Workers were completely incompetent. Waited 5 minutes in the lobby while the girl was in the back goofing off. Then when she finally came from the back she seemed more worried about her phone than helping me. Awful service will not be coming back to this location.

Have had phone service on 4 lines for the last 3 years and never had a problem they couldnt solve. Pay cheeper then anyone i know have more data and hotspot to. Also get service in places no one else i know does.

Went there to switch and get 2 iphone 11S, there was only one person working there and some dude was just standing there getting his phone transferred over and he was there before we even came in, so we waited for over an hour, just to have some inbred hicks come in with no masks and to cut in line in front of us, the clerk didnt say a thing To them and just let them do it, so we finally left after waiting over an hour, You missed out on a good 700 dollar sell today! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Horrible customer service, never ever answer phone calls, never have new products always have to order them. Incredibly high prices on phone cases.Every time you go in always a clue less zombie who is wondering around. If you need a answer Google it to save time and the frustrating of deal with a zombie.

Horrible customer service. New employees by themselves without any knowledge of helping customers with issues and the store manager is rude and or incompetent when called about the issue. He couldnt even be bothered to help fix the issue and told the employee to just get us out of the store cause it was close to closing. Had to call a store in another city who solved it in less than a minute.

Dakota and Jared are very courteous and professional. They make you feel like family. And their newest employee Donte seems like he is going to fit in perfectly with their “can do” atmosphere. The place is fine my problem is with the naming of the business on the maps. Its metro PCS no one gives a f*** if it is by T-Mobile. If youre going to advertise by T-Mobile then let me pay my T-Mobile bill here instead of traveling out 10 miles. Remove the T-Mobile ad and I will increase my review. Reviews it and I will continue to remodel it on all social media accounts. Got me f***** up advertising metro by T-Mobile but yet you dont do anything to do with T-Mobile! Get the f*** out of here with that advertisement s***

The guy at the store was very helpfull and friendly but the service is horrible. Right now I am at home and I can not make or recive calls. It does not say there is no service when I call out it just hangs up. My daughter tried calling me and had to call me on FB because it wont even send her to voice mail it just says call failed. This is ridiculous.

I had something that happen not going to say what it was but to fix it promises were made by them but nothing was done i got the run around. Then i brought my phone in with problems and told them i got treated very rudely and no my phone still messing up. The same day my wife was treated the same way i was and her phone is still messed up. They wont give u anyones number higher then them to fix this problem i have had since day one.

The store accosiates are actually kind and awesome when it comes to helping the customers. The main corporation and third party billing company? Not so much. Charged me twice, said my card isn’t on file, my receipt is invalid, and they can’t refund money to someone that might be lying about double charges. Even the store associates tried telling them, after I showed my bank statements. So after two days of trying to get my money back and my fourth phone call to the company, I’m still no where. To beat it all? The phone is now disconnected after activating it yesterday.

I switched from Cricket wireless today to improve upload and download speeds and I was having problems with my new phone. I went back to the store and a technician made changes to the phones settings and, since then, it is working as it should. Its too soon to rate Metro PCS performance. After a week of using Metro by T-Mobile I switched back to Cricket Wireless. In a word, Terrible.

Coverage sucks! You can walk out of metro pcs, go directly next door into the Walmart and get no service. There are far better service providers so dont waste youre time or money.

Don’t waste your time at this location. The associates are always flirting with some girl and ignoring customers. They’re also very rude and unprofessional. Go the extra 20 minutes out of the way to the cedar bluff location. The staffs attitude at cedar bluffs location makes the extra travel time worth it.

Bought metro PCS pH from them.NO SIGNAL in THEIR parking lot or two miles in either direction in Lenoir City, TN.Store refuses to assist or refund. Said it might be bad SIM card and wants US to buy another to see if it fixed it. Not happy with store or customer service over the phone.Selling phone and going back to previous carrier.

Be careful because they charged me for adding the emei to the acct. When I called the corporate headquarters, they told me that this was unprofessional and they were not supposed to do that. So, for 3 lines they charged me the 90 for the month which was OK but then they added on another 75 dollars for three sim cards and also imei chage which is not something other authorized dealers do, so go somewhere else. There are unfortunately no corporate dealers in East TN. It might be better to just call metropcs and do it on the phone because the dealers add on charges they shouldnt and there is nothing Metro will do about it...

Im not driving to Lenore City to visit a phone store without a working phone number listed on Google or the Metro PCS site. Wouldnt be all that hard to beat the customer service Ive experienced in Phoenix and Denver.

I have to say the lady peggy in Lenoir city is amazing i was going to the oak ridge store but the mang. there heather was rude and mean so ill never go into a store where she again so if u are in oakride do not go to heather she really needs to be replaced my 5 stars are for peggy in L.C. The most dishonest lack of skill store i have ever been in. I wouldnt recommend this place at all. Bought 2 phones and neither would work at all. Instead of a refund i was charged again. Would not fix it so my bank did it for me.
