Today, I was somewhat upset by a current transaction. Even though only for a few moments Peyton M handled himself above board and supported me. In then end the issue was resolved. I appreciate his attitude.

I would recommend going elsewhere if your time is important to you. Ive given this location three tries and each time they only had a couple people working and several people waiting to be helped. I do not fault a business for being busy or having a lot of customers, I do fault them for not being prepared, able, or willing to address the known issues. The employees have been pleasant, this location just seems mismanaged.

I bought a new phone at this location. I was made multiple representations about how my bill would go down. All false! When I told them to just put me back on my old plan they told me they could not because it was no longer available. Ive tried multiple times to get this taken care of and no luck. I cant even get Bruce to return my calls. Do not shop here. All they do is make hollow promises to try to make their sale!

Perfect customer service very very nice people had my phone up and running in less than 5 minutes when the Verizon store in Sweetwater the employees were nothing but rude and kicked me out of their store being a mentally challenged individual thank you guys so much🙏

Lincoln at Verizon was great! I had a very frustrating day before attempting to upgrade my phone in Athens, TN and called the Lenoir City Verizon and Lincoln answered, he was very helpful. Once I got to the store, all the associates greeted me as I walked in the store, which was very clean and neat. Lincoln helped me get a new phone set-up, taking the time to ask questions and set me up with the best fit phone. The associates at this store talked with everyone that came in the store, they were all helpful and pleasant. I am impressed with how well they worked together. Thank you Lincoln for your help.

Dont know where to start. The screen on my Pixel 3xl crashed on Tuesday. I could still hear notifications of text messages. Was able to access these on my Verizon account on the computer. My brother was alerting us my mother was in an auto accident in another state and her neck was fractured. Bad time to be without a phone. I jumped in the car and headed to Verizon. My rep helped me find a replacement and had the patience of a saint to transfer my information to the new phone. He was just the angel I needed to help me.

I absolutely HATE this place. They didnt have any of the new heavily advertised phones in stock. Matter of fact EVERY phone I looked at had to be ordered. This is pure BS, youre a phone store, all you sell is phones. Your main job is to stock the phones youre advertising.I went to a smaller store in Louden where they had (in stock) the phone I wanted.Heres a free tip. If youre going to be in sales, have something to sell. Excuses are for the weak.

They answered my questions, didnt pressure me into anything and informed me of what I need to do for my next phone. Currently use a Motorola, prefer a Samsung

It was an awful experience. Maybe because I worked for corportae Verizon. But then, Ive never been to an agent location before. The sales person clearly didnt know what we were asking and didnt have any clue what we were trying to achieve. The account was a mess from before we helped our in laws and now its at best half fixed. The rest I was able to fix on Verizon online and then we will have telesales conntect the second line they are charging us for no phone assignment.

Went in on Friday morning for company phone not working properly. Spoke to salesperson Derrick who needed passcode which I couldnt remember. I text my CEO and asked for this code as he was out of pocket and cell service was sketchy, so I left and told sales rep that I would be back when he sent me the passcode. Called and spoke to Derrick when I got the passcode and he said that was correct code and that I was not listed on the account (which I have never had a problem upgrading or anything the past 8 yrs I have had this company phone) and I would have to be added. Which is fine, I understand policies and procedures! So he text me his email and told me to have my CEO email him approval to add me to the account. I told him it would be Monday due to him being out of service and not in office, he said that would be fine, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH. So, by 10 am on Monday morning my CEO emailed Derrick the approval to add me and get my phone issue taken care of. I emailed and text Derrick and asked him to let me know when he got me added so I could come down. As it is my work phone, I am on call 24/7 and need it fixed or replaced, I heard nothing from him! This is Tuesday at 2:00pm and I call the Verizon store and find out that he had a scheduled vacation for this week and WILL NOT BE ALL WEEK!!!! I am furious to say the least, because I told him that it would be Monday because my CEO was leaving town and would be gone the rest of the week and NOW nobody else can help me!! The sales rep I talked to today stated that the CEO could call in and authorize it through Verizon or email.. HE ALREADY EMAILED AND IS GONE FOR THE WEEK< LIKE I EXPLAINED ALREADY!!!!!!!!! WE DONE OUR PART!!!POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! WHY WHY WHY ??? Did he not know he was going on vacation all week?

I called the Lenoir City store before I went up there looking for a certain phone and plan. Since there were so many options, I went to the store and Shawon was my Sales Associate. What an amazing guy! He made me feel at ease about the entire situation, helped me in every way he could and made sure I was happy with everything I received. So, if ANYONE wants some advice about which Verizon Store you should visit.... Pick LC, TN and make sure you ask for Shawon. I want to add that he made me feel like I was the most important customer that he had, and everyone else that came in and had to wait, Shawon greeted them with kindness and a sincere tone. I highly recommend seeing Shawon at Verizon Wireless in Lenoir City, TN!!!!!! I wasnt disspapointed

Last night our family came into the Lenoir City location to purchase three new iPhone 11s. What started out as an excellent customer service experience turned out to be a very poor experience. Like I stated earlier, we purchased three new iPhone 11s and cases. Our sales person, Pablo Reyes, stated that if we purchased three cases that he would include free of charge a screen protector for each device. This morning, we reviewed the receipt and noticed that he charged us for three screen protectors at $40 per piece. We then called the store to speak with Pablo Reyes and he said that “He didn’t make that agreement with us.” There were three of us at the location when he said that he would include the screen protectors free of charge. Pablo Reyes said that he would not honor the free of charge screen protectors.We have been Verizon customers for the past 10 years and have never had this bad of an experience. We will never go back to the Lenoir City Verizon again or recommend this location to any of our friends or family. The sales manager, Pablo Reyes, is very untrustworthy.If you are needing to go to a Verizon drive the extra miles and go to the Farragut location!

Very clean, nice customer service

I really dont like going into Verizon stores because Im generally made to feel lucky that someone is even helping me. This has happened at this store three times. That said, Ive recently visited twice and had pretty good customer service that was efficient and friendly. So this location Im going to review as hit or miss. Turkey Creek Verizon is a better option if you are in that area.

I came into the Lenoir City store having problems with my old Ellipsis tablet. Linwood was able to upgrade me to the new Samsung tablet that was on sale and was able to get my information over to the new device. I would recommend that you come into the store if you need to get a new phone or tablet and ask for Linwood.

I had great service . I went in due to phone not charging and they offered a forgiveness plan apple had due to covid. Totally recommend Linwood Crowder! He helped me out a lot and I walked out with a new phone !

Stay away! I was told I could return my new phone if I wasnt happy for 30 days. The 4th day I tried to return it. Staff said they could not do it! They couldnt even find my primary number of which I am the administrator. Very unprofessional and rude about not wanting to stand by their return policy. I would compare this place to a used car lot experience. Was told to leave, I was not leaving until they stood behind their promise of return policy. They called the police, of which I knew every one of them. I explained my situation to the police and they were kinda weirded out about it and I left. I called corporate Verizon and the return was verified within 10 minutes. Dustin Caldwell, Zack Mullan and Mathew Kidd need to find another line of work. Customer service and computer literacy are not their forte. Once I called their bluff I was ganged up on by these 3, they thought were big guys until I invited them outside to talk about the situation of being lied to. No one wanted to discuss it outside of their safe zone. Worst customer service I have EVER seen! Incompetent employees that are working on profits and nothing else.

Switched plans in September. Went in with my final bill from my previous carrier to get the credit for giving them a new iPhone 7. The sales rep that helped me pretended not to know why the system kept refusing my information. Called the customer service line today to find out the deal had expired and they are not going to give me the full credit for the iPhone 7 I sent to them. Dont trust their switch plans, they dont honor what they promise when you switch carriers.

When visiting, I highly recommend asking for Marc Cooper. He delivers a personal experience and takes the time to answer all your questions. He even goes the extra mile reviewing your account, and notifying you of promotions you qualify for. He made the experience a pleasant one! Hard to find this kind of peronalized service. You will think you are his ONLY client! He knows how to build relationships!

My wifes old Samsung has been acting up and Valentines Day is right around the corner....so....off to Verizon to find a deal. I worked with Linwood Crowder and found a great deal on a Google Pixel. I know Google is not the best selling brand, but it runs on Android just like everything else. Its got a really good camera and is way faster than her Samsung. Linwood was never high pressure, never tried to push us into something we didnt want. Thats something to look for when you need somebody to help. You want their expertise, but you want someone who will work within your budget without constantly pushing you for more. I would recommend working with him if you need a new phone.

Heres todays experience. -- not one person introduced themselves so I have no names. The one in the suit was more concerned about eating his donut and not dripping on the suit. The other, no suit and a little desheveled, 20 something year old was condescending and could have cared less. Im just wondering if there is anything in their customer service training that says when you open a customers account and see that they have been with Verizon for 14 years maybe you should try a little harder! Guess I will try another store.

Store personnel very friendly and eager to sale store items. I would suggest that a customer research and gather as much information possible about what they are wanting, this would save the customer money. Remember these salespeople are salesmen not in your best interest.

It was busy...... however, one of the reasons you would go to a franchisee instead of the company directly...is the customer service.... which is setting up your new phone, explaining the features etc.....no, not this time!.... heres your new phone, its now activated.....have a good day...... NEXT, whos next in line......it took awhile when we got home to figure out even how to make a call....the customer service should be the same busy or not.....its worth the wait to get taken care of properly..

Alfred is a wealth of knowledge with regards to the latest and greatest cell phone technology and an expert at guiding the customer within budget. All of the Sales representatives in this store were very courteous, considerate and professional.

My father and I came in to see about upgrading my phone. We were shown to Kellis desk, and she happened to show me the Moto z droid, which is the exact phone I wanted. Ive never spoken to a Customer Rep. with such disregard. I just left the store trying to pay my bill. First off, its CASH ONLY. 😒 When I tried paying my bill (in cash), the Rep. said he didnt have any change. When I asked how I was supposed to pay my bill. He proceeded to tell me, he didnt care.

Long story short. I was a Verizon customer for 11 yrs and made terrible decision to switch to Sprint. When I had a chance to come to Verizon, I came into the store and spoke with Gage Brazzell. Within 45 minutes I left with a new phone with enough training on it from Gage to operate it comfortably. I had been an iPhone user, but Gage suggested the Moto Z2 and Im glad he did.

My mother, wife, and I all graduated to the 21st century with our first smart phones. We payed in full for three smart phones and cases from this store and a salesman named Ben Kozick who took advantage of the situation. He hit us with over $100 in setup fees that he made no mention of at the time. This is a fee simply for setting up an Apple ID. This consisted of me and my wife logging in to our IDs in the store. Both Verizon customer service and Cellular Sales claims office informed us that these were fees that are optional for the salesman. They also instructed us to never use this store, as it is not a corporate store. Lesson learned and we will not be back.
