I just want to say that the staff at CVS was awesome! Today is Sunday and my oldest daughter has been battling a pretty nasty head cold the past few days and I took her to the Minute Clinic to get checked out. We checked in at the computer and had to wait a while. In the meantime the entire system went down company wide and the nurse kept her composure and even though the appointment times ran a bit behind, she still managed to see all of her patients and with a smile! The pharmacy was equally busy and fought through it to get to everyone waiting! I think more people need to have patience with the working world today! Not only are they short staffed but also rely on technology that isn’t always the best! God bless all of you working at CVS today! You all are awesome!

How can a Pharmacy be closed when all others are open for Memorial Day? A essential service? They close early on Sunday 6:00PM and not reopen until Tuesday? Poor service to the general public.

I have used this pharmacy for years and never had any issues (other than the EXTREMELY LONG) wait times at the drive-thru, until my 1 year old was put on a medication that he has to be on long term. It seems that there could have been some communication issues between the pediatricians office and the pharmacy, but that doesnt at all excuse the way I was treated. Id like to make it clear that my son was born with a slow lower bowel and needs this medication in order to have bowel movements and keep him from becoming impacted, etc. This isnt something he can go without, but yet he has had to do without on several occasions due to the prescription not being filled. I call it in while at work, work an entire 8 hour shift, and try to pick it up on my way home. I am always told that the prescription isnt ready (after having 8 hours to fill it) and then I am forced to drag my children back out at night to pick it up or I have to just pick it up the next day (so a dose is missed). On one occasion, it took a total of 2 days after calling to have the prescription refilled for it to actually be ready for me to pick up. Ive been paying for this out of pocket because they have been telling me that they dont have any insurance information on my son, and I usually dont have the time to wait for them to enter his information and then run the prescription through insurance. I called to refill this medication a few days ago and was told it was the last refill (when the bottle still says 99 refills). I called the pediatrician yesterday morning to have it called into the pharmacy. Tonight, I go to pick up the medication, and they tell me it hasnt been filled. The doctor did send it in, but it hasnt been filled. Then the pharmacist proceeds to come to the window and ask me to spell the medication that I am trying to pick up. She was very rude and acted as though I was ignorant. She then proceeded to tell me that I had just picked this medication up recently and that she couldnt fill it again. After explaining that the doctor had doubled his dosage and that I had asked the pediatrician to call it in that way (which they said they did), she got even more hateful and told me she would have to try to override the insurance to be able to fill it. (Override the insurance that WASNT on file for this medication?) So, not only did she lie about an insurance override, she proceeded to tell me that I needed to call the pediatrician and figure this out as though it was my fault that they hadnt filled a prescription that the pediatrician had called in and didnt follow up with the pediatrician to see why it was being called in before it was due to be filled. All of this could have been handled in a more professional manner, without the attitude, and without acting as though I was ignorant because they obviously had some sort of communication error or failed to do their job. This issue could have been resolved with minimal frustration if they had just stated that the prescription wasnt ready yet (as they have done so many times before) or explained that there must have been a communication error, without the condescending attitude. Instead, this pharmacist chose to lie to me and then give me attitude over a prescription that they filled 20 minutes later. All of this over medicine for constipation. I will never be back to this pharmacy. Get your rude staff under control.

Dont bring your prescriptions here. I dropped mine off 12 hours ago and I had to have them find the paperwork and then they filled them while I waited.

Extremely long waits at the pharmacy. Be prepared to wait in line 15-25 minutes each time you need to pick up a prescription.

My experience with the pharmacy here was very pleasant. Both the pharmacist who answered the phone and the lady at the drive thru were helpful & kind. My doctor took a while to send the prescription & they continued checking for me without seeming annoyed.

So this morning I called the pharmacist and Doug answered the phone and not only was he rude but he tried to rush me off the phone by saying he had somebody else on the other line that he wanted to grab the phone for and was not helpful at all extremely rude him wouldn’t answer my questions fully just had an attitude was adding you know just saying things that he could’ve kept his mouth shut on I will report him and I will I will make sure I go to his superior because something needs to be done you are a pharmacist to help people you don’t you’re not there to put people down you’re supposed to do your job

The pharmacy dept is so rude! Called about my daughters prescription and she acted like I was getting on her nerves, even breathing hard in the phone when I asked a guestion. Im done with this place. Im taking my business to Walgreens.

This pharmacy has been filling our meds for a few years now. They are always friendly and helpful. They stay super busy there. Karen knows us by name and that is so nice. The minute clinic is great too.

I normally do not write negative reviews. However, I have never had to deal with such hateful people. They are always very miserable and not helpful. If you hate your job that bad, here is a little advise. Change your occupation. This will be the last time I will ever fill a prescription here.

Just called here to ask about my prescription, girl on the phone at the pharmacy could not have sounded less interested or concerned about my questions and was frankly unprofessional. After reading other reviews it seems this is to be expected. Take your business elsewhere, this place clearly does not care about its customers satisfaction or at least doesnt hire people that do!

Visited this store at 7:34 pm for an ear infection. Signed in online at 7:00pm, would not see me and directed me to go to the Er instead. Something they could take care of in 5-10min, an easy diagnostic.

They have lost perscriptions to the point my Drs hate sending anything to them. Hope that you never have to call the pharmacy side because they will keep you on hold for 15 minutes or more most of the time. One or two very good staff and the rest are rude.

Got sick of the pharmacy drones attitudes. If they hate the job that much, quit and work somewhere else, shovel elephant dung at the zoo or something! Rudest people ever! To hell with CVS, I took my business to Walgreens. Much, much better service, and friendly too. Lenoir City CVS needs to clean house, and fire some people!

I had a cold and needed cold medicine. When I went to the pharmacy to ask for help there were 6 women employees behind the counter. They just stared at me and gave conceited glances. These employees are the rudest I have ever seen. They acted annoyed and very judgemental. After 10 minutes they finally came over and told me they couldnt help me because I had a Texas license. I just moved here! They acted like I was a drug addict when I only had a head cold. These employees are stuck up and should be fired and taught polite manners. I will never set foot in a CVS again nor will my large family.

I totally hate this CVS and CVS in general. I have been there three times, called the customer service number 3 times and after 2 weeks I am finally getting my medication. They made a mistake internally and wanted me to get a note from my doctor! NO WAY! Well it took 2 weeks for them to figure it out! This is the last time but not the first time they have screwed up....including giving me someone elses medication. As soon as my insurance changes Walgreens here I come! Its been too many years of bad CVS service!

The pharmacists at this location are very rude and inconsiderate. I have had negative experiences with the pharmacists on numerous occasions, the last time the pharmacy tech and another customer both said wow and the tech apologized on the pharmacists behalf. I would NOT recommend the pharmacy at this location.

I went to drop off my fiance RXs for his surgery bfr the procedure so when we leave for our hour trip home he would have meds. Last time the Drs office didnt give us the script until we left and he was dying in pain bfr we got it filled. So I tell them I need it quickly, and they said itll take 20-30 mins. So I waited around the store for 25 mins then went to the drive thru. They then tell me itll be another 20-30 mins bc it wasnt put in as a rush order. I specifically told them I needed it asap and this is what I got. Ended up having to wait almost an hour more to get the RX. Needless to say I will mever ever fill another RX with them .Im finding the mom and pop places are much better than these big corporations that just see us as a number.

Called to speak to someone from the minute clinic we had spoken to minutes beforehand and was greeted with a rude, lazy woman who flat out hung up on us all because we were given an appointment with no location at a time we couldnt honor without our consent.

Horrible customer service. The pharmacists are rude and unprofessional every time I visit. I have had personal medical information yelled across the store with other customers present, my prescription tossed to another worker for them to deal with, I have been checked out by an employee who was texting during the entire transaction, and given the wrong prescription multiple times.
