Absolutely loved this sprint store! I’ve had sprint for a long time and been to quite a few stores and have never the level of customer service I had here and the nice layout And cleanliness of the store. Hunter and Andrea were amazing!!! They helped me with choosing a new phone, transferring my information from my old phone to the new phone, and were accommodating when I told them about my budget. They talked about different promotions and deals they had going on and helped me find the perfect one. Not only that, they made me laugh, feel comfortable, and like I had known them forever. Loved this store, the employees, and the spectacular level of customer service they provided.

Took about 45 minutes to be waited on. I watched 4 other people walk in and leave because they were tired of waiting. Only reason I stayed is because I drove an hour to get there to pick up a 12 pro, i had called before i came out there. They were out of stock. Went with a 12 instead and nobody told me i would need a wall adapter for usb-c so drove an hour home and couldnt charge my phone. The computers at the store are slower than anything ive ever seen. The guy I spoke with was nice but once this phone is paid off, I will absolutely be switching carriers.

The customer service I have experienced is great! But I highly suggest going elsewhere. This is the slowest data I have ever seen. I cannot use my internet unless I have wifi due to being so slow. I also barely have service anywhere, including my own home or work. I have never seen such bad signal. It is not worth what I am paying.

Came to this store today with my cousin after he got dry popped at cricket up the street, after being a customer with them for over 10 years!!!!! Came to see Hunter at Sprint and gave my cousin a good deal! He’s very honest, knows what he’s doing!!! And cares about the customers. He’s a very good employee and excellent at customer service!!! He’s knowledgeable about the phones he sells, and he’s not looking to screw over customers. Felt very comfortable when we walked in, he was serving someone else. Had a great attitude towards other customers to help them out. Definitely would come back again!!!

Don’t use this store! Bought IPhone about month ago at this store. They loaded an App without my permission. Went back to have them delete App. TJ said I would have to call Sprint customer to have it removed. Believe the Lenoir City Sprint store is conspiring with Sprint to defraud it’s customers. Don’t use this store!

Never really had an issue out of the Sales people as theyre usually very helpful, quick, and right to the point when I need to have something done. Theyre really not interested in pushing you into a phone that you do not want, but instead will help you decide on a good device that fits your needs and the way that you want to use it. Theyre very honest when it comes to the products. Ive been a customer with this specific sprint for almost a little over a year and look forward to more years of business.

As a company you should hold yourself to a standard of honesty and respect for your customers. Instead, Sprint of Lenoir City lies and holds no amount of honesty. I wouldn’t recommend this store, owner or company to anybody. My boyfriend was charged $398 for a phone he surrendered to them and was lost by a irresponsible employee. The owner refuses to work with people and make things right. I’m not sure how such a questionable business can stay open. I don’t recommend this company or store to anybody. If you value your money, phone or service please choose somewhere else to go. This company, store and owner have a lot to learn about customer service.

This is my favorite Sprint store in the Knoxville area. The staff is very friendly and is always willing to go the extra mile to make things work out. There are two Austins there, and each and every time I go there they are exceptionally helpful and have a very thorough knowledge of their product. I have seen them handle difficult clients in a way that every one was happy at the end. Definitely recommend this store.

Only complaint is that he underestimated my monthly bill by $40+. But the service was great and they were all very helpful.

I broke my phone so my wife and I came to get 2 new phones. We had Hunter helping us and made everything so easy for us. Literally in and out. He didnt beat around the Bush either. Very helpful and nice. Good to know there are some good ones left .

NOT HOW I WANTED TO START MY SATURDAY BUT GREGORY MADE IT SO MUCH BETTER!No body wants to wake up of a Saturday to the dreaded iPhone Blank Screen Of Death... but there we were, 9am looming over the worlds longest ‘to do’ list. I walked right in to my local Sprint store and was greeted by Gregory who went to work immediately troubleshooting my phone, all the while offering to help me make the necessary arrangements to help me manage this inconvenience such as calling my husband to check in with his as he did not know my phone was broken or to schedule an appointment with Apple should he not be able to resolve the issue.Things looked grim but it was Gregory’s attention to detail and gut instinct that prompted him to step next door to a phone repair shop to see if they could give it the good ole college try. Lo and behold... the repair shop managed to reset my screen (which was all it needed!) saving me TIME AND MONEY! While the Dang It Relair shop right next door was the hero in the end to my phone, it was Gregory of Sprint determined to show me excellent care that lead me to the resolution! I’ve always found this location to be helpful and again, they’ve yet to fail!

Stay away from Sprint as a company especially this store in Lenoir City. This is not a corporate location and hires a bunch of teenagers who have no idea what they are doing. I traded in a phone to end my lease due to insufficient service, the phone was never processed correctly and now I owe sprint $398 and has since now hit my credit score. The owner of the company has reached out to me and “credited me $250“ but it never showed up and now my credit score is being affected because Sprint is Awful, but more importantly the people they have running the store are a pathetic joke and the manager is not even man enough to stand up and do anything about it or the owner

I have been a Sprint customer for a number of years, after trying two other wireless companies. The unlimited dataplan is superb for my needs as a Professional Photographer. The service at Absolute Wireless in Lenoir City has been outstanding, as I have gone from a Windows Mobile phone to an iPhone. Any time I have a question or need their service, the staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and able to help me with my needs. I like Sprint and I like Absolute Wireless. So glad that I now live and work in Lenoir City!

Will never buy anything or use Sprint again. Their store in Athens Tennessee sold me an expired promotion. I was lied to by the store when I bought the phones. Neither the store nor Sprint corporation will honor the sale. Simply crooks and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone ever.

I wanted to upgrade my cellphone and went to this Sprint store in Lenoir City. My customer service representative was Natalie. Not only was she professional and knowledgeable, she was very personable and extremely helpful. My upgrade was fast and easy with no problems at all. I would highly recommend this store if you need anything Sprint!

I am always looking to save money and discovered that Sprint gives you a lot more for your money than any other wireless provider. I visited this store and Brad was awesome. I left with an iphone and a cheaper phone bill. I have not had any problems with service or coverage. I highly recommend Sprint to anyone!

Worst customer service ever! Refusing new customer to sign up for an account with sprint which is weird ! I had to go to the one in farragut that day. I recommend you guys go a different sprint store for a better customer service !

We t to get a new phone. They did not tell me I could have bought my old phone for $200 and owned it. Instead they took my old phone and gave me no credit. I called the next day to see if I could come and buy out the phone phone, I was told that it was already being shipped back to sprint. The entire time I was in the store the manager kept trying to seek me thing from $40 phone cases to an iPad (which if he would have paid attention I already have. A very shady business.

Sprint is just like all the other major service providers. They make big promises to lure you in and then forget the promises. My problem isnt as much with the local store (but they dont always do what they say either) as it is with corporate. TERRIBLE business practices. Im a new customer of 3 months and my bill has been wrong every month. I am building evidence and documentation against them and plan to take legal action against them. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhwere.

My phone had taken a ride on top of my car, and I found it on 321... run over... the guys at the sprint store took good care.of me. This is one of the reasons I have been with sprint for 12 years!

Dont go with sprint. Unless you like no service, dropped calls, and on wifi look at your phone and see that your rooming. They turn off your phone when your payed up. I would give sprint a minus 5 stars.

Was great when I went and got my phone, so I sent my girlfriend to them and that was when their true colors showed. First off she ordered her phone through the store on Sunday and was told it would be there Wednesday. Called back on Wednesday and they told us the order was canceled for unknown reasons, she was given the run around and told her they reordered her phone and it would be here on Friday. Friday rolls around and no phone and when I stepped in and asked why I couldnt get a answer. Asked to speak with manager and got told he was busy and would call me back. This was at 11:15 called back multiple times and was given the whole hes done gone for the day. Get a phone call at 6:15 from the manager saying how sorry he was and that they found a phone but was an 50 minutes away and we would have to drive and pick it up. Worst service I have ever seen!!!

Was with Verizon for nearly 15 yrs, no complaints, 3 smart phones & a flip (for mother) w/10 gigs for @$250. Kept seeing the Cut your bill in half advertisement and decided to check it out. Went in to the Lenoir City, TN store, and was quoted on paper at $177 which would include a Ipad. When we went to finalize, we found out the phones were 8gig. so we decided to get phones with more memory, was told it would be just a little bit more, but could never get a definitive price. We ended up spending over 3 hours at the store, cancelled dinner reservations (anniversary) and was basically held hostage in the store for an hour after the store closed and the door was locked. The salesman insisted that we purchase phone cases or he could not give us the deal he was giving us, played the game of let me call the manager several times, ended up writing a check for $300, mostly to get out of the store at 10 pm. Salesman also told us we needed to buy a small box which would act as a Hotspot if others came to our home and wanted service. Found out a day or two later that all our Iphone6Ss are Hotspots, that little deception is costing us $50 a month and has never been taken out of the box & is worthless to me. My wife had to return the next day, Saturday, over 60 miles round trip to pick up a phone they did not have. Received 1st bill, $330. Was referred to Sprint by my son, both were to get a $50 gift card, was told we had to be with Sprint for 3 months, still didnt get it, and after many of enquiries, was told it expired. CELLULAR NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE! The icing on the cake is we thot we could switch from 17g. to unlimited and shut off our Wifi at home and save a few dollars ($60). Next bill was $478. Yep, one month.
