I got my septum pierced there and it is completely crooked. I literally am going to take it out in the morning. It is noticeably pierced at the wrong angle. Waste of $35

I was trying to get my hair dyed from blonde to a icy grey for months by another place and wasted so much money and time. I went to Ashley at scruples and she got my hair how I wanted I was giving up hope that I would ever get my hair grey and she did it. She was also very sweet so I’ll be going there from now on thank you!

Candy did the most phenomenal job on my wedding updo!! Her work was detailed, delicate, and compassionate. With every strand, she made sure my hair was set for the day. Very well job done!!

Bonnie does amazing hair. I will always go to her. Best tanning beds. I have had issues with my toes being shellacked though. Had them done and the polish fell off in about 2 weeks. Have never had this happen. She immediately fixed the issue. She did my daughters hair and toes and it came out amazing. She was so wonderful to my pregnant daughter. She is worth the wait. The nail tech didnt know how to remove acrylic...I did most of it myself. I ended up leaving (with most of my acrylics still on) before she started the manicure and was charged for half of a gel manicure yet didnt even get the service done. I went to Stellar Nails. The guy was amazing and fast.Side note: while this was going on, the other woman was using retailed products off the shelf in her hair?

Took my daughter here to get her ears pierced after a terrible experience at a different store. These ladies were extremely kind, professional, quick, AND less expensive than the other place. I am recommending them to everyone I know!

Edit:They offered to redo my hair or give me a refund. I excepted the refund.Just dont go there! Terrible highlights. Way to light and blochy even after they tried to fix them. Angel was the only one of the 3 stylist there who even knew how to use dye. 1 stylist even melted a ladies hair with bleach while I was there. Now I have to get my hair fixed at more cost to myself.

Great service today. New salon to me, new stylist. Victoria did a great job and was conservative on the cut. Glad she was because my hair looked great. I will return

A lot of people dont know that they do piercings, but I got my nose done there and it was great. Bonni talked with me and made me comfortable during it. She was very specific on cleaning directions for the piercing as well. She cleaned her tools in front of me, which most places dont do and that was very good to see. I would highly recommend Bonni for piercings in this valley.

I have been having my nails done by Rachael for a very long time and have always been Extremely Satisfied!! I highly recommend her as she is also very creative! My shellac and design are ALWAYS of the highest quality when completed! Thank you, Rachael!

Always a good place to get your hair done. They have tanning everything else you need for a full-service salon. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My family goes there all the time. Nice to this located next to my gym.

I have been going to Scruples Nail and Tanning for the past year and have experienced nothing but the finest quality salon and tanning experience. Bonnie has a superior talent when it comes to her nail art. I love how long my shellac manicure lasts. Scruples maintains theirs tanning beds very well and have the best selection of types of beds in the valley, along with the convenient hours and daily specials. What more could I ask for?

I got my nose pierced today and the lady that did it was so nice and talked me through it calmly. She was super quick and the jewelry was sanitized well!

My experience here started out good when they were able to squeeze me in without an appointment, but then it went downhill from there. My basic pedicure took an hour and a half. My toenails did not get completely painted near the edges, and when I bumped one putting my sandals back on she kindly fixed it. However, she said it was painted thickly when she fixed it so if it didnt dry to go back and she would fix it for me. Well, it didnt dry after 3 hours and it got messed up. I went back the next morning to quickly get one nail fixed and I was going to have to make an appointment for 2 hours later. I ended up having to repaint all my toenails myself. It was a big waste of $40. I would not recommend this place.

I have never had a bad experience. I started going to scruples at 13 when I got my bellybutton pierced. I went there multiple times for up-dos and nails for school dances. I had Bonnie do two other piercings with me and had my nails fixed that another Solon messed up. I tanned there a lot and never had a problem once with cleanliness or service. Yes you need to make appointments for hair and nails, but that’s pretty standard!

Oh my goodness, Bonnie is the most amazing hair dresser. It is such a joy to have a stylist who really listens and understands the little quirks we have in regards to our appearances. I wanted to spice it up with a little color and bangs, but that is generally not my motive. She not only listened when I told her specifically what and how I wanted the color, she heard my anxiety and made suggestions that were reasonable, cost effective and reassured me that I was really going to love my hair when I left. Yes, I said love it because I do, the color is chic but not overboard, the side bangs are amazingly fun and you skill speaks volume in how you worked your scissors for the best possible continued grow out. Thank you so much for treating me like a close friend, the fun and silly conversation while I received my services and the super boost of self-confidence! I will shout it from the roof tops that everyone who is nervous, anxious or needing that lil extra pick me up needs to go see Bonnie at Scruples for all their hair needs.

I made an appointment, took time from work, went to the salon, only to find out that they canceled my appointment and didn’t bother to call me. I rescheduled for the next day and waiting over 20 mins to be seen, 10 before I was even greeted. I won’t be returning.

The staff is always super nice. The tanning beds are always clean and working. Just love this place

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would definitely not recommend anyone making appointments over the phone or making an appointment at all if you like friendly service. more than once Ive made an appointment here and theyve either lost it or wrote me down for the wrong time and I missed my appointment. They do not have friendly attitudes about it either they told me that I would just have to reschedule.

I love scruples tanning. They are open all the great hours so when Im done working for the day, I can go in there and tan.

HORRIBLE. The salon itself is disgusting; there are bugs everywhere. I got my lashes done and they looked like something straight out of a horror movie when the woman finished. I had to go home and try to salvage them and even though I fixed what I could, they still looked tacky as hell. The tanning salon portion is just as bad. Bugs were crawling on me while I was in the bed. Not to mention the entire place smells like an ash tray. Save your money and your lashes and go anywhere but here.

Some ppl are nice, the lady who did my pircing was not so very nice. Lay out kinda confusing. The person who did my pircing did not screw the ball on tight enought, and 6 hours later fell off, had to screw it back on even tho im not supposed to touch it or anything like that. Bircing it self looks very nice, and everything used was clean (i think), lady knee to use a needle and not a gun ( a gun forces trama into the pirching pushing the tissuse/cartilage out, it could potentially grow back)

Called and they went through prices and specials and their different tanning options that I could do. Very nice!

Very unorganized. I had an appointment to get my nails done and it was not written down. It was blamed on staffing issues . I had to go elsewhere that luckily let me in last minute.

Monday I got my nails done, and called Tuesday because they looked terrible, were really pink(not what I had chosen), and already lifting. They couldnt get me in until the following week - as what I had been told on the phone anyways... I walked in on Thursday, and not only did they tell me they were fine and attempted to fix them, but I overheard another employee saying she wont do it for me, because she didnt have the time..Okay- with that being said I basically just got color added and they look great now.. Other than the fact they are still really pink, and STILL lifting, because they didnt glue the nail back on(and said itd be fine).. I asked for them to add color- which they did- but instead of charging me $10, they charged me for a fill $22, for something that was their mess-up in the first place.So overall- I paid $62 plus a $5 tip that I gave them the first day for something that I am not satisfied with. I will never go to back to scruples ever again. They dont really care about their clients, just want your money, and definately judgemental.

Awful experience with nails by Kim. I went in for a fill because my regular nail artist was booked a week out. It took 2 hours for a fill that takes my regular nail artist 30 minutes. Kim did a subpar job. My nails are uneven, misshapen, and thick. They used shellac which I did not want or ask for. I am going to have to have the entire set removed and start over because my nails are so misshapen. Thank goodness for Beauty Nails in Clarkston, I know Min and Mary can fix this mess!
