Terrible service! Completely rude, acted as if I was a total inconvenience because I didnt know exactly what I needed. I needed 48, 16+ anchor bolts for our steel building, I had to wait over 30 minutes for them to find the bolts. When they finally found them and billed me, the bolts were left on the loading dock, in rotten bags that I had to load by myself. There was plenty of employees leaving for the day but none of them offered to help. Next time Ill order from online and NOT SUPPORT LOCAL!!!

A couple of the older gentlemen that work there have been unfriendly and acted like I was inconveniencing them with a small number of items. I dread every time my husband sends me there to buy anything.

Rude owner needs to get out retire let younger gentleman at counter do customer service rude owner go somewhere else if owner there I mean rude very very very rude dont waste gas $$$$$$

This is an interesting store. They got everything to do with bolts, chains and really hard to find odd ball supplies.The employees are super knowledgeable.It took me three circles around the area to find the store. Its hid back off in an unlikely spot. 50 years ago it was probably easy to find before got built up around.

Great guys, know what they have and what you need. Very happy with the service and product.

Showed up at 450 and were closed when hours say open till 5 Misinformation plz fox your hours. Wasted gas to come give you buisness wont make the same mistake twice.

Old guy named max went to get me a bolt . Brought it out, but I needed a stainless. I asked do you have this in stainless? He says nope. I say sorry and he pushes the money back, takes the bolt back and slams it on the desk behind him. I say sorry again and tell him to have a nice day .Class act guy

They have everything, but if your not a regular customer I notice the service is poor.

I needed a 7/16 brass threaded sheer pin, with a 1-1/2 inch shank ..... Bitterroot Bolt to the rescue!

Rude staff. Will never go back.
