Do not waste your money and trust! I bought a coffee table and a matching side table in January 2021. They said the coffee table will be available for pick up in a week and the side table will be available in March. It has been 7 months and still no side table has been delivered. When I complained and said I want my money back, the manager told me do you want us to lose money?! The weirdest thing I have ever heard from a business person (it looks like they want us/customers to pay for their lack of management). They held my money for more than half a year and now they just want to refund the money I paid for the side table. What about the coffee table? What is the point of spending $800 for an incomplete and defective furniture! I am really disappointed and I wish I had read the reviews before shopping from them. I strongly suggest every buyer to avoid this company. They do not even communicate with their customer respectfully.

We went to every furniture store in the Valley and found that Complete Suite had the best selection of dining furniture. The customer service was also very good!

Every single time I have gone I have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Employees were all nice or knowledgeable about the furniture. They were easy to approach plus delivery has been very nice as well as loaders. 100% recommend going here for furniture, plus their prices are excellent.

Mainly, curiosity is why I went into this store. I was welcomed by, Im assuming the manager, and I stated I was just browsing. He said, great n feel free to ask questions if you have any! I enjoyed my browsing, and found some items, I want to go back n look at again n more than likely will have questions. Very courteous n friendly, but what I most appreciated is there was no pressure. Thank you for that, n Im sure I will be back!

This place is great no high sales pitch their products speak for them selfs and the sales men are not pushey they let you decide if you want what youre looking for or not. I would definitely recommend this place for any furniture product. Am happy with both purchases Ive made and both times Ive been in

I have shopped at Complete Suite Furniture several times. I have enjoyed all of the pieces I have purchased but my salesman, Jordan Evans, is who made my experience above and beyond. He is knowledgeable and worked to make sure that I found exactly what i was looking for. He was very attentive and worked with me even when it meant coming back or changing my mind. I will continue to go to Jordan for my furniture needs. They have a top notch employee there!!

Get what you pay for we had the coach for less then 1 years bought the warranty the couch started to RIP called had the run around with the sells person then got someone that tryed help but the said they would honor the warranty went to the store they discontinued the coach we bought and said we had to pay any extra I wanted the same dam couch or at least give us one since they didnt have the one we bought anymore now the springs are pushing thro

I custom ordered a couch from these guys. They screwed up the order and sent the wrong chaise lounge. As soon as I sat on the couch it broke. Delivery guys said there was nothing wrong that they could see and the loose bits falling around were normal. I had to reach out every time to get an update on a replacement when they finally agreed it wasn’t right. I just received the replacement yesterday and it has a defect in the covering. It’s been 5months dealing with them and still not a couch that meets what I payed for. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

So I went there this evening after returning 3 times to make sure it was what I wantedamd to finally make my purchase. I was told it wasnt in stock and it would be here Wednesday . I explained to him I needed by Monday ( which would be the next day)! He said they dont sell display models because they needed it for Black Friday . I said well show them the picture! He said for every one person looking there was 10 more people willing to buy. Well if he could get me one by Wednesday then why couldnt he just replace the one I was about to purchase??? It would still be there by Black Friday 😡! Just glad I will be giving my 500.00 to someone who actually wants it

Great prices but worst customer service experience of my life. I was promised my items 6-8 weeks after purchased. I called to find out ETA 6 weeks after I gave them over a thousand dollars and it would be more like 15 weeks after purchase. I was told the floor model wasnt an option as for every customer unwilling to wait there was someone that was. This statement was made by the corporate manager after issuing a complaint that I wanted the product I already paid for. Needless to say I refunded my money and went to Elegant Interiors in Clarkston paid $50 more and will get my items delivered this week. BEWARE!
