I would rate 0 stars, but its not available. After a few weeks Pilot still owes me money they stold from my debit card. This is not the first time this is happened, it has happened at multiple Pilot stores in the Knoxville area. They will reject your card regardless of your balance and still charge you for items you dont get to keep. Not a very good idea when trying to stay in business. Me and my family will never use this company again. This is the last straw!

There was a cashier named stephanie, she was very helpful and very knowledgeable of pilot products. She even shown me a way to save on gas and made me aware of the pilots awards cards. Thanks team!!!!

The store is a mess, didn’t even have any cups put out for people to get and the floors are always a mess. Walk in and you can tell the store hasn’t been cleaned in while, the cashiers are nothing but rude to you and get mad over asking to get something doubled bagged. No one there ever keeps their face masks on but give you a dirty look if you forget yours, wouldn’t recommend anyone going here unless you want to walk out with your stuff and a migraine from putting up with the place.

Found puddle of water in from of the Bathrooms Hallway. Found a Cashier an told her about it. She didnt seem concerned that the wet floor sign was on other side of store. Then told the Cashier at the register to have a good day after my transaction, she just replied ‘Bye’ very rudely. Thats why i usually stick to going to Kenjo Markets . Always get good Service an Freindly smiles at All of There Locations.” Especially the Kenjo in Friendsville “

Reward card holders beware will not take card at the pump they tell you to go ahead and pump first come back in and they will adjust . They do not plain out refuse

BEWARE BAD SUPER UNLEADED!!! WATER IN IT IS MY GUESS. MY BMW AND 78 CHEVY PU HAVE BOTH ENDED UP IN THE SHOP BECAUSE OF IT. THE FUEL IS CHEAP BUT DRY GAS/INJECTOR CLEANER IS NOT.

Too slow need more people at register take 15 min pay for 5 in gas

The map said Pilot TRAVEL CENTER. We are driving an RV and needed a REAL travel center, not a neighborhood gas station. FYI, Pilot, a neighborhood gas station is NOT the same as a full service TRAVEL CENTER.
