DO NOT GO THERE!! cricket is by far the worst Ive ever had you never have more then 1 bar of service its way overpriced and Ive been dealing with alot of other issues as well like randomly not allowed to text or call staying there is no service and not connecting to the internet Im going back to metro so save yourself a headache cricket is terrible

The owner was patient friendly and very helpful with my sons phone issue

The guy who runs this place has an energetic vibe and is extremely knowledgable about products and is current on his info about promotions. Thats the main reason that I keep coming back to this cricket for all my phones. He hasnt let my family down yet.

Based on the previous reviews for store service, I choose to drive a little further to this location because of the good ratings that Ron received. Bought an IPhone off a friend and went to this store and they said it was locked (clearly wasnt locked). Went to the cricket store down on Bristol-Oxford Valley rd and they got my iPhone hooked up. The guy in this store also tried to sell me a SIM card for $20 when I was just there 2 weeks earlier and a new SIM card was $10.
