The people here are great! Especially Amit and the manager go out of their way to be helpful.

The owner/proprietor is a thief. She told me i had to purchase insurance as well as the most expensive plan available. When i called Customer Care they told me that was NOT the truth. Avoid this store for anything Metro related.

For the most part, 99.9% of the time, I get really good service at this location. The employees are very kind nice and helpful. Maybe not one hundred percent skilled in every area to do with the phones that they should be but I guess good enough. Good staff and very helpful so Im going to give this store 5 stars.

Luci is very helpful loves to make her customers happy and she is very professional. I would recommend her to ANYBODY who wants a good deal and a good phone from metro. GO TO LUCI!!!

Who ever the manager was gave me a great deal and the store was super clean very good service will return to get my 4 year old a new phone on his birthday

I opened a new account and got a new phone. I was told that I have 7 days to return my phone if I dont like it so I called the store and they told me as long as I dont have 60 or more talk minutes on my phone I can exchange it for another phone so I go to the store to exchange it and then they tell me that I would lose my new phone number ugh when I was down in Philly at another Metro store to transfer my moms contacts over to her new phone they told me I would have this problem with them and sure enough I did.. GO TO ANOTHER STORE THEY ARE INDEPENDENTLY OWNED

Metro is gaining popularity and service area but not close to the bug guys. My travel buddy has metro and I have at&t and very often when traveling in this area and as far away as ny and Vermont his cell phone has no signal . However this is a economical solution for urban areas

Buy good service by people behind the counter another MetroPCS dealer told me that my screen cover was not available not so where I went

100% satisfactory, Greg was so chill he made sure we got our new upgrades and lines easy cheap while having a good laugh Dont go to the metro down the road next to subway they lie at every corner for commissions.

Sales people are shady.I went in there not knowing anything.Had left my phone some place I couldnt get to for a few weeks.Told the girl I just needed a cheap phone, on cheapest planEnded up selling me a $100 Phone on the $50 Plan.Shady

Girls working there Emily and Emily are both rude and only care about making sales. Really annoying and unprofessional.

Horrible, they are not helpful, they gave me false information, and they suck! Couldnt even get my address right, and couldnt even do anything. I didnt even wanna give it one star.
