Great place for paint. The staff is always super friendly and have provided manufacturers technical documents for me on several occasions. The paint, itself, is also very high quality. I typically spray their enamel or lacquer on custom furniture and have never been disappointed with the outcome. Very good stuff!

What a delightful experience. Jerika was wonderful. She asked the right questions. She compared different colors so everything matched. Best yet she showed me how to spray the walls without getting paint on the ceiling and crown molding. Give that girl a raise!

I was glad when the store reopened and was not disappointed in the quality of products available, the pleasant, knowledgeable staff and the clean, neat environment within the store.

So impressed with the method by which they are protecting their employees and their customers during the pandemic. They are polite and pleasant on the phone and thoroughly explain the procedures thoughtfully put in place.

The employees here are very accommodating and helpful. They spent an hour and a half mixing the stain to match my 58 year old hardwood floor. They took the time and my floors look wonderful! I would gladly recommend this store to anyone.

I have recommended Lenoir City store to alot of people. They are always helpful and go above and beyond the norm. I will always be a customer there! And recommend you are too.

Less expensive. Also had a bad experience with the worker not securing the lid tightly and then laying it sideways in the box to transport it home. When I took it out of the car and set the box down, the lid came off and I had paint all over my driveway. Employees should be trained to never put the cans on their sides! They should only be stood up with the lid on top.

Knowledgeable, friendly employees. Can match a stain to your floor so I can stain steps, which I did not know and done while I was shopping and picked up when done. Fabulous!

Sherwin-Williams is okay but because of the quality of paint that has improved over the years, you have a better selection and better savings at Lowes or Home Depot.... Sherwin-Williams provides a little better personal service if you need that.
