to help. Highly recommend visiting the lemont store !!!!

This store sucks! It was supposed to be open Sunday at noon but lights out and nobody there at 1pm.
