We recently purchased a mattress and beautiful decor piece here from, Karen, she was wonderful! She did not push us into any decisions and was very patient as we decided what would be best for us. Some sales people are extremely pushy and it drives us away from sales- but her friendly and helpful customer service was a great experience to have! Delivery was prompt and extremely helpful. They even delivered to us in Moscow! We love our new purchases and will be back in the future to browse their amazing selection of home items.

I brought a couch about a year ago and I would say around after 8 months part if the base broke. I called up Model Home Furnishings and they came out to assess it and determined the base needed to be replaced. It did take a while to get fixed but they ended up giving me an entire brand new couch due to our wait time. Great service

The easiest transaction I have ever made. The pricing it very worth it. They even deliver to your home if you can not pick up your furniture. In fact the people who drop off the furniture and put it together are very kind. They did not judge the way I was dressed in pjs or getting over being sick either. I was quit impressed!

Buyer Beware! Cheaply made furniture from China. I paid large amount for what i thought was leather couches. Leather coating peels right off over time. One year warranty on fabric materials??? After first year starts cracking with even with proper care. No reply from store owner.
