This is the best Verizon store, hands-down....and the reason is what makes or breaks a store: the staff. Jatin is so knowledgeable and up-to-date on all the technology, gear, plans, etc. He is friendly and helpful, not pushy...even helped me with something my previous store reps didnt offer or catch. I will drive 45 minutes out of my way in order to patronize this store every. single. time. He has a lot of patience in addition to his expertise, and his colleague was also helpful and kind. The store is clean, organized and had plenty of parking. I highly recommend this particular Verizon store, even if there are dozens closer to you in proximity.

I had issues with my phone nobody could figure it out, I went to 5 Verizon locations and I’m sooo happy I came to Verizon n Lemont and spoke with Jatin . He is AMAZING!! He took his time to help me and figured out what was wrong . He literally tried so many things to help me and fixed the issue YAY Thank you so much ! I usually deal with the lady who works there and she is awesome but unfortunately I got stuck with a rude dark hair and complexion short guy who kept turning his back on me and saying he couldnt help me when in fact I knew he could, he just didnt want to be bothered. Worst salesman I ever had.

These guys are great, extremely knowledgeable with all of the product lines offered. Its always a fairly lengthy process when upgrading a phone, but the atmosphere inside was warm and inviting. Had no issues at all during upgrading, and they were able to answer any questions I could come up with, in reference to the new phone or any other accessories I inquired about. I felt like I could have spent all afternoon there, time flies when your having fun. 5 stars.

Amazing experience here!! This is the only place where I feel like I’m not the victim of some scan. The guy that helped us was super honest and reasonable. He told me exactly what I wanted to know about all of my options and even suggested things I wouldn’t have thought of like some cheaper options that fit my needs better as well as the cost/benefit analysis of whether or not I should get insurance. The guy (his name was Vivek) was so transparent and I really appreciated his outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and honesty in explaining to me exactly what I was getting and what all the costs involved were. I wish all retailers could be like this!!

I have been coming here for several years. The service and assistance I receive here are excellent. Theyre extremely friendly and helpful. I live in Orland but I make the effort to come out to Lemont to this store because of the staff.

Very good service and highly recommended. I went to three different stores before coming here due to needing data transferred from my old phone to new phone and was purchasing a new Apple iphone but was switching from a google phone. While one store told me they would not transfer anything and if I wanted anything transferred I would need to talk to some sort of tech support over the phone. The second store told me I would have to pay $25 to have this done even though I would be buying a phone through them. Third store just completely lied and said that I could not transfer over anything from a google phone to an apple. I found this store before giving up on my mission to completely change companies and they did everything I needed them to do and did not charge for this service. I spent $750 on a new phone but the fact that this store did not give me the runaround and took care of me and spent over an hour explaining the different features of my new phone they gained a customer for life. I will never go to any other Verizon store again. Also I live almost 30 minutes away from here in Naperville so I pass almost 5 different stores on my way here. Thank you for your kindness in helping a senior.

This is the ONLY Verizon store I will go to from now on – even if I happen to move. Normally I leave these places wanting to slap everyone I come into contact with, including myself. This store is a complete 180. I don’t dread coming here! Every time I’ve visited (three times now) I see the same two employees and they are both awesome. Both are super personable and extremely knowledgeable. Spending $700 on a mini computer that rules your life is never fun but Vivek and his co-worker make it as enjoyable as one could imagine. I can not tell you what a wonderful store in Lemont this is...the customer service I get by Mital, Jatin, an Vivek is awesome...I find these young people to be so helpful with whatever questions you have. They should be commended by Verizon for their customer service!!! They take time to explain all of your questions. Today I went into the Verizon store in Lemont. I was extremely frustrated because I had just spent 2 days trying to get in my locked phone. I put a fancy passcode on the phone and then proceeded to forget it.So I had 2 choices. Reset the phone, or buy a new phone. Hearing that you might have to reset your cell phone is like hearing that all of your 5 children have head lice 2 days before your oldest daughter is about to be married. I wasnt happy about the reset option at all. As far as buying a new cell, I wasnt eligible for an upgrade for 7 months, so that would have cost me at least $225.So let me say thank you to Jaden, my new white in shining armor, (the Verizon salesman) to the time and effort he spent to somehow fix my phone. He saved me money, and saved the texts between me and my recently deceased Dad, pictures my daughter who lives in California sent, and pictures from both of my daughters weddings.Thanks Jaden, I hope you know how grateful I am to you.
