Called to check availability of a part with a part number ready to make it easy for the employee and got put on hold for 10 mins just to get hung up on when the guy finally answered. Happened twice and is truly rock bottom customer service.
After over a month of dealing with another store and having the most terrible experience, I was in and out of this store within 5 minutes and my battery was replaced. Had I ended my experience with Advance Auto Parts at the store I had been dealing with, I would have never darkened the door way of another Advance Auto Parts ever again! I was all prepared to tell EVERYONE I know about the terrible experience, instead I am going to praise THIS store for taking care of me. In that 5 minutes, I could immediately tell this store takes care of their customers and being a woman, I had no inkling that being a female would put me at a disadvantage! Rick and his team seemed to really care and without a doubt if I am ever in the need of an auto parts store in the future, this will be the place I go! Best part about this location is attached to warehouse. If out on the floor they just go get it from warehouse. Service is good too.
Horrible store and very poor employees that know nothing about proper customer service. Called today to find out if my order arrived since I never received a call, I guess they were too lazy to call me. Immediately I was greeted with attitude and then I was hung up on.
This is their big warehouse so they have all of the hard to find parts!
The manager Leah is the best! She is friendly and will help you understand things.
They can’t replace battery on your car due to liability issues. Not sure what else we get from here
This is a UPS access point store. UPS made one attempt to deliver the package to my door and then took the package here for me to pick it up. I came to the store to pick up my package per the email I received and they told me to come back tomorrow. I came back the next day and they still could not find the package. Now I am out 800 bucks and everybody I have spoke to at the store admits that the process for receiving packages from UPS is a mess and they told me this has been happening a bunch. These people SHOULD NOT be a UPS access point.
Great place, the team is always helpful and will work with you to find what you need. They have parking up front for customers and since they are a warehouse they can also locate something in the back.In addition, they knew they were going to spend some more time with someone on finding a solution for their car and I just needed to check out. Both the customer and employee let me go ahead and pay; fast and polite!
I so greatly appreciate Ann and her assistance in installing my wiper blades. These things were a little tricky and she kindly explained how different they were from the factory wiper blades I had on them. A small thing but grateful for her help!
Great place nice people very knowledgeable and they didnt hesitate to help me with all my needs... And the one delivery driver was very helpful he helped me change my wipers and also tightened up my battery cables for me and cleaned them at no charge......
This place is huge and everyone was very helpful and kind. Only place within 30 miles that had the part I needed.
Three guys working at the front desk. None of them greeted me, asked what they could help me with or even asked me to give them a minute to finish up. Said absolutely nothing to me. One guy was leaning on a shelf, one on a computer, one walking around aimlessly. All of them saw me standing at the counter waiting for help but none of them said a word. I gave them about two minutes to show some kind of customer service skills, threw up my hands and walked out. This isnt the first time this has happened. Last time I was in there, the manager was loudly throwing the f bomb around and there were several customers in the store. Ill take my business elsewhere.
The girl up there knew her stuff and remembered my phone number after a couple of times of entering it in different computers. Great with parts and great with numbers.

I found my ac compressor here at this auto parts for my 08 Honda ridgeline, since the competition didnt have it. Just the price it was a lil bit higher than OReilly and poor customer service.

After going to autozone, oreillys and Napa. I was fortunate to run into Danny and Ann. Although there did not seem to be an immediate solution to my issue. They made sure I did not leave the store until my problem was resolved. Thank you for the A Class service!

Bad serviceWouldnt replace battery because it came with the car. Battery was purchased 09/18. And now its 01/20. Guys go to Walmart cheaper and better service all the way.
This store just saved us. We are on our way to Houston from Minnesota for a funeral and we had the most unheard of car problem that involved the drivers side door not being able to close. Rick went above and beyond to resolve it for us quickly and got us right back on the road. THANK YOU!!!!!
I was helping a woman stranded 45 mins away from home, with children in the car, and this was the closest place to her. Was quoted either $17 or $27 for the part with no difference. But there was a size difference that did matter, but I didnt get to see that until 20 minutes later, when they finally found the part. When I requested the correct part the gentleman was too busy answering phone calls to be able to help me directly. I went 1.3 miles further to the oreilys and got the correct part for $8 in less than two minutes
Guy was supposed to be delivering. Part and locked the keys in the delivery van. At the same time another part that was supposed to have been put on hold was not and subsequently sold before I got there 2 hours later.
This location hooks it up every time. Head light, wipers, and today was key fob battery. I rudely had to take a business call right after I told him that I needed to buy a new battery for my key. While on the phone, I handed the key over, he opened it up, researched it, found it out on the counter, wrote me up, and took my payment. Excellent customer service, even for someone that had to be on the phone the entire time. Thanks for being rockstars.

Horrible customer service. Ignored by employees. Stood for 10 minutes at the counter while employees walked by me and completely ignored me until I had to ask for someone to help me. I understand being busy. But noone was at the counter except 1 person waiting that had already been helped. Poor poor poor customer service.
Went here for a battery change/test but got lots of attitude ... from a dude ... a guy, not a female ... changing my words up from what I asked, said he couldnt help me with a battery test, went to auto zone and got fixed right up with no attitude or putting words in my mouth.
Thank you for professional and honest customer service. I was lied to by a customer service rep from The Colony store (Main St/121) regarding returning an unused item with the receipt that was purchased less than 24 hours ago.
No one bothered to ask me if I needed assistance.

Ordered a batter online off their website which stipulated it was the right battery for my vehicle. I ordered it online for about $70 and learned upon arrival at the store it was not the right battery for MY car. He confirmed this and THEN asked what car do you have? Evidently he is accustomed to this not being the right batter. So irritating because if I did this in the car business I would be fined a substantial amount of money for bait & switch. Frustrated, I paid the $109 (he gave me a 20% discount which is why this is not a 1 star rating) and chalked this up as a learning experience. Learn from my experience too- go elsewhere unless you like getting gouged.
