My husband and I stopped at FX Marcotte furniture store today looking for a couch pit. We were greated by Dawn and she was masked up and very gracious. She showed us a great set first and brought us on all 4 floors and showed us beautiful sectionals with lots of options. We settled on the first comfy set we saw. With in minutes we were approved for 12 month financing and a delivery date much better than some other options. Dawn was a lovely person to deal with and the store was well organized and gorgeous. I am glad we stopped on. Thank you Dawn.

Just purchased 4 pieces of furniture. Was delighted with staff- very helpful and joyous. Lots of choices and colors. 4 floors to choose from. Only drawback is waiting 6-7 mos. for it to come in but worth the wait.

Multi level building with large and varied inventory, an excellent location to shop home furnishings for bedrooms, dining/kitchen and living rooms. Friendly, informative and very helpful staff.

Great experience. We love our new furniture. Lynn and the whole FX Marcotte team made our major purchase such a smooth experience. From the non pressured sales experience, listening to our needs, and changing the order mid-stream, it was a smooth process. They handled our financing issues as we wanted, and set up delivery at our convenience. The delivery team was professional and careful. At the end of the day you can find cheaper (you get what you pay for) furniture online, but having a local company working with you (especially if any warranty issues come up) is a shopping experience that still cant be beat.

I just wanted to say from one sales person to another I truly commend Ms. Frye for being friendly but also giving me my space, for giving me information but not too much, and for most importantly not letting me walk out the door without seeing what I was looking for ..that extra step was all it takes as far as im concerned and not only did I find exactly what I was looking for once she brought me to a different area but I also was able to take it right on the spot, thanks to the delivery guy...Im so pleased, thank you guys!

When I first called to find out their price range, the lady was very friendly and gave me an accurate price range and encouraged me to stop by and take a look. So I did. When I got there, a sales clerk (Michelle) came right out to help me and took me to see their selection of what I was looking for. She was very helpful and informative and made me feel like my business mattered. I was quite surprised to find a very good quality La-z-boy for a very reasonable price. I was, however, on a time constraint as I need the chair asap and she was able to make arrangements for it to be delivered the following day. When it was delivered, the delivery men were very nice- one of them even came up to me and shook my hand and introduced himself as John. They brought the chair up and set it up properly and even took my old chair away for me. No delivery cost or removal cost. I was thoroughly pleased with my entire experience. I have already recommended them to a friend and I will definitely consider doing further business with them in the future. Highly recommend them.

Its a very exquisite place. The vibe the exterior gives off is high quality expensive. However, its high quality and affordable. Normally stores like these would be an outlet size, but when you go inside there is actually four floors worth of furniture all the way to the top floor. Id highly recommend anyone go who is looking for furniture.

Their repair person came to do warranty repairs. He was exactly on time and very professional.

I bought a extremely comfortable recliner here. Loved it. Its now out of warranty and the leather is failing in multiple areas. They didnt make the chair, but perhaps should reconsider carrying the line

This place and the staff was so nice I wanted to buy something. The settings were comfortable and one could imagine home.The staff member we worked with knew the lines, the relevant comparisons to other brands, and the stresses of furniture shopping. We recommend without reservation.

Went to South Portland store to buy furniture for multiple rooms. Asked associate for measurements for for some other peices we were considering. Promised to email information by end of business day so we could measure and return the next day to finalize entire purchase. Confirmed email address and phone # 3 times and reminded again on the way out. Absolutely zero follow up. Went to Green Mountain and bought the same furniture with the exception of the Amish bedroom suite that FX showed us that is no longer even being built/ manufactured so, it was never an option. Sales associates at Green Mountain were able to show us what styles were currently available and we were able to find another style from the same company. Dont waste your time at the South Portland location.

Service & quality is the name of the game & that is exactly what I received at FX Marcotte South Portland Maine !Wanted something comfortable for my husband and nothing like a Flexsteel queen sofa bed ! Love, love, love it ! From the owner Mike to my sales representative Nancy, along with Debbie they were fantastic ! Also the hard working delivery guys were professional and pleasant to deal with !!!

Seriously, the best place in Lewiston / Auburn to buy quality furniture. The staff is super knowledgeable about the products they carry and the products are of top quality from manufacturers that have a good track record, and mostly USA based. Regarding price, no this is not Walmart or TJ Max, the prices are not set at Chinese quality particle board levels. The old saying goes VERY much so for furniture, you get what you pay for.

My uncle Adolphe was a floor mechanic for RX Macotte for at least 30 years. It was a great store then and is a great store now. we will be sure to visit them in South Portland.

FX Marcotte has all around the best furniture service, not only Lewiston/Auburn, but in the state. I went to a lot of furniture stores in the area and ended up at FX Marcotte. I can tell you that I will be shopping at FX for all of my furniture needs here on out. The quality of furniture is outstanding and the price is affordable. Sue and Mike are fantastic sales people and do their best to measure up your furniture needs. I highly recommend them.
