This is a great family owned hardware store. It is very clean and organized. They carry a lot of useful tools and hardware. Very friendly and helpful staff and managers.

I went in today to buy a butane torch and it was 33 bucks I showed the guy that online in Winthrop was 19.99 and asked if he could price match he said that they are separately owned but he would honor the price for me. I thought was pretty awesome of him and great customer service :) thank you so much for doing that for me and also you were very helpful bringing me to where I was looking for it. Keep up the good work. I just didn’t catch your name.

This place is great. Its a throwback to a 2 Times Gone by when the hardware store new your name. You were greeted by familiar faces. These guys are there to help people with what they need. And theyre happy to do it. When I leave there Im So Satisfied I want to invite them over for a barbecue. They have everything the big box stores have. And more friendly knowledgeable customer service. They are a local hardware store and I use them every time I get a chance

This place has been great !! very helpful people working hear every time I have gone to the place .. they are not the aggressive type of helpful just good people . They are not a giant chain hardware shop but have lots of stuff I will use them when ever I’m in need ..give them a try if you already have you know what I’m saying

Very nice little store. Prices were fair, store was very clean and staff was very helpful.

We didnt end up buying anything but for them to come out and answer our questions even though they couldnt help with what we needed was still going above and beyond for good service that we will definitely be stopping by to purchase items if we can!

I love this store! The workers are easy to talk to and very helpful.

Came in to get coolant when my engine started to overheat, got in and out quick. The staff even came out and helped me to get it in to my engine, giving me advice and offering a funnel.

What a helpful staff! It is wonderful having this True Value in our rural area for I dont have to drive through Lewiston and cross the Veterans Memorial Bridge to get to a big box store.
