The service was great. To be able to want to have a conversation about the products that Im buying is awesome. They helped me out with my decisions and that made it so much easier.

It is a small GameStop store, but it has many different games for Playstation and Xbox along with having some rare and unique collectable items. Some of the staff can be friendly and help you find the right game to play if you arent sure what to play. When trying to resale your consoles, I would not recommend going here or (any GameStop) first, I would look online to see better deals before coming here.

These businessmen are confident and knowledgeable, and it is clear that they value both their guests and the products they sell.The store has been maintained throughout, with obvious high standards for clean and immaculate. (This would be hard to match elsewhere.)The attention to details and product arrangement were eye-catching, and rewarding overall.The Pandemics safety protocols were actively in place: As soon as the store had reached a specific quota, the front door was immediately attended to, in order to maintain safe distances between patrons within the store. Floors were also clearly marked for the required 6ft distancing. Hand sanitizer was generously available at the front.Both services and mannerisms surpassed corporate excellence. Our visit and entire transaction was pleasant and went amicably well!

Announced that each game stop will have at least 2 ps5, this location had none I waited 13-12 hours overnight to be informed in the morning that they have zero at there story I am not the only one many others behind me were upset as well, I would love a explanation for the lie that was posted and published everywhere, lost sleep and time with family on thanksgiving day to be disappointed please someone get back to me

Theres a capacity limit of 13 when we entered the store there was 3 workers and 3 other customers. Them plus me and my son total 8. Me and my son are the only minorities (korean and black) when I was looking at funko pops located close to the door one of the man at the counter instructed another employee to lock the door and stand by it. I will never go back to that games top. Shame on them. They unlocked it for us to leave. And to let 2 more people in before we checked out. (Only totaling 10ppl cappacity)

This is a fairly good GameStop. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. They have a ton of products. Prices are reasonable. Could be a bit more organized. 4 stars.

Came here for black Friday sales after Thanksgiving dinner. The team of staff they had working were incredible! Extremely helpful, patient and kind. I was truly blown away with how accommodating they were through such a busy sale. All of them were very informative about merchandise and what deals meant what. A very pleasant experience overall.

The staff here are always willing to help and always have knowledge on the most current games. Josh helped me in getting the most out of my trade ins along with my new purchases.

Best game stop around! If you need to visit one I highly reccomend going to this one. The staff is awesome and knows there stuff.

THIS IS NOT MY RATING FOR GAMESTOP.GameStop as a company is one of the worst places on earth in my opinion I only shop there for consoles/accessories.My 5 star rating is to one very special lady out of however many people work at the Levittown Store.She on a regular basis goes above and beyond for me, shes very knowledgeable, funny, always greets the customers with an amazing smile. She restores a sliver of faith in retail workers.

The employees were very knowledgeable and polite. They told me about how we could take advantage of the Pro rewards program to save money Pokemon cards.

The place to go for all your video game needs. They have alot of good sales and several cool things come with games when you reserve them. They got tons of collectables at this location including funco pops. You can get all new video game systems and refurbished too. Parking is good at this location.

Clean, friendly and well organized

The people at this location are always so sweet. They even help my 8 yo autistic son pick out games and accessories that best fit his likes and needs.

Wow! Very rude employee/manager. I wanted to buy a system, but he said they were somewhere in the back, didnt know where they were and couldnt tell me when it would be available. Said he had to sweep his floors first. I wont be going back to that store.

The Super Smash Bros tournaments they started doing are fun, if you love the game you MUST attend!

Lose the edgelord retail employees and this store would actually be tolerable to shop at. Just take the ride Oxford Valley where they actually deliver great CS.

Liked the location They shut down Bristol store now we have to go to the Levittown store which is better anyway.

This is the worst Gamestop ever, I bought Madden over 10yrs and know exactly how madden release works. I pre-order my game a month ago to be told that I had to be there by 9 to 9:15 which I did then to be told OH, you have to be here no later then 8:45 to get a ticket which I never done just as long as I had my license. Never buying from here again, I pray this store gets shut down. It always something at this store.

I just got my first Xbox and the staff here is very knowledgeable, honest, and friendy. Three qualities that I appreciate. Each associate has different preferences on games and how they view them which is amazing because no two people ever view a game the same. It allows for an honest review yet they will work with you to find a game that might suit you best.

Be nice if they would ever answer their damn phone.

UPDATE: Store manager changed and it is even worse. They didnt even bother to call and let me know I had a preorder that could be gotten the night before. When my husband picked it up for me this morning they said Oh you could have gotten this last night. To which he was informed, oh we didnt call you.This store has gone downhill as of late. They dont do midnight releases anymore because they dont have the hours. Why set up a reserve if they dont give you a reason to? I dont want to drive to another GameStop for a midnight release. I live across from one, why travel to another the next town over?
