I switched to T-Mobile for a more competitive rate and trade in my phone. Paulina and Ameer could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. They made the process quick and easy. I used to own cellular stores and would have loved to have had them as my employees. Great Job guys!

This place is just outstanding!!!! Ameer and Paulina are the most amazing smart caring and educated people I have ever worked with I’ve been to plenty of T-Mobiles and none of them have ever actually made me feel the way they did they are a very helpful especially since I was originally with sprint they made the switch quick and easy! Would highly recommend this store to all my family and friends!

So impressed with this location. Many thanks to Paulina for her professionalism and truly caring do-whatever-it- takes personality. Paulina ran to another store just to get what I was looking for and coordinated the time so that I could pick my item up same day. The young man working with her that day was nothing short of amazing as well. Thank you both!

Walked in the other day with my phone saying no service, Ashley and Paula were extremely helpful and friendly, they fixed my issue in all of about five minutes without me having to pay anything which was great! then they took a look at my account and recommended a newer plan which costs me less, and gives me unlimited data, awesome service. highly recommend if you have any T-mobile questions or issues and just want someone reliable and trustworthy to help you get something taken care of these are the girls.

Ashley and Eloisa were amazing! They went above and beyond! We have sprint (now/soon t mobile) and one morning all 6 lines on our account no longer had data service. Sprint was no help, and I finally turned to these amazing women at the Lemont store for help. They solved our problem and would not give up until it was solved, and I am so very appreciative. We will be going to this store from now on for all of our cell and account needs.

Paulina was extremely helpful and so friendly!!! I was in there a few times and every time I was in there, I was so happy to see her. She helped me fix the issues I had. She is a wonderful asset to this store and to T-Mobile!!! Thank you Paulina for all your help with my issues!!!!

This is my favorite T-Mobile location. They go above and beyond to help me. I know when I need something done right to go to them. I usually deal with Paulina and Ashley and they are wonderful but everyone at that location is great. Thank you and keep up the great work.

They treated me with courtesy and tried to help me with any questions I had.

I walked in, it was later in the day and the store was busy. Random customers that have no clue how to set up their phones or switch phones with new numbers, all kinds of stuff. The 2 sales associates Ashley and Paulina were knocking out all these people’s purchases and problems with their phones. Even the general manager got off the couch to help out on his day off and came in to help with the store. They set upMy new iPhone and even stayed later to finish with the set up. Thank you ladies, I appreciated that very much!

Horrible service! They have no consideration to they’re customers while using their store phone in very high volume. You can’t have a conversation! One of the sales reps associates didn’t even know anything about the phone I wanted to purchase. Will not return to this location!!!

Had a great experience here! I ended up getting a better deal than what I had planned on getting. Ashley was really helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns.

I must say the staff at the Lemont T-Mobile are fantastic, Ashley, Layla and Paula where all outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked for me and they all were very patient and kind the whole time, I so appreciated all they did for me!!
